Dear Team Sketchers,

I ordered a pair of shoes - Skechers Men's Black Mesh Nordic Walking Shoes - 7 UK/India (41 EU) (8 US) on 17th January 2017 on Amazon India.

It's been less than 5 months of use and their inner soul and inner sides have worn out. Before buying the shoes I had great faith in the quality of your product.

I bought them without any discounts just to ensure recent manufacturing dates. And still the product is not up to the mark.

Please find attached pictures of the worn out part enclosed in this mail.

I am looking for your support in exchanging or refunding for the faulty product so kindly let me know the next steps. I shall be grateful for the same.

I have bought Skechers shoes with a great enjoyment but afterwards I realized that I have wasted my Money it's sole(memory foam ) got truckled inside so I replaced it and company gave me another same shoe but that's sole also got truckled inside and now I want another type of shoe not the memory foam one.it is of no use.now the company is also not giving me any response I have emailed to.they are like hiding.now my shoes are also in warranty period.skechers after sales services is very very bad.i will not recommend anyone to buy it.and also I will complaint this to head of skechers.i want a new pair of shoes as I bought it in 4, 000 ruppes.it is not less.

This is the 3rd pair of Skechers soft sole sandals, that after very little wear the sole becomes compressed as shown in the picture.
I love the style and comfort of this type of sandals and that is the reason I kept purchasing them. I had hoped that it was a coincidence. Ater the 3rd pair, I know it's a flaw in the material.
I am 5'8", 139lb. I would not say that I am a heavy person to justify the soles compressing.
The last pair I purchased (shown in picture) the material is pulling off the sole as well.
These sandals are just too pricey to be falling apart with so little wear.

I purchased a pair of girls skechers for my daughter 10 days ago and the front left shoe is falling apart...they were $60 shoes, i've bought shoes at walmart that lasted 6 months for 1/3 of the price, I'm very disappointed with our first purchase of skechers shoes

I'm shocked at the quality of these shoes, this was the first time we have purchased your brand and I don't ever want to buy them again

I purchased the shoes at Spor Chek in Kanata centrum...I'd like them replaced free of charge

I just wear my new pair of skechers for a week and the side starts to ripping. After second week I got a hole! Working in f&b line make me to choose your brand but I got frustrated with the quality even though the price is quite expensive. I have a really bad first experience with it. I purchased the above product from DSW, Mercer Mall, NJ on May 2nd 2017. I find excessive damage to the product in very short time. There is damage to the surface where right big toe rests and nearby area. My other foot ware doesn't show this type of damage even after extensive use. The product is being used only indoor and mostly in a carpeted home, still I see the damage. Can I have replacement?

I didn't expect such a wear and tear with minimal indoor use of the product.

Hello I am very disappointed the quality not the comfort of my Go Walk 3. I purchased these sneakers through Amazon Prime in November 2017 and as you can see from the pictures the shock absorbers have started poping. I simply love the comfort but the quality not so much. If this was an error in manufacturing please let me know? Furthermore what can be done to correct my opinion of your company.

I loved the Skechers air with the bubbles on the bottom. I had 3 pairs. Can't find them any more so I bought Skechers Sport with memory foam. I told the sales lady I walk 2 to 3 hours a day and I need a good walking shoe. She said these were so comfy. Invent even wore these for 2 months and they have NO support for your feet at all. THEY ARE THE WORST SHOES I HAVE EVER OWNED. I had to go buy another new pair of shoes. THEY were not replaced with Skechers and not sure if I will be a customer of theirs again.

I purchased these shoes about 6 weeks ago. I have numerous spine issues, and these shoes were ultra comfortable and helped my back. I purchased them just before going on an extended trip to Europe anticipating much cobblestone walking. The shoes were wonderful and allowed me to walk 20, 000+ steps per day. 2 weeks of walking and the shoes, while still comfortable, are falling apart! See photos. I want you to see them in the interest of learning more about how the elastic performs, and possibly what production fix you may need for these shoes. For me, I would like a replacement - they are size 8US, extra wide fit. Thank you.

I bought a pair of sports shoes from Kathmandu Nepal in November 2016. After 3 months the fabric inside the right foot got torn . It hurt me n led to wound . I'm unable to wear them now . When I went to buy another pair last month from New Delhi . India . They told that our company is very customer firebug n would surly exchange or refund for defective product . I purchased a pair of Skechers S Lights Energy Lights Eliptic High Top Sneaker (Children's) for my granddaughter in April 2017. In late June 2017 one of them faded. Picture attached. I bought these shoes on 6/21/17 at the outlet store. I wore them that afternoon to walk my dogs. The shoes are horrible, they are like walking with weights on, the mos uncomfortable shoes ever. Even with socks on I got hurt.
I know I can't return them because I wore them, but who could have known in the store they were so bad.
I sent two complaints at scetchers.com and no answer. I wasted $35. I want my money back, these shoes really hurt, I can't use them never again.

I bought yoga sleepers in Feb 2017 from Noise sec 38A showroom and starting wearing it in June 2017 sure to pregnancy. Very first day it started hurting in my right leg and left leg sleeper was quite comfortable. I thought it is happening due to first time usage of that sleeper. But again I wore out after a week and it created a scar on my toe. I want it to be replaced asap

I recently bought a pair of skechers was only able to wear about a month before the seams busted open. So I returned to buy another pair of the same kind just different color and the same seam busted but on the opposite side. This is two pairs of shoes in less than 6 months. I always loved skechers but now I feel that the quality of your shoes are no longer worth the Money you charge for them. I will no longer be buying this product unless major improvements are made...

I have a pair of sketchers I will be taking back for the fourth time which are defected. I went back and bought another pair on the same day which had to be returned due to being defected. This receipt was not returned by the employee. I now have to return this pair which they won't allow me to do without the receipt.
I only buy sketchers and finding them very comfortable but having trouble with the quality.

I have bought 2 shoes one was available at the shop and one color were not, sales man told me that I can pay and they will deliver next day, I waited till afternoon and had to call the shop and asked what time they will deliver, they informed me that they will deliver 8 pm, no one came then I called again and they gave me new appointment at 11 pm and no one showed again, they are liars and have wasted my day and my time waiting for them, even no one called after that informing about new delivery time . I always buy my shoes from skechers and I haven't experienced such bad service, if the shop is not able to provide what they promise, why do they ask people to pay in advance? This is really bad, and I'm truly thinking to stop buying scetchers products ! My day was totally waisted because of that

I bought these flip flops in April 2017 at a Skechers store in Bridgewater Commons Mall. I did not start wearing them until the weather got warmer late May. I am truly disappointed in how they are wearing and how they look. I have only worn them in good weather. When I went to the store to complain the only sales person did not even make a suggestion. Her response was " probably bare feet does that" Aren't flip flops meant to be worn with bare feet? I am extremely disappointed as sketchers are supposed to be a quality shoe.

Dear customer care officer,
I bought two pairs of sleepers from your Skechers, Civil Lines, Allahabad branch.on 7th June 2017, for my mother with her but when she tried the pair with in two days she realised that the sleeper is not comfortable for her and that is paining much from the bottom of the foot,
So please help me to exchange the sleeper with a new one any other type of sleeper from your company.

Hi,  

I purchased a Skechers Burst 52600- BLK men's shoe from skechers outlet. 

Outlet location is B-13 Connaught place,  New Delhi 110001 India.

I purchased the shoe on Wednesday 21st June 2017.

At the store,  I was told that 15% discount will be given. 

Shoe price was 6000, and I got the shoe in 5099 after 15%off.

In order to know more about the shoe, I logged into skechers.in website on next day 22nd June 2017.

I was shell-shocked to see the price difference. The same shoe was priced at Rs3500 after 40% discount on the website. 

I felt like cheated and deceived. 

Why are you selling the same shoe at different prices. 

If it had been any other online store of different name,  I would have understood but the store was skechers store and the website is skechers official website then why a big price difference. 

If this is how you take care of your customers /clients, then I would never ever buy any skechers product in future,  nor I will recommend anyone to buy. There is hardly any trust left in skechers brand. 

I want you to either refund the money difference or if you can't,  kindly take your shoe back. I can go and return it to the same skechers store from where I had purchased it. The shoe is unworn/unused.

I bought a pair of skechers slip on trainers six weeks ago.
Inside the back at the heel the lining has split and has made them very uncomfortable to wear any longer due to them rubbing my heels badly where the split is.
As I paid over 70 pounds for these I expected them to last a lot longer.
To say I'm disappointed is an under statement.
I would like something done about this.
