I submitted a ticket to my web host (where I already have 2 hosting accounts) that the new web hosting package I tried to purchase was not approved even though I paid for the package with the same card I used for the 2 previous ones and I got this reply;

YOU DID NOT PAY.

We have not received any money from you.

YOU HAVE NOT PAID US.

You trying to pay and being declined due to verify by visa doesn't mean you paid. Paying means we have money from you. We have not received any money from you. You have not paid.

If you paid we would not have said you didn't pay.

What we say is final.

You tired to pay twice. Your card was declined twice.

You did not pay.

Again, you did not pay.

We have not received any money from you.

The fact you did not pay is not disputable and we will not continue to waste time telling you that you did not pay.

If you think you paid, send your FINAL PAPER CREDIT CARD STATEMENT THAT SHOWS THE CHARGE FROM US ON 04/11/2010. We will not listen to anything else.

Send your paper statement when you get it.

Don't send anything from viewing it online as online shows authorizations as those mean nothing.

From experience you will continue to waste your time as well as ours disputing reality. You want to have already paid <- that is not reality. If you contact us again on this issue without showing us your final paper statement, every account you have will be terminated. Don't waste our time disputing what we tell you. Go somewhere else if you want to do that.
