We purchased a bed from Sleep Country at Victoria Park Store #42 and were handed a GC for 15% off. sales Order #42B331742 I have been trying to get the form for a week or so to submit for my 15% back promotional gift card, as were told that we could get it off line after the bed & frame was delivered, we went on to the web site provided which is provided on the form https://giftcard.sleep.country.ca and just cannot seem to locate the form. Could you please advise as I just do not know if this is a false promotion.

Use promocard.sleepcountry.ca on Chrome, it doesn't not work on Explorer.

I work for Sleep Country... it is not a scam, go to the link I provided and if your base was purchased by March 30, 2021 and delivered within the promotion period, you'll receive a gift card worth 15% of the subtotal of what you purchased the base for. Than you'll receive a gift card number via email within a few weeks from once you submit your info. you do have only till May 15th to use it once you receive it so don't wait too long.
I had to email 14 times over a period of months after filling out the form which I had to get the link to from complaints board because the store wouldn’t give it to me. I finally got some arbitrary number and amount via email and went to use it and the store said it was already expired somehow. This is definitely shady if not a scam.

This will not work however once it's out of the window of when that promotional period ran
Received my two adjustable beds remotes just hanging on the floor ! I spent 2 1/2 hours with customer service and no resolution they said they would have to get back to me? She had said I guess it just sits on the floor? The bed at the store had a holder very disappointed she had no idea what I wanted! Simple a holder for our remotes! Wires on the floor are dangerous! We are seniors and could very well trip on them and also step on them

My husband and I purchased our new Lifestyle adjustable bed from your store in Chilliwack on July 4th and it arrived on Wednesday July 22nd...I am now wanting to know the process needed to receive our 15% I went to the website as informed and can not locate a form or any document to complete, and I apparently require a code as well. We are having the same problem, not able to pull up the form for the 15% discount have tried several different ways and looked at every page that comes up no forms for discount.
I hope you were able to find it, I eventually found it after the store wouldn’t give it to me and had to follow up over and over for about 2 months before they gave me some fake invalid gift card number I wasn’t permitted to use. All after spending over 4, 500$ sadly.
Having the same problem as others can not find where the form is for the 15% giftcard.

So far so good just a few things? like keeping my matters on the frame and my fitted sheets from snapping off the mattress. I think I may need to lower the bed down some more it still too high.
