Singapore Post (SingPost) letters always place in my neighbor's mailbox?

Hi SingPost Support Team,

Sorry but I would like to mention that my letters keep going into my neighbours' mailboxes e.g. mostly to #04-18 and sometimes at #04-..

Could you kindly remind your SingPost delivery person in charge to please place the letters at #04-16 which is my unit address correctly?

Since last week, I have two neighbours passed to me my letters that are wrongly dropped into their mailboxes.

Many thanks for your kind attention.

Regards,
Jimmy.

Singapore Post (SingPost) outgoing box to nz missing since nov 26, 2016

I would like to complain the overseas service via speedpost economy. My two boxes was picked up Nov 26, 2016 and supposed to be delivered 35-56days but until now Dec 29, 2016 the two boxes are still missing and cannot be trace. Item No. CZ000841782SG & CZ000841796SG.

The boxes are outgoing item to New Zealand but on Nov 14, 2016 I received a Delivery Notice - Failed in SG for the two boxes.

I have been calling singpost hotline more than 6 times but I'm always getting a reply from a customer service that I will receive a call regarding the parcel.

I have talked to Souyajyoti, Shilfa, Adidya, Anuj Sharma, Shruti Talval and before them I also have talked to 2 other customer service officer but I never get any return call regarding my boxes.

Its been 1 month from the time the boxes was picked up but still I am not getting any clear response from singpost.

I will be leaving Singapore on Jan 3 and I will hard to trace.

Singapore Post (SingPost) speedpost standard delivery timing

My tracking - LZD3037395362

I would like to lodge a complain on Speedpost delivery timing and the customer service manager by the name of Souya and Sirhi (given to me by your customer service office).

Please note that I had bought this item from Lazada and the latest delivery date indicate by them is 21/12/16 and this is a Chrismas present so is it still consider a Chrismas present if the present is received after Chrismas day.

As per attached indicate that for speedpost standard the delivery timing is 1 to 2 working day. As per attached, my purchase item had reached your Processing Facility on 13/12/16. According to your delivery timing I should received my item by 14/12/16 or 15/12/16.

First delay happen on 21/12/16 and second delay happen again on 22/12/16. So I had called the customer service of speedpost and voluntary to self-collect the item to prevent anymore delay of the item. I had indicated to him and was confirm that I am able to self-collect the item on 23/12/16 after 2pm as the item will arrived at Bas Basah Singpost before 2pm.

Once again I had called your speedpost customer service and ask for reasoning of the delay again and no proper reason had been given to me and so I request to speak with 1 of your customer service manager on this. I am given the name of Souya and Sirhi and promise that 1 of your customer manager will return my call back within 30 min but after 30 min no one had return the call to me.

I am very disappointed on how poor your service and delivery of item. The only possible solution for me is to received this Chrismas present before Chrismas day.

Singapore Post (SingPost) vpost

Singpost is Singapore's oldest and national deliver post services. I am astonished that your contact centre is manned by overseas foreigners who are rude and have no accountability. Email and feedback sent to your email addresses also went ignored. Short of going to your board of directors, there is absolutely no way to speak about my issues with fellow Singaporean! What happen to our postage service?
I have so many pending packages and have been calling the hotline every day talking to different foreigners. One even conned me to be put on hold so that I can naturally drop off from the call.
Please avoid using their service if you can help it. Paying more to get good service and retain your sanity definitely makes better sense. Pls use other companies! Being the oldest national post is just a name. Their service is nil.

Singapore Post (SingPost) singpost allowed unauthorized person to collect my parcel

Date: 26 nov 2016
Parcel number: rc238657066sg

I was away from sg 23nov~2dec.
Once I back in sg, I received collection slip and I called singpost to check of my parcel. They claimed that "someone" has collected my parcel on 26 nov.
I told them I was not in sg, it is not possible that "someone" unauthorized and collected my parcel.

They spent 5 working days and eventually affirmed me that someone has collected my parcel on 26 nov and they are not responsible of the lost parcel.
I did not receive my parcel, singpost either misplaced my parcel or they just passed to someone by mistake.
I want to check the identity who collected my parcel, singpost asked me to pay a fee. I will not pay anything more to this lousy service company. And, I want to know the proper way to claim my parcel back.

Evidence: I have two copies, original copy of collection slips with me, first attempt (4/nov) and re-delivery (14/nov).

My request: I want singpost to refund my parcel and pay for what I have lost.

In fact is not, so I call Customer services to arrange my parcel by today 27 NOV, Monday. I had been waiting until 6pm and only able to check the status it is failed again because of Courier is unsuccessful in locating address or Address indicated is incorrect, illegible or incomplete. So I called [protected] to check my parcel by this hour, try to ask any solution and make sure the deliver to right place. But seriously unfriendly staff who I speaking with, I think he is not so happy his current role. The way he speak with me sound like threaten me. Singapore Post (SingPost) package with attempted delivery not delivered anymore

"Item Number: CO985921727RO. As at 30/07/16. Item acknowledged. An SMS will be sent in next 24 hrs if your item is not delivered/collected from PO. In case your item has not been received, please call us at 1605 in order for investigation to be raised and quote case number CAS-658566-X3V0X5."
I personally send a package from Europe to receive it myself here in Sibgapore. The package arrived as per above tracking sms, had attempted delivery once and when I called to get it(. Speed post declared it s not more in their system? No follow up on this. This is gross logistic negligence on speed post part. How do I know my package was not stolen ?
They completely ignore customer query and asked me to check and make a complain in Europe about this package ...

Singapore Post (SingPost) singpost normal mailing & registered mail

I bought a bundle of 5 books online which I had entrusted singpost to deliver them without major damages. However I am sad to say that The entire of the box was extremely Damaged Inclusive of 2 of my books despite the double layer of bubble wrap. This has led me to believe that singpost did not handle it properly and may have handled it roughly. I have also lost Several packages through singpost.

Singapore Post (SingPost) lost item

A seller sent to me some money in an envelope through SingPost, and guess what? ALL THE MONEY IS GONE! The envelope looked okay, but someone was very smart uh, open the side and glue back again. I don't care whether I lost $1 or $100, this is a problem of the postman's integrity. (okay i lost $5).

Wow SingPost, some of the postmans you employ DON'T HAVE INTEGRITY. THESE PEOPLE DON'T EVEN DESERVE TO WORK WITH YOU ALL! So in the end I received a very well glued envelope and there's nothing inside.

Actually I don't need the money back, the thing is that I want SingPost to improve better in terms of their postman employment. Seriously what if someone lost an important document, and in the end it's the postman who took it? Better reflect.

Singapore Post (SingPost) terrible services, item not delivered

Hi Sir,

I would like to file a complain on the non-delivery of my article no. WHAZ000007782.

The article was received at processing facility on 23/09/2016 but till today, 04/10/2016 I have yet to receive my article.

I have also raised a ticket CAS-734519-R3N2T0 on 27/09/2016 where they promised to get back to me within 3-5 working days but have failed to do so.

The item in my parcel is of high value and I am utterly devastated by the situation and lack in efficiency of the company.

Singapore Post (SingPost) status of my package?

Hi

I had placed an order from KL & it had being transit to Singapore on 22 Aug 2016.
After airport clearance, Speedpost had received my package on
25 Aug @ 15.22 & the status indicated as (received at processing facility).
And on 27 Aug @ 01.45 the status indicated as (received at processing facility) again.
Curious of the status, we had call Speedpost customer care on 5 Sept 2016.
Customer Care Officer ask my daughter for the tracking number & upon confirming of the tracking number, he ask what was inside the package ? She told the customer care officer it was a 'Hijab" (headgear) .
Previously we had bought it with the same supplier with no issues but this time it was on "Investigation" & it pending approval from their superior.
Don't you think it being ridiculous to 'investigate' for a few pieces of headgear?
On 6 Sept we received an sms from speedpost "stated that our query/issue had being forward to the concern team".
Case number: CAS-680328-C5P1T8 & Customer Care Officer will call us within 3 working days.
My question was 'what actually happen to my package?'
Will I be able to received it?

Singapore Post (SingPost) the delivery person literally didn't even bothered to do his work

This is the worst delivery services I have ever come across.

Ordered several tubs of protein powders from online.
Was expecting the parcels to come, kept my wife at home.
She waited whole day, only to find at 2:30pm two slips of paper on the gate stating: delivery attempt unsuccessful - attempt at 2pm.

She was literally in the living room. And there was no ring on the doorbell, nor any calls to her handphone.
I suspect the delivery person literally just got down from the vehicle with the two slips of paper without the items, and left the paper at our door without any intention of delivering the goods.
I tried the customer service chat and the girl couldn't help.
I sent a feedback online. But only later when I checked the reviews online that I realise they don't even pretend to help.

This is our national postal service. And I am so disappointed.
I don't think I will ever use them again.
How can the company allow services to deteriorate so badly?

I have the same experience. The courier man probably came in the afternoon. My son (22 years old) was in his study room. The windows were all fully opened. And my son told me that he did not hear any courier knocking at the door. I just notice the failed delivery notice slip on the floor at my front door when I returned from work at 6.30 pm.
This happen twice already.
The other similar incident happens when my wife (60 year old) was in the toilet. She her someone knocking the door. But then she took about a minute to come the the front door (but then only notice the failed delivery notification slip).
These useless SING POST Deliverymen are just rushing. They come anytime un-annouced and expect you to be there in the front door waiting for them all the time. Crazy SINGPOST Services.
Singpost Service standard is horrible especially when compared with Japan.

Singapore Post (SingPost) singpost - trust eroded - missing parcels & important bank statements and documents

Known Missing Items
1) Parcel = SGD 180
2) Parcel = SGD 30
3) monthly Company Bank Statements
4) Credit card bills
5) Utility Bills

Unknown Items = Remains Unknown

Lodged a case with Singpost pertaining to the known missing items that we are expecting for investigation. It is abnormal to not receive the statements from various banks and even more weird that there are no mails for consecutive 4 working days.
But all Singpost can "so called" investigate & revert is that there is no outstanding mails/parcels pending to be dispatched. When I further queried if they have checked with the Postman in charge of my area, the officer merely said it's the best they can do.
This is definitely not good enough from a customer's perspective, there is clearly a lack of ownership for the problem. This is a serious matter, we are missing out on important information via post, wasting time to try to request for replacements, losing valuable parcels & not forgetting the impact of the unexpected mails.
Simply makes me wonder how I can trust our local postal services going forward. If it is true that our mails and parcels are not pending dispatch, I'm imagining that they are in the hands of someone else, which we might never recover...Utterly Disappointed.

Singapore Post (SingPost) bad service

To all concerned...I am stunned at the antiquated system that Singapore's SingPost provides when it comes to international courier delivery. It is expensive and ineffective!

I purchased an item that was unavailable in Singapore from the US...a small expensive item...I was billed US$64 for International Air Express!

The item was sent via USPS. The item took 4 days to go from the US to Singapore. SingPost has taken another 4 days just to go from the local airport to an unsuccessful delivery!

SingPost advertise (and I was advised twice) that SpeedPost delivery would take place between the hours of 9am and 6pm (this is further evidenced on their website as the specified hours of delivery). However SingPost attempted delivery 8.24 at night! (I might add that I waited until 7.15PM just in case the driver was a little late.

The driver claimed no access to premises. I dispute that the driver even attempted delivery as I am certain I had returned by 8.24pm and in addition notified my security guards that are 24/7 of a possible delivery. They even apologised that no delivery had turned up!

The alleged unsuccessful delivery resulted in my item being returned to a mysterious warehouse that no one seems to be able to contact directly!

After several calls I am still unable to obtain a clear answer? I am advised I will receive another call back (sometime before 6pm tonight) telling me when the item will be redelivered but was told "it definitely won't be today" (despite it being only 9 am in the morning!) This is supposedly an express courier company. I have even offered to go to the warehouse and pick it up personally or have taxi pick the item up from wherever it is.

I am stunned! I fly out tomorrow night and an express courier service can not even advise when they may deliver my item? What! And that it definitely won't be today! Are you kidding!

I will never, never, never use SingPost for any important items ever again! And I will make sure that every person, business and colleague that I come in contact also knows this and why!

I might add, that this would be vaguely acceptable if this was the first time this has happened but it is the second time! With an almost identical playlist!

This is the 21st century where the competition in the form of DHL and Fedex are streets ahead and charge less!

There is a complete lack of communication, a complete lack of concern and a complete inability or authority to resolve issues on the part of SingPost. It is apathetic and an embarrassment to Singapore!

Please, for the love of god and for the sake of Singapore...get your act together! Or just simply get out of the express courier business...we'd all be better off!

The tracking number for this item is EC57474419US.

What outcome am I looking for? Someone to call me and let me know when I will receive the item or where I can go to pick it up...not too much to ask for an item I paid nearly SG$100 to have delivered!

Update by Reasonable expectations
May 11, 2016 3:59 pm EDT

I have since received the item above and would like to advise all concerned that SingPost more than compensated with excellent service once they were notified of the problem. Their after sales customer care is second to none!
So my sincere apologies to SIngPost for my criticism above, some of which I still believe is justified, however SingPost were quick to correct the issue and I will once again use them with confidence.
I would like to finally say that Singapore is an incredible country and it is always with deep dissapointment and surprise when things don't work as expected.
Thank you again for delivering my package albeit a little longer than expected.

Singapore Post (SingPost) inconsistent information about delivery

I received a notice that a delivery for a registered parcel was unsuccessful on Apr 22 and went online to schedule a re-delivery on Apr 27. I called at 2pm today and was told that the delivery was on the way. Later, when I called again at 5pm, I was told that no re-delivery was attempted due to some error in my request. One of the managers on shift told me that is not possible to attempt a re-delivery more than once, but he would ask his team if it is possible to make an exception.

As Singapore's main postal service provider, is it impossible to schedule a re-delivery or transfer the parcel to a PO of my choice, since no redelivery had been attempted? I have wasted my whole afternoon waiting for the delivery as a result of inconsistent information provided by the incompetent team of customer service officers.

And if the terms & conditions do indicate that re-delivery can only be attempted once, it should be brought to the attention to the customers before they submit a redelivery request. Lets be reasonable, the average customer does not read through the terms and conditions. With so many delivery companies, I'm surprised Singpost is not interested to create goodwill among its customers.

Singapore Post (SingPost) lost parcel

Singpost claimed that they delivered my parcel on 13/11/2015 but I did not received anything and clearly remembered that I did not receive any calls or intercom calls from the postman either. Sinpost told me that they would set up a case to investigate. Till now, it's been almost half a year, each time I want to check the progress, I called the customer service hotline, they tell me to wait for call back, but I did not receive any calls after that. This has happened for more than 10 times. I called, ask me to wait for call, then no news from them again. Sinpost has really bad attitude and service . Until now, I still did not receive ANY response from ANY singpost staff.

Singapore Post (SingPost) speed surface

I sent on 8. February a big package contains gifts to my relative to the forwarding company in airport cargo road. Speedpost said it had been on 18. February delivered to a name, but that name not exist in the destination address. Seems that the driver had delivered my package to somewhere wrong address.

I asked via email and calls to trace down the driver on that day to know where my package landed. When speedpost had a list of driver drove to that area it could easy to find who drove and asked for the prove where he dropped off my package.

But it is already 2 weeks they still had no answer yet, I wonder why.

Singapore Post (SingPost) forgery with damaged parcel

I was waiting for my parcel from Japan to arrive through EMS services on 19th feb 2016.
I have checked through your online tracking services and it stated that item was with the courier dispatch at 0917hrs.
Upon a long wait, around 1700hrs,
I made a phone call to Singapore post and was being told that " Delivery of your parcel may be delayed due to high volume during this festive peak period"
as also what you have stated in your website. I do have friends whom work under speedpost as delivery courier dispatch
and so I did check with them estimate what kind of timing could I be expecting my parcel to be arrive..
As I was being told perhaps by 8pm.
I did received a phone call from the dispatch guy at about 1800hrs asking me if I did require the item by today as
he have brought my item back to base. But in the first place, my wife was at home the whole day and expecting him to
come any time of the day but not to avail. He did mentioned that he was about to knock off from work and he have an idea
how he want to deliver the parcel to me. Time passed. 8pm, he arrived my doorstep. My wife called me and mentioned that
the package was wet! As explained by the dispatch guy, he rode on his own bike for the delivery instead of using the company's van.
So I told her to accept the package on my behalf and check the contents. Put in remarks of the condition of the parcel.
To my surprise, the dispatch guy told my wife that he have signed on my behalf at the base.
I did check back on the tracking page, my parcel was being delivered at 1817hrs.
I treat this case very seriously as FORGERY was involved! Please do give me an explanation on how Speedpost is going to settle this issue here.
If I do not hear from Speedpost within 48hours, I will seek help from the Police for this forgery matter.

Singapore Post (SingPost) completely useless

Item given to Speedpost on 19th Nov. Item reaches airline at 21 Nov. Item STILL showing only 'handed to airline', with no onward transit. Item is literally only going to Malaysia. I can drive that distance in a few hours 1st call to speedpost - even though called the right number I get put through to wrong department. Guy gives me a number to call, "Wait, I am calling on that number already." Told to call back later as apparently they cant do anything - they havent even heard my problem yet! 2nd call to Speedpost - they say it is not their problem. They handed it off, and status shows 'handed to airline' so now it's Malaysia post problem I call Malaysia Post. They say they have not recieved it, so how can it be their problem? 2nd call to Speedpost - inform them it is not malaysia's responsibility and ask to know who has my package. Am told 'it is in safe hands' and they wont give me the details of what airline - even though that airline have been holding it for days now. I insist, saying it is my property and they are witholding it and not telling me where it is. Basically, never go Singpost. They will apparently hand your property to somewhere and it will get stuck. When you try to contact someone to get it 'unstuck' and delivered they will NOT let you know where YOUR property is, despite promising a tracking service. There's a word for when people try to withhold property from the rightful owner... I will no longer use singpost ...if i do an e-commerce transaction in future I will either insist the seller uses DHL or one of the other services and pay the small price difference myself, or I will simply not purchase the item. Better that than Speedpost Singapore's anonymous 'safe hands'. I STILL have no idea where the package is, who has it or when it will arrive. Worst postal service I have ever seen, I expect the same from UK standard (untracked, untraced) mail.
