While on line getting a free sample of Resveratrol Ultra with a picture od Dr. Oz you know him from Opra...
got my Resveratrol Ultra just fine then was kicked over to RezV...suggesting to also try this product...really improves sample just pay shipping and terms or conditions !!! WRONG.
Got my sample then shortly after GOT CHARGED 87.13 !!! UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE ! And no PRODUCT to boot !!! Called to request refund for unauthorized charge and complain. I was told I could cancel but would not receive refund or product they CHARGED ME 87.13 ...I said, " so in other words you charged me for shipping & handling 91.03 for a 30 capsules sample bottle "! Talked to a man, Berry (ha, ha) day talked to a woman named Alex, when asked to speak to supervisor, Alex became Lulu, when I called her on that she then put me on hold, came back as Archival...said should call back in 3 days maybe could be helped. What a shame
THIS IS NOTHING BUT A ONLINE SCAM taking peoples hard earned money and getting away with it ! WHERE IS THE FDA when you need them !

    I also ordered the Resveratol or Resvmax from FWM laboratories. That same day I cancelled, as soon as I googled them. I should have checked first, but a friend gave me the web site. It took me 4 phone calls and about 2 hours to cancel. the next day I get a $1.03 charge on my checking account for "skycleanse" which I have never heard of, let alone ordered. I called the number shown on the bank site, and after waiting 20 mins, the human operator hung up when I said I did not order this. I tried again, and was hung up. I have called the bank and talked to the fraud department. I have changed my credit card number, but bank says they still may charge, and I will have to go through a claim to get the money back. The place was overseas, in India, so I was charged extra because of that. BEWARE

    I have attempted to call [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected]. Most of the time I get a telco trouble signal, or it rings and no one answers, or I get a telco voice msg., "this number cannot be completed as dialed". I called the credit card co. and asked them to refuse the charge, but they said I would have to wait until the card was charged, then call them and dispute it.

    Oh yeah, I also sent them 2 emails to [protected], which they did not respond to.
