Skechers USA poor service and quality

Hi
I have bought skechers shoes for my mother as she has knee problem. There was a scheme going around that pay more 1000 and get skechers slippers. So i went with the scheme but with in one month slipper broke.
I went to the showroom and asked for replacement they said it will take one week to get approval and when they got the approval they do not have same product. Now they are saying buy other product and pay rest of money.
My question in this fast world one week is required to get approval.
Second question is this way international brand earn money by giving poor quality product and then get customer to buy expensive product.
Please help me i did not expected this from skechers.

Skechers USA flexi appeal leather trainers

I normally buy your flexi appeal fabric trainers as i love them im constanstly wearing them as they are so comfy. I work as a Nurse assistant so needed leather shoes so i decided to get the leather ones thinking they would be really comfy but after a week my right toe had pain in it, i can no longer wear them, i feel a bit sad as its a waste of money for me.

Skechers USA defective shoes bad customer service

Around Sept 10, 2017 I bought 2 pairs of shoes from SKETCHERS in Alexandria, Egypt . One pair for my niece and another for my nephew. Then, I went back on Sept 18th to buy a third pair for myself. While I was trying the last pair, I felt the right shoe wasn't as comfortable as the left one so I asked the salesman to get me another pair but he said that it was the only one they've got and instead of helping me determine whether the shoe fitted me the right way it was supposed to, he assured me that it was going to be fine after I wear it. I wore the shoes a couple of times for a short period of time and felt there was something wrong with the right shoe but could not exactly understand the problem until I went for a ½ hour brisk walk. It felt as if the inner sole of the right shoe was not aligned with the outer sole and the arch of my foot instead of resting properly on the insole of the shoe was resting uncomfortably, unsupported on the inner edge of the shoe. I came back from my walk frustrated and angry because i expected these shoes to be super comfortable with the memory foam and there i was suffering. I immediately called the store and explained the situation, and to add to my frustration the salesperson told me that it's been almost a month since I bought the shoes and since I already wore them, he won't be able to sell them! I took the shoes back to the store on October 17th, 2017 and talked to the manager. The manager examined the right shoe and tried to figure out what the problem was and tried to convince me that there was something wrong with my foot! After a long talk, he agreed to take the shoes to be reexamined. He called me a few days later to tell me that they could not find anything wrong with the shoes and asked me to come pick up my shoes! Honestly, these managers over here are so short sighted and clueless when it comes to customer service!
During the course of my life I wore all kinds of popular shoes(athletic and nonathletic like Nike, Adidas, Nine West, Hush puppies, Ecco and the list goes on….)Never in my life have I experienced such a thing!
Finally, what made me buy 3 pairs of shoes from SKETCHERS is the TRUST I had in the company name. Unfortunately, I was sorely disappointed.
I would like to exchange these shoes or get a full refund.

Skechers USA gogamat shoes for women

I bought a apair of shoes approx 10 months back, and now they have left a permanent kind of marks on my heels, I complained it to the consumer complaint department of skechers, and they suggested me to "give it a break, or stop wearing them for few days, the marks will disappear" but they failed to give me any permanent solution for this nor are they agreeing to exchange them.
The marks will reappear once I start wearing them again, I dont find this as a solution, instead they are deliberating avoiding to provide service.

Skechers USA poor shoe quality

I had bought skechers Go- step female shoe from Flipkart (Invoice no. FAAABW1801858505) in august this year. Because if my accident and an injured foot I couldn't use it immediately and it was only in October that I started wearing the shoe. What I have observed is that the shoe cloth of the right foot has started tearing off from the ankle inner side. As a regular customer of skechers I don't expect a shoe from your brand and high price range to wear out within 2 months of usage. I am highly dissatisfied with the performance and I would expect a replacement. I am attaching the necessary picture shots of the issue. Kindly help me resolve my problem.

You will want to try returning the shoes along with your receipt to the store of purchase. Unfortunately since it has been two months there might not be anything they can do for you.

Skechers USA skechers light up sneakers

Brought the light up sneakers in August for school and by October one of the sneakers quit working. We didn't wear them in the rain or even everyday. These sneakers were $65.00 At Rack Room and that's not cheap for a single mother of 3 and I threw my receipt out if course, But I did purchase it with a credit card. What advice do you have? What can you do to make my son happy again?

You should contact the location you purchased the shoes at directly. They may be able to offer you a replacement or perhaps a discount on a new pair of shoes. Be aware however that they may not be able to do anything for you since it's been over thirty days and you threw out your receipt.

Skechers USA kids emoji high top twinkle toes

I bought my daughter a pair of sketchers emoji high tops at the beginning of the school year(September) and they are already ripping at the bend of the toe on one shoe. I bought them from Meijer. You can tell that the fabric is just cut off and not tucked under so it easily fraes. I've brought many pair of twinkle toes for her and I've never had this problem. I am very dissatisfied with these shoes. She doesn't wear them every day either. I paid $50 for these shoes and I am highly disappointed with the quality!

Why don't you return them to Meijer ?
Skechers is clear on their return policy, shoes purchased from an outside retailer have to be returned to place of purchase.
If you want better service, go to the local Skechers stores or purchase them directly from Skechers online, get 20% off every tuesday with their code which is available on their web site.
The shoe in photo looks like it has gotten wet and abused.
Any body who pays $50 for kid's shoes needs to have their head examined.

Skechers USA skechers eldred womens work shoes

I bought the above product less than 6 months ago, wanting to invest in a good pair of work shoes. I am very disappointed as I have had the side of one of them rip apart and the top front has also started to tear. When spending over 70.00 for a pair of shoes for work, I would expect better craftsmanship from such a well known company. I have since moved from the state where I purchased them and have no recourse or ability to return. I work in a supermarket so it isn't like I am super hard on my shoes, bur certainly expected them to last longer than 6 moths ! It is this experience that forces consumers to look to other brands.

I bought a pair of sketchers about 60 days ago and the heels are already worn out...
Really upset...second pair I can't wear any more because of poor quality
I have limited income and can not replace the shoes.
I have problems with my health and need good walking shoes.
I have bought Sketchers scince they first manufacturered them.

Skechers USA skechers s lights energy high top sneakers

I purchused these shoes for my son for the new school year. He has only had these shoes since the beginning of September. But for the past 3 weeks the lights are not working right if working at all. They are now refusing to charge. And it looks like the one side's stitching is coming undone. I tried to return them to Famous Footwear were I purchased them, but since I don't have the receipt they can not return them for me. They told me to get a hold of you. I am hoping the you can help me in this matter.

Skechers USA product quality very poor

Dera sir we bought shoes on the 14 th of june from a showroom in noida dlf mall.
Just four months of usage has caused the top fabric ripping off from the lining. The adhesive is not working or whatever I do not know

Skechers USA defected men shoe

Dear Team Skechers
I sent mail on Skechers Customer Care On 22. 10.2017 but till date no response received. Copy of the email is as under-

Dear Team,
First of all, I would like to congratulate you for the product mentioned in trail mail sent by your Skechers fun
While buying the product, your product was defective but your sales executive assured that defect would not increase and if at all increased, they are available to replace the shoe.

After using the shoe for some time, defect increased and when I approached your outlet, they are teaching me the process of replacement and later told me that company has refused the replacement.

Being a first time customer of your company, the false commitment given by your executive leaving a very wrong impression on me about your brand and felt cheated by Skechers & forcing me to prefer other company over yours.

I request you to direct your outlet at Fun Mall, Lucknow to replace the shoe with other shoe of my choice to keep faith on your brand. Looking for positive response.

Skechers USA discrepancy in shoe pair sizes, right vs left.

Thanks so much for your assistance.
The shop at Taif-Shehar/Saudi Arabia, does not want to comply with my complaint, though visited the shop twice and communicated by phone several times.
Purchased a pair of Go Flex Walk, size 43. Size 43 is my correct size depending on previous purchase.
After a short period of using it, the right side still significantly larger than the left one! though both side holding the same label and size.
The most probable cause of this discrepancy in size, is that the shop has swapped one shoe from one box with the same side from another box, of the same shoe size. The other potential reason, could be a manufacturer defect.
The shop at Taif-Shehar/Saudi Arabia, does not want to comply with my complaint, though visited the shop twice and communicated by phone several times.

Skechers USA sketcher grey gear up shoes

I purchased a pair of grey gear up shoes from sketcher chandigarh sector 17 . Only aftr a month pasting of shoes gets diattached.. when i mk complain to the store they said it can b repair.. but after repairing it looks worst thn bfor.. its vry disappointing.
I regret to make a buy wth sketcher.. shoes have been worth rupees 5499.
Its mention in excahnge policy tht replacement will b given upto 180 days. But all you guys are doing is just making fool of customers.

Skechers USA sneakers d'lites biggest fan

I bought these sneakers in the beginning of May. I wore them approximately 10 times. Today I was wearing them and saw a fray and an hour later there was a large tear in them. I am not even sure how it continued to tear.
Picture #1 is what the shoes were.
The other pics showing the tear.
I really think that my money should be refunded. I have never had this happen before and would really appreciate if Sketchers stands behind their product

I bought my son a pair of sneakers 1 month ago. They are already ripped at the toe and frayed all around! I got an email from India basically saying too bad - we can't help. This was after emailing back and forth for a week! Poor quality product. Poor customer service. Buyer beware! This company does not want to make things right! Horrible product!

I have been buying Skechers for three years now. I was very disappointed with this last pair; within a week a loop strap to hold the shoelaces broke, the seam across the top of the to on the outside of the shoe unravelled, and the inside of he shoe has already shown signs of wear. I've been able to wear a pair of shoes for at least 6 months before seeing this kind of wear. Wondering if you had a bad batch. Luckily I pick up a few at a time, so I have a spare ready, since these won't last a month.

Skechers USA memory foam boys

Bought my son a pair if sketchers the beginning of September they already look like he's had them for over a year. I have never have this problem with sketchers in the past. They are fraying all the way around and the design is falling off! This is not normal wear and tear for a pair of shoes that are only a month old. I bought a similar pair over a year ago and they still look like new. What is going on I see more than one complaint about what seems to be the same shoes?!?!

I bought new pairs of skechers Go RuN 400 for Rs 5000 from ludhiana model town store but same article is of Rs 2600 on amazon . Please provide information regarding it. just after 2 months of buying the shoes it got torn! The shoes was just used for walking! I exchanged it & got a new pair but still the same problem occured! This happened twice and now the store isn't allowing me to exchange the pair. I want you to help me with such a problem. skechers is one of the biggest shoes co. & we as a customer dont expect such kind of service.
