We have purchased a front load ifb senorita plus some 5 years back. In the beginning it was too good and after few months the trouble has been started. We have amc with shree nidhi services who are the authorised service franchise for ifb.
We have never seen such a worst service people in our life time.
We have to keep on calling them for each and every time and they never attend the call.
Whenever they will come for service they force us to change the part. They will demand like anything. Nearly we have spent
rs.8 to 10 k for repair itself. We are very much fed up.
Recently on 28.04.16 one service engineer by name mr. Vijay came for service and he told to change the door switch which was not locking properly and change the aqua also.
But after changing the both the machine for completely not working. Even i tried mr. Vijay's number and the office number, but they have not attend the call at all.
Even i have personally visited the place to search m/s. Shree nidhi services as per their invoice cum receipt. But there is no
shop/agency like that in that area.
Even i'm suggesting my friends/relatives not to buy ifb product.
As the service is tooooooooooooooooo poor.
As this is winter/rainy reason i'm not able to use my washing machine at all.
Kindly treat this mail as most urgent/important and solve my issues with immediate effect.
