SiteMile Lifetime Membership Wordpress Theme.

We paid for the lifetime account and tied 2 themes. Both were broken, and support was included so we opened a ticket.. Day after day no answers. After weeks of not getting any response, I opened up a dispute with Paypal. I provided the proof and then they got back to us. They gave their word they would fix the theme and help us, if we stop the Paypal case. I let them know I would be happy to remove the case if they help us as agreed. Well weeks pass and nothing but delay after delay. if your looking to buy from them, just understand, most of the themes are broken, We work with Wordpress daily, this is not a professional company to work with. Steer clear.

Desired outcome: refund and I hope I save people from making the same mistake working with this company.

SiteMile Pricerr theme -Sitemile

I bought the Pricerr theme on sitemile for black friday under the order [protected]. I paid for the expensive Pro Custom offer, with all extensions and 15 hours of custom work included.

It took me only 3 days to discover that the product does not work. So I asked for a full refund as per Sitemile conditions - 7 days to ask for refund with no questions asked.

Andrei first tried to convince me to continue with his product, and then when I insisted for a refund he said he would. 10 days later I have only received empty promises and no refund. This issue is now with my legal insurance.

SiteMile Want to modify the widgets

I got their theme on 22 october 2022 and its all good , the only thing i cannot see from where i can modify the widgets in order to modify the homepage. The chat was good with them, but they must be out for the weekend now and really trying to get some help. Please let me know if someone has had this difficulty. I can only say good words up to now just this issue

SiteMile I think all is good except the download of an extension

I have purchased the theme on 21 October 2022 with the order v48883211 and i can say that things were mostly ok, support is good and responsive. I just only cannot download one of the extensions on the instamojo payment gateway and i really needed it. The team are saying that they are fixing, but didnt get a reply up to now. still waitng for them to test this thing

SiteMile Bought the auction theme, is great, but i cant install in my free webhosting account.

Hey guys, i bought the auction software, order no: 9833431 on the 23rd of Sept 2022 and i am trying after a month to install it in a free webhost to try it on. Is there a limitation from the hosting ?

Or is a limitation or an issue with the theme ? The support was responsive, but they say its the hostings fault. And trying to see whats the issue here.

Seems that the issue was with my hosting after all. I have bought a hosting from godaddy and the support at sitemile was very kind (livechat rullz) and they installed it for us in godaddy. Thanks so much and sorry for creating this

SiteMile How can I access the demo data for my classified theme

I purchased this yesterday 22 oct 2022 and want to import the demo data. The system is great and they were very helpful but for some reason i cannot import the demo data. If there is anyone i can ask or can help me ? My order is 7644321

I would like to install demo data and start my site, but its no rush, waiting for the support to solve the ticket i opened a few hrs ago

Hey I purchased this theme last week with the order number 8433233 on 27th sept 2022,

And wanted to know how we can setup demo data and stuff? The livechat online said to download the demo data an import in backend but I wasnt able to do so. I might be a bit illiterate when it comes with these stuff

SiteMile Downloaded theme but missing the stripe extension

Waiting for the download to be available. I tried to download the stripe extension but seems is under work or something that I cannot download at least for now. Thanks for solving as I bought 10 august and my id is 2992112

Please help me solve the problem if not solved already in my account. The thing did say I have to wait 30 minutes to clear my payment through.

So I am hoping this will be resolved. Thank you

I have been very closely working with these guys and have been great, i wanted to leave out a good review but it seems here you cant, and only can do a bad one, and nobody verifies if these are even true.

SiteMile Auction theme

This is just a scam. i bought the premium package since the guy in chat then promised he should include an extra payment gateway for me in a few hours, that took him 1 month and a lot of email back and forth.
Within that time i had already started testing the theme, and had a list of 15 things that needed to be fixed or made. I agreed on paying 150 dollar extra for him to fix that within 1 day. Now it has been 2-3 weeks, and it is still not finished. The guy come up with every excuse in the book for doing it "tomorrow" or "later today", but nothing happens. I have spent so much time trying to get it to work, but it was just a waste of money and time. Reported to Paypal as a scam, hoping i get my money back. Time wasted is worth more than 10 times the money he stole..

We had a great experience with you guys, and the fact that you have live chat and helped a lot with setting up the theme, makes us to feel really important as a customer. SiteMile Freelancer Sell and buy Theme

I have bought the pricerr theme but some major parts like payment gateways did not work. Support doesn't resolve the issue and just told me wait a week, it has gone 5 weeks without any resolve action and recently they even don't answer.
Don't waste your time and money for these themes.

Try to reach the livechat, the guy there is very supportive and installed the demo data for us within the same day. I use a lot of these theme makers but there wasnt any that gave us livechat support.

SiteMile I would never advice anyone to purchase their theme, SiteMile is scammers !!!

I bought v7 action theme . by paying the price. The theme had many code errors and bugs ... . support center Liar impostor. it doesn't load my theme and plugins. They've been lying every week for over a month. don't believe these liars people

SiteMile Project theme

Unfortunately this company is a scam.
Their software doesn't work as advertised and their support is non existent.
Andrei lies and finds any excuse not to assist you.
He is now no longer responding to my emails.

When I purchased the Project Theme in July 2019 the theme didn't work out of the box!
I had at give them access to the site to fix it, I should have realised then and returned it immediately.

I'm obviously a sucker for punishment because I'm still struggling with it nearly 2 years later.

I have never gone live as the promised functionality just isn't there!

One of the most important features of a theme of this nature is that the job posters and the freelancers should only be able to communicate through the theme until a deal is struck and monies paid, otherwise why not deal directly!. So URL's and email addresses need to be filtered out - this is there but has never worked...

At one stage they changed the theme so that the original template was changed and the whole site was messed up, and it's never been the same since.
The idea of posting a job that you want done is that you can give, for example, two weeks for freelancers to quote then it ends and you choose one.
This worked fine until Andrei obviously decided that it wasn't necessary and removed the functionality so it defaulted to 30 days! What if you need a job completed by next week?
He then argued with me saying that it had never worked like that - until I proved that it had. He then said he'd change mine to work that way, but only mine - really?
That is where it ended, he has done nothing, said my ftp access didn't work, I tested it it works. Now he ignores my emails. I've always said that the only way to get anything done by Sitemile is to post bad reviews. Then they are quick to burst into tears and promise the earth to have the bad review removed.

Now you'll notice that after every bad review, and I mean bad, that they are liars, cheaters, scammers etc etc. There is a spate of really great glowing reviews, obviously fake to move the bad ones further down the page - now they don't need to fix anything...

I don't believe he wrote the software in the first place, unless he just acts dumb to try and deflect you. When you write a program you know EXACTLY what it can do and not do.

If you are using a child theme then every update requires hours of work because the functions.php (over 13, 000 lines of code!) file wasn't coded correctly in the first place to work with a child theme!

Desired outcome: They must be exposed for what they are!

We gave them temporary access, they installed demo data and configured and it was working fine since then. Yes its true that they need some setup, because these themes arent just blog posts themes, but they are worth it. We are running a perfectly fine microjobs website

SiteMile Project theme

I purchased the theme for my site icanliketo.co.za Unfortunately the only way it seems to get anything done with these guys is to write a bad review, then Sitemile is all over you to remove it.
The theme doesn't work as stated!
My biggest complaint is the built in site messenger doesn't filter out URL's and email addresses, (the setting is there but it doesn't work) so if a freelancer contacts the project poster they can start their own private conversation, say bye bye to your fee. Sitemile's work around is to have admin moderate all messages, how ridiculous is that! Unfortunately admin isn't notified when a message is sent so how do they know when to moderate...
Many months ago they changes the look and feel so that you have to use their template, presumably so that you'll pay for changes...
My latest bugbear is that the project bid end date no longer works, it defaults to a setting that admin has to set the maximum number of days limit. The calendar still opens up and you can set the date you want the bidding to end when posting a project but this date is ignored... now they tell me this is how it is supposed to work...
Obviously a child theme is necessary when you have to make so many code changes yourself to get the theme to work, every time they do an update you have to manually update the functions. php file with the "if exists..." because they have never bothered to, they'd only need to do it once, you have to do it at every version update.. Don't waste your time with this!...

SiteMile Wordpress freelance project theme

Sitemile is a fraud, stop buying from them any themes. I purchased from them the "project theme", not all declared features were functioning (invoicing, milestones, affiliate, payment of service fees, and others). they will only answer you before buying and after buying only once to do the installation. Other than this they will never take any actions and they will screw your project. In addition to that I asked them to do some critical customizations related to my business model, however they never took any action, even for the very simple customizations, they are LIARS, this Andrei Saioc will keep sending you fake emails to keep you waiting (ex. it's almost done, I'm almost there, it's almost finished, I will do it today, i'll finish it tonight, etc) for more than 4 weeks and they will never do your customisations. Instead of giving support to his customers, he keep himself busy replying to these reviews and adding FAKE reviews to increase his rating. Again, Andrei Saioc and Sitemile are fraud, if you don't want to lose your money and your business do not buy from them any themes... Sitesmile is a fraud... Andrei Saioc is a FRAUD... it's not about money here, but it's about your business, we've put too much efforts, we've created a company, we spent money on creation and on our marketing campaigns and we've reached out users (who are waiting our launch now) under the impression that these liars are working on our customisations but apparently they were busy publishing fake reviews to improve their ratings. Sitesmile is FRAUD. and this is only my first review Andrei

SiteMile I don't have any complaint, things were great, trying to give out a good review to these guys

The service was great, and I was trying to give out a good review, but seems you cannot do this here, although is a 5 star rating system you cannot rate them 5 star or even 2 star. Thats super weird. If anyone has a question, you can ask me, I can even post a photo that I am a real customer.

The themes are good, and the support is in general good, they are not on the chat 24 hrs a day, but they are at least 12 hrs a day.
