resolved to the customer's satisfaction
As a daughter of an 84 yr old parent, I am very upset about 'Silver Sneakers'
offering seniors at senior recreation centers in Denver health 'classes'... ONLY if they have certain 'suplimental' health insurance, which I have found points them to having to 'upgrad' their suplimental plans (in order to join)!!!.
Seniors are already confused with the onslaught of medical options they need in order for them to try and stay healthy, and it infuriates me that they are <again> thrown a 'bone' to 'join' health classes ONLY to find out they have to join 'certain' medical plans (which costs them more money)!
To me, this is an unethical way of trying to entice seniors out of 'more' money out of their hard earned and already thinly stretched pockets!
I hope that the governments will check on this program to validify it's true intention(s) toward senior citizens, and I will be bringing this to their attention.
