To whom it may concern,

My name is Pedro Ferraz.

I rented a car from Sicily By Car from the 15/12 to the 18/12, from Ciampino Airport, in Rome.

I had originally rented a car from Fiumicino.

When I went to Ciampino, the person at the desk told me that he could not change the reservation to this office.

I found that very strange, since it wasn't the first time this had happened.

Actually, a few days after I returned the car, I checked the reviews online, and in the past you did change reservations for other people.

However that person at the desk, simply didn't want to make the effort.

Not very good customer service.

So, I was forced to make a new rental agreement for the 15/12 to the 18/12.

The number of that rental agreement is 2581766.

The price was €188, 04 for a Ford Fiesta.

Originally I was supposed to pay around €120 for Volkswagen Golf.

The price included full insurance and a young driver's fee since I am 20 years old.

There was also a €200 deposit left on my credit card.

A few days after I returned the car, I checked my bank statement to see if deposit had been released.

That is when I noticed that I had been charged an additional €62, 79 on that same credit card.

It has been almost a month since this has happened.

I have sent at least 10 emails, and called at least 20 times and I finally got an email back on the 31/12.

The local office in Rome told me I had to send an email to Customer Service at the main offices.

I have now sent numerous emails, and no reply

To be honest, I am quite pissed off with the actions of this company.

I want to make a formal complaint!!!

I want my my money back!!!
