I have made a transfer on 22 Nov 2019 of Myr1000 to Thailand, after waiting for 5 days and the money was no shown in the Thai account, I have decided to contact Skrill, after waiting and calling many times finally a guy operator answered. After 5 mins of identity verification I was told to be patient and wait for email as there was some details that was insufficient. 3 days passed, I received an email from skrill asking me for my full name! Which I had already given to the operator 3 days back and this is not how I expect from an international company as to prolonged the transaction till today is already 7th Dec 2019 and still I have zero respond from them and the money is still not received at Thailand even after I replied with my full name as requested. Can anyone really help me on this issued? Or can contact me at +[protected] Mr CoLLiN Ng
