I was informed today of the Debt In Possession company that cuts corners and a case where a fraud has been proven. See fraud, breach of contract, tortious interference etc case against Silver Point by the law firm of Scheme-Reese Richman, LLP. They specialize in fraud ! That's what you need from what I've seen from one of Silver Point's victims. Namely, a Dale Cooney is the snake that seems to be the front-man for Silver Point. FTC has many complaints and State Attorney is researching now. Beware of Dale Cooney and Silver Point. You're in bed with the devil.
