i had order a bouquet of flowers from Sify Mall.. it was an express delivery item .. to b delivered with in 2 / 3 days ..howver after one month im stil awaiting its delivryy.

my efforts to contact them wer of no use.. their customer care is so riddiculuos that they cut the call sin between ...and they never replyy to complaint mails supposedly . my mails have not yet been responded to ..

    I have purchase two mini speakers with mini subwoofer from sify shopping.
    My order no. is s-[protected]-m ib dated 21.11.2008. I received my goods by courier but when I opened the packet material foud broken. I complain this to sify shopping customer care they told me to send back this packet to a given address (OJJAS) for replacement. I send back the product via bluedart courier (airway bill no. [protected]) on dated 04.12.2008. But now 24 days gone but I not received my product. I call regulary to sify shopping for this but they always disconnect the phone without any response. So you are reqested to do needfull and oblige. I always be thankfull to you.
