Singapore Post (SingPost) letters being sent wrongly

My bill have been sent to late by singpost and I have been fine. When I call singpost, they tell me there is nothing they can do. Is it that everytime singpost lost my bill or sent my bill late, I just have to suck it up and just pay the fine when it is not even my fault. What are you people doing. All you know is to say I am sorry and I understand.

Singapore Post (SingPost) Parcel not delivered

On 24/04/19, despite of having three persons being at home the whole day, a notification for collection of the parcel was received in the mailbox stating that we were unreachable. A check on the doorbell, it is working very well indeed. No loud television, radio or partying was ongoing then. How would we have missed the bell? The postperson must have some power of incredible silence in providing service that Singpost is failing to let their customers know about.

For Singpost, with over 160 years of service, to have already issued an apology just in January this year, and yet displaying continued lack of professional, is leaving us very impressed indeed. Not to mention being Singaporeans, we have been witnessing the deterioration of your trustworthy public company.

Please bring back the professionalism you should have, and what better year to do that than during our bicentennial celebration! Also with the govt going on about the aged population, did it not ever occur to Singpost that the parcel that the postperson conveniently just skip out on because Singpost is allowing such behaviour, might belong to those aged that have greater difficulties in going allllll the way down to the post office to collect the mail? Such great public company we have. How's the SGX btw?

Went to the Siglap Branch to pick up the bulk unregistered parcel and the staff said SingPost do not deliver bulky items that does not fit into the mailbox. So my father commented that not all bulk items were collected. Only several times even though he was at home the post person failed to make the attempt to deliver. The staff at the Siglap branch said those times that bulk unregistered parcels delivered to the doorsteps are “extra mile by SingPost”. Is this SingPost’s official statement? That all bulky unregistered parcel that do not fit into the mail box must be collected?

The sender said they have send out since 1st April, claimed arrived in Singapore since 12th/ 13th April. The promise is to send within 5 working days. Yes I was away, but there is no sign of collection card, so till today 2nd May, no sign at all. I called several times said unable to trace, don't know deliver or not! This is ridiculous, where is the responsibility.

Singapore Post (SingPost) registered post not sent

I left my mail with Killiney Rd Post Office to be sent out by registered post (RC600734864SG) on 15 Mar 19. More than a month later, I discovered that my mail has not even left the post office. I called the customer service dept ( ticket #: CAS-3113298-C7F1C2) asking for an explanation and was told they would get back to me within 3 working days. It has been a week and there was no reply fr singpost even after reminder. Such service is totally unacceptable. Knowing that my mail is important, singpost chooses to ignore my requests and never treat mail entrusted to you urgently and carefully. How would u explain that mail entrusted to you and yet not even leave the post office after more than a month?

Singapore Post (SingPost) smartpac delivery (fraud)

Bought a product from Qoo10 choosing Smartpac delivery service, seller sent out parcel on 8th April and provided tracking number. Was unable to track parcel until 17th April which is also the date I received the parcel. Tracking shows that postman only start to deliver parcel on the 17th which is 7 working days later(Smartpac 3-4 work days). Paid Smartpac service only to receive normal parcel delivery service, I believe this is a case of fraud!

Singapore Post (SingPost) mail not being delivered

Hello,
I have not been receiving all of my mail. Numerous cards from Australia (birthday, anniversary and Easter cards) were sent and none have been received. In January, a card was sent from a relative in Australia. We did not receive it.

This month my daughter turned 10 and we are waiting for two birthday cards to arrive. They were sent 3 weeks ago. She is very upset and I know that the problem does not lie with Australia Post.

In January, a friend in New York sent a parcel and I did not receive it until I sent a complaint to the USPS. Once I lodged a complaint, my parcel was sent. However, I could see from the tracking number that the parcel was at Changi and had been for a month. When my parcel arrived it was all squashed. I don't think that this parcel was ever going to be delivered to me.

Singapore Post (SingPost) my 30kg parcel has not been delivered even after 2 months

[CAS-3066080-B1X5X8] CZ002332076SG | Unsuccessful delivery | 19-03-2019 10:09 **CRA Case** CRM:[protected]

a case is created with Singpost for non-delivery of parcel at DENMARK.

brief:
1. I have send two 30 KG parcel from SINGAPORE to Denmark using SINGPOST standard service.
2. i have received 1 parcel within 10 days
3. the other parcel CZ002332076SG has not be received
4. I call to speedpost number from DENMARK which is expensive and spoke to Chetanya on 16th April 2019.
5. No updates has been given to me for my 30KG parcel.
6. Surprisingly i got a response from singpost that
""The parcel has been returned to sender, as recipient did not contacted destination custom office for the retrieval of the parcel."

means that the company with which singpost has tied up never contact the Denmark customs for delivery.

This is a breach of trust and cheating by singpost asking double amount for the parcel.

how do customer know that the parcel is lying with customs?
my first parcel is delivers without any problem, how come the problem comes with second parcel?I need an answer

you cannot ask money which i have already paid off.

I need to escalate this and raise an alarm as this is a breach of trust.

I am requesting to arrange a delivery of parcel to my Denmark address. I am not sure why i have to pay double amount ?
at the end, i can only bear a minimal cost to deliver the parcel at denmark address

Singapore Post (SingPost) undelivered items.

I do not receive the items deliver to my mailbox on which Singpost confirmed that they already did on 10th April at 13:45pm.

This is so disappointing in every levels and i would like to know why is that so? Do we have to take this risk just because it is a normal Singpost mail delivery?

How could Singpost confirmed that items has been delivered when it is not?

Singapore Post (SingPost) delivery and customer service

I received the msg notification to collect the parcel from pop station on 7 apr night. On 8 apr evening I went to collect the parcel and msg stating the parcel has been sent to general post office. Why is that so? I received the msg one day prior to expiry. Sing post should have sent the msg earlier so that there is sufficient time for parcel collection.
After that, i called the hotline and was told that arrangement can be made to send the parcel to jurong point post office. However til date, I have not gotten any updates and the parcel is goin to due on 15 apr. I have been calling almost everyday and yet i was get push around. Til date I still don't know if I will get the parcel. It's been almost one week. Why does sing post takes so long to resolve the issue. Wat is goin in? This is frustrating!;

Singapore Post (SingPost) never delivering on time

i bought some items off someone in Singapore and decided keep a day free as i don't wanna go down and collect it myself, even though on the website it says delivery in progress but i never got my parcel at all, untill i called them up then they told me that i might not get my parcel today at all and i would have to wait till the next working day. i feel that it is very irresponsible for singpost to do this. the reason they told me being that the postman have alot of parcels to go around but don't singpost knows to distribute the parcel evenly among postmans if they can't make the delivery on the day don't say that you will which made me waste a whole day waiting for it. what if it is something urgent? i called them all they can say is sorry? well if you are gonna be sorry do something about it

Singapore Post (SingPost) speedpost standard

It happened again. Postman did not deliver the parcel and trying to return the parcel to me again. This time i even specifically put in the remark "Receipient to self collect if home delivery fails". Speedpost standard should be putting to nearby post office or popstation of receipient. My customer need to receive the goods and not sending back to me if they are not as home. Simple logic. I already verify with my customer that no phone call was even made.

Singapore Post (SingPost) lost package and no refunds

I lodged a complaint over this channel couple of weeks ago. Singpost contacted me and carried out some investigations. I know that you had tried your best to retrieve my lost item. But what pisses and upsets me was the verdict which I found it hard to swallow.

In the email sent by singpost, it was indicative that singpost will not refund me for the lost package. I will have to ask for compensation from the sender.

I called singpost and asked why, and the reason was because, as a policy, buyers or recipients have no rights to ask for refunds. Only sender.

So I did I was told but I was skeptical because the fault does not even lie on the sender or his local postoffice!

It pisses me most when I stare at the 2 words within the mail that gaves me a sense of "suck it up if there is not compensation"
Those 2 words are "if any". If any!

So singpost is trying to tell me, if there is no insurance, and you cant get your money back. Suck it up! Forget about tracking! Singpost holds no responsibility for any lost packages, even if it was evidently lost by singpost despite the fact that the item was tracked!

Suck it up because singpost is exonerated here. (do correct me if I am wrong. But this was the message that I am getting.)
No insurance, not a sender? Sorry. No compensation.

Is that what that email is telling me? I applaud the effort to find my item. I applaud the effort that you tried to retrieve the item. But what is next?

I still lost the item. Sender replied me that he cant compensate me. And really, I dont blame him or his local post. The item was lost in the hands of singpost!
And I cant demand for a refund from singpost!
Because no insurance, and most importantly, I am not a sender!

To all those who are reading this post, beware! Buy things online at your own risks! If you have no insurance you will not have compensation. You will not gurantee that your item will reach you safely even with tracking!
Tracking does nothing to protect you! Nothing!

Congratulations for staying in singapore because you have the priviledge of paying higher shipping cost to 1) pay for tracking 2) pay for insurance.in case singpost lost your item again!

Dont get me wrong, staying in singapore has many positive stuff. Clean and safe!
But when it comes to mails? No.. Your package is not safe.

Singpost! You are supposed to our trusted connection with the world! How can we trust singpost now?! How can I trust singpost now?!

Where is justice?! The justice that we asked our students to recite every morning in school?!

I am not trying to get the postman or lady fired. It may be a genuine mistake. But please! Admit the mistake, compensate for the loss, do something about the system so that such events will not recur! Aint you sick that you have to deal with these all the time?
That you get scolded every single day?!

When will I even hear that singpost is declared as the top notch post office in the world!?
I really wonder..

And I am the victim here. Why am I bearing the full loss when the fault is not on me? It is $141.08! For goodness sake! And I have to buy another piece online. That makes it $282! Just to get my hands on this collectible.

Why am I paying such a high price?! It is just not fair and right. If I can trust singpost, I dont need to spend additional costs. Now, the additional cost is transferred to the recipients.

Do we buyers deserve such services? Do we?
Who ask you to buy online? Suck it up!

Where is justice?

Singapore Post (SingPost) postal services

Hello there, I recently had a really really terrible experience that I would like to share with you so that maybe my voice can be heard.

So to summarise the story, I paid SingPost S$300 just to have a 2kg parcel sent to bulgaria and back to Singapore in 4 months.

The story goes like this. I sent the package on November 15 2018 to Bulgaria where it was only supposed to take 2 weeks to a month for a total of $180. After a month when I went to check up on the package, I was told to wait a month for the investigation which I was completely fine with even tho I missed the Christmas season. After one more month, I find out the package is still not delivered. I was fine with that too since they told me they were working on it. And when I tracked the package that said it reached the destination country, I was relieved. But then it took too Long to get out of customs so I asked them what happened again. Again there was another investigation that took 3 weeks till they finally told me to send me recipient all the way to the airport to collect it. So he did but when he reached, he was told the package wasn't registered and had to come back the next week. Again I was completely fine with that. But a few days later, he was told that because his name was not stated on the box, the package is being returned. When I heard about that, I immediately took action and tried to call SingPost to liaise with the overseas postal company to stop this. But because their investigation time took forever, it was too late. When it came back to Singapore 2 weeks later, the mailman charged me another S$120 to collect back the package. I was extremely angry about this and called SingPost 1 more time. They said they needed 17 more working days to investigate and after they came back to me, they simply told me the addressee's name was not there when the tracking invoice clearly indicate it was

Please note that all this is coming from a poor university student that's trying to handle a Long distance relationship so frequent trips all the way to Europe has to be done twice a year and I simply have to pay for all of the incompetences of the multi million dollar postal company

Singapore Post (SingPost) returned package

I posted a package from Singapore to NZ to be delivered via SeaMail. A few days later it was put on my front step with no message on it as to why it was returned, only the address lightly crossed with one line. I took it back to the post office and even they were confused. They said they would try again, free of charge. She said that would put it in a fresh bag. They did not. They tried to mail it with that bag, with the address crossed off so this time it was returned to me with a red arrow pointing to the address. However, they shoved the large package into my condo mailbox, forcing the door closed and bending the lock. Also completely ignoring the Fragile written across the front. This service is very frustrating.

Singapore Post (SingPost) brainless postal delivery employees

My IPad replacement screen arrived on 13 March 2019. As in the picture 1 attached shows, the package 25cm in width which is exactly the same width of our letterbox. The package can be put into the letter box from the back which do not have any hinges or frame to house the letterbox door like infront where we owners access to. So how do you expect us to take the package out of the letterbox with the obstruction from the door in front as shown in picture 2.
Why do we always have to suffer loss or damaged item for the services that we have to pay for such poor postal services?

Singapore Post (SingPost) terrible service provided

On 2 March, I went to Post Office Amk to collect my passport. After waiting for about 10 minutes it was finally my turn however the staff named Susan Ong kept saying stuffs like "actually the customer behind you came first but I'll help you first" then suddenly she asked me to stand at the side as she wants to serve the customer at the back first. Reluctantly, I stood at the side. However that customer took almost 10 minutes and in the end she couldn't collect her documents. After that customer left, she told me to stand infront of the counter and she'll serve me shortly. However, instead of serving me, she called her manager to serve me instead and the waiting time took another 5 minutes. She claims that she's changing shift but I kept seeing her walking up and down and talking to others. I don't think this is fair, and I believe you won't tolerate such actions. I hope you can tell that staff to not do it again and if she wants to serve the next customer first please say in advance and not after collecting my documents. Thanks

Singapore Post (SingPost) lost parcel

A year ago.. When I didnt receive a parcel.. I went high and low to lodge a complain. Was told that I must track my parcel or singpost will not be able to help.
Now I have another missing parcel which singpost claimed that it was delivered. I asked for evidence of delivery. They had none because, even though there is tracking number, there is no requirement for signature.
My parcel cost us$90, tracking fee of us$10.
A claim that it is delivered made me loss money. How certain was the parcel delivered to the correct household?
The parcel is larger than a4 size. It is a box. My parents were 100% certain that this box did not reach our home. There is no way that the box of this size can go missing or unnoticed either.
Where did my parcel go? Why is it that despite that there is tracking this time I still have no idea where my parcel is?
Please find my parcel. It is not cheap. Please.
Who did singpost gave my parcel to?
It is a box of limited edition. Yugioh 20th anniversary duelist box.

Tracking number : lp101757664jp
