I ordered a bluetooth headset. I paid for the item right away and received a shipping tracking number.

When I went to the USPS website to check delivery progress they never had any information. All they had on file was that they had received the shipping information.

I contacted the company and they said not to worry that i would receive the item. After a few more days i contacted them again and was told that they would ship another one out right away, and when i received it i was to contact them and they would refund 1/2 of my money. Finally after 22 days the item shipped and I received my bluetooth. I contacted them when i received the item on the 28th of February about my refund and I have never received it. I recontacted them again on March 17th but they will not respond.

I cannot complain about the bluetooth except for the fact that it was supposed to be new but showed some signs of wear and tear. It works perfectly despite this.
