Sleep Number - Beds

Don't walk away, run away! Do not trust them when they tell you that you do not need a remote for the adjustable bases. Although that may be true initially, just wait until you have issues with the adjustable base because it will happen! In order to trouble shoot the base you have to have the remote! Oh and the fact that you have spent $11,000 for the bed...

Sleep Number Delivery of my Sleep Number Bed

I need a delivery time frame of the afternoon yet Sleep Number is not willing to make any change to work with me. When I said I wasn't available for morning delivery, it's because I work.

They changed delivery from Wednesday 11/14 7am - 10am to Friday 11/17 and sent me both an email and a text stating the delivery would be on Friday 11/17, 1:30 to 4:30, only to send me a text changing it back to 7am - 10am today. After more than several attempts I am left very frustrated and ready to cancel my order.

Instead, I will be sending Sleep Number a bill for my pay for missed working hours as I wait for my bed to be delivered during the wrong delivery frame that was requested, and if needed I will take this to small claims court for reimbursement. I bought a very expensive bed, only to be told no change in delivery. Sleep Number is not willing to work with me and I find that a very disturbing fact.

Claimed loss: 4 hours of work at $23 per hour

Desired outcome: payment for my missed hours since Sleep number was unwilling to work with me on delivery.

Sleep Number My bed busted and my pregnant wife had to go to hospital after falling out of bed

Our bed busted un middle of night and my 6 month pregnant wife had to go to the hospital. My wife has been with Good year for 9 years and I work for a well know construction company and it truly bothers me when bad things happen to good people. We tried the bed for 100 night free trial and 80 days in we are asleep and our bed pops on my 6 month pregnant wifes side and she falls off the bed and has to go to the hospital because of stomach pain. I called in this morning and the only thing they had to tell me is to wait a week for them to come take the busted mattress back but we have to keep a 2500.00 bed frame we have not signed no paper work and was never told about keeping a bed frame or we would have never done this FREE 100 DAY TRIAL. When asked to talk to someone hire then there trained specialist you see the true colors of Sleep Number. I want answers and a phone call. My last name is Roe and my zip code is 43062 you can look my number up in your system.

Keep Trying... Their sales for 3rd quarter in 2023 were down 13%.

There is a Facebook page titled "Never buy a Sleep Number bed". Soo many complaints... The word is getting out to the public.

Sleep Number has very poor customer service all the way around. They need to consider their customers & keep them satisfied. They very easily could reimburse their unhappy customers, take the beds back & donate the them to a charitable organization. They could then write off the beds! Less unhappy customers.

SN rating isn't the high number they show. Another lie!

Sleep Number Sleep Number i8 matress

The mattress is 2 air mattresses covered with some padding. So I returned it under the 100-night guarantee. Then they charged me $249 to pick up the mattress and I was unable to return the base. This deceptive promotion did not make the terms of the purchase clear. I should not be forced to keep this base nor should I be charged $249 to return a mattress that was uncomfortable and over-priced.

Sleep Number Brand new m7 was delivered and looked used, call after ten minutes to pick back up

Delivery of my Bed M7 over 4000 dollars and installed in 10 minutes, which was already assembled before getting to my house, plastic was removed outside my home front door and noticed plastic was taped, sign that this may be used bed.

After inspecting bed I found cover to be sagging and asked delivery to take it back, got on phone with customer service and was told to inflate to 100 psi. Delivery driver left before I finished phone conversation. Made no difference. I told them I want new replacement bed not refurbished bed. Wasn’t in home for 10 minutes will not except replacement parts to fix what should have been perfect bed. Called store and showed video and pictures and they assured promised me a new bed with in a couple of days, after waiting to hear from regional manager that same day it was delivered (never happened) I called customer service again, they refuse to take back bed for new exchange and said I’m liable for shipping. That is unacceptable as I complained on day of delivery and they wouldn’t take it back after defective workmanship. The bed in store was perfectly tight. Mr paul was horrible and his attitude and made me feel like oh well too bad, you’re stuck with junk. Almost with a laughable demeanor. Terrible customer person to have working there.

Desired outcome: Replace bed with new one that’s not defective ,Pretty simple . Not asking for anything for wasting my whole day and time . But to say you’re going to replace all the materials is like refurbishing the bed not exceptable .

Sleep Number Bed; we would like someone to repair mattress

My husband and I purchased a Sleep Number bed in Huntington Beach about three years ago. I worked fine for a few years and then collapsed on one side. We called the SN customer service number bed and were directed to a website. We called back and stated what was shown on website was not working to re inflate. Customer Service would not listen. We sent numerous emails with no response.

We spent $3,500 for this item and

Sleep Number Sleep number bed

I have had a sleep number bed for many many years. That being said, I now have asthma and hard time breathing. I bought new carpet and new furnisher for my bedroom and I thought may be there was something in them that was making me sick. But in reality I’ve been getting sick for a long time. I had surgery and slept in a different room for 4 months and started to feel better. And when I went on vacation this year, It seemed that I could breath better. I thought it was all the clean air up north that was affecting my breathing better. When I returned to my normal bedroom and after I came home from vacation, my coughing and breathing bad returned. I am getting ride of my sleep number after reading this. I hope it solves the problem!

Sleep Number Home Delivery Charge for New Queen Dual P5 360 Smart Bed

I purchased a Queen Dual P5 360 Smart Bed at 8440 B State Hwy 121 Suite B, Frisco, TX 75034, on 08/24/2021.They advertised FREE delivery if you purchased the bed during Labor Day Sale.

The Smart Bed was delivered on Sept 15th and I looked at my receipt and

discovered that I was charged $199.00 for delivery charge. I contacted Tara G.

Sale Rep, who told me that she could not reverse the delivery charge that was already in the system.

I left several messages for the District Manager to call me. He did return my call and told me it was nothing he could do to reverse or give me credit for the charge.

I also called the 800 number and spoke with several CSRs at Sleep Number who informed me that there was nothing they could do.

Attached is a copy of my Customer Sales Receipt.

Desired outcome: I would like for Sleep Number Co. to refund me for the delivery charge in the form of a check made out to me. I feel the compamy advertised free delivery if purchased during Labor Day weekend but I was charged for delivery anyway.

Sleep Number Sleep number bed

Bought my sleep number bed in 2001. I have not moved ever and the last couple years I’ve been having respiratory problems when I was at home only sleeping in the bed. I did every thing to clean the room from top to bottom and bought air purifier but nothing helped. I was finally going to take everything out of my room yesterday because I was crawling out of my skin from being so sick. I decided to take the bed apart and that’s when I found the black mold. Called the company and had to send pictures to them. They agreed to do a one time replacement of only what had mold on them for free. Not sure if there are still spores in the cover of bed. Not sure if I should get some other bed instead.

Desired outcome: Wished the whole bed would be replaced knowing it’s had mold inside it.

Sleep Number Replacement duvet cover, flex top king

We moved and hired Sleep Number to reassemble our bed at our new house.

When tech came out he found that the duvet Cover was damaged and could not reassemble our bed. He ordered a new one while he was at our house on June 8, 2023.

Every time I inquire about when it will be delivered I am told that it is on back order and apparently nobody in the company can give me any idea if or when it might be delivered.

I would think they are still making for new beds, I don't understand why it's taking so long for an existing customer especially after spending about $10,000 with Sleep Number several years ago for a split mattress and adjustable bed.

Desired outcome: Find out if I will get any time soon so we can start using our bed.

Sleep Number Refund and making fun of a disabled veteran on their disability

This happened on Friday, 6/30/23. What a terrible experience at Sleep Number for this disabled veteran at the Dulles Mall in Dulles, Virginia. I am a disabled veteran. I almost gave my life for your freedom and the Constitution, and I was disrepected by two employee named Rolando R. and Raven-Supervisor at customer service - [protected]. I went to Sleep Number in Dulles, Virginia. We purchased a Dual Temp 3.5, Half Queen as it was available at the store. Rolando R who we made the purchase from stated that if we found a better price, he would match it. We were two feet out the door and my husband found a better deal from Bedjet. We came back to the store with what we just bought 3 minutes ago from Rolando R. and showed him a better price. He laughed in my face and said he lied to me. We immediately returned the product for a full refund. I have the receipt for the refund, but I am not going to put the number down in facebook. He smirked and said the refund will come from the Corporate office and laughed in my face again. The fact that Rolando R lied to me about matching the price and laughing at me and my disability is a disgrace. I don't know how Sleep Number trains their employees of how to treat a disabled veteran and then lie to them about matching a price or better the price. It is horrorifying. I called Sleep Number customer service and complained how I was treated to a supervisor called Raven. She told me I would not get my refund from Corporate for 60 days. I said I would like my refund sooner and told her what went on and she said he should not have treated me this way. I asked for a reference number for the phone call and she got angry and told me to go blank myself. After this, I reported part of this to the Better Business Bureau. I find this horrifying and I am thinking reporting this to the Consumer Protection Agency and the FTC. I find it shocking to disrespect a disabled veteran. I want everyone to see this. Half of my platoon gave their lives for Sleep number and their employees to have their freedom and we protect peoples' rights and the Constitution. On behalf of my brothers and sisters veterans, I will not tolerate this horrible behavior from a company. I will be callling the corporate headquarters and I want a response from someone from Sleep Number here. Sincerely, Pamela D. Lewis.

Sleep Number refund for $150.00

Melissa, my name is Gloria Goodwin. I placed an order for replacing foam for my sleep number bed purchased May 2007. I have a note that on May 14, 2023 I sent you a survey regarding this purchase. I need help in getting a $150.00 refund to my charge card. My order # is [protected] which contains numerous notes on my order. Last call I made (6.11.2023) was a supervisor Nudia or Tony will look into but of course have not heard back from anyone. My daughter just purchased a bed spending around $10,000.00 (Brandy Humphries). This purchased happened because of my input to her.

Sleep Number Sleep Number bed

I bought a sleep number bed and sheets in Feb it was supposed to be zero percent for 36 months.

Well, I returned the sheets and they have miss applied it to my balance and they're charging me monthly interest. Even tho Its suppose to be zero percent.

They keep telling me a request has been made to correct the error but no one has fixed it.

This is unacceptable service!

They won't allow you to talk to anyone other than the customer service dept and they repeat the same thing over and over that the back has the request to correct!

I don't think they have a back office because 3 months is not acceptable.

They also are charging me the incorrect amount for my monthly payment and have told me oh yea the back office has that request and they are working on it.

so as you can see they are not helping me!

Desired outcome: I want the corporate office to help me and get this corrected, please.

Sleep Number online order for bedding

I placed Order [protected] May 9th for a sheet set and was feeling pretty pleased at the sale price I got. Then the next day I got an email that my order was cancelled because that color was no longer available. I reordered for a different color [protected] which is still a sale price but TWICE the price for the order [protected] that was cancelled. It bugs me that I am not getting the deal I originally had. All I get is a "sorry", with no other effort to make me feel better about that deal falling through. I'm not a happy customer. I'd like you to offer me some more consideration than just saying, "sorry our ordering system is SO BAD that we can tell you you're getting a great price one day and the next day, we take it back."

Desired outcome: give me a refund to my credit card reflecting the difference between order [protected] and order [protected] . note, I'm recovering from knee surgery so prefer email response - not a phone call. [protected]@gmail.com
