Too slow!!
I'm shocked with their super slow delivery! Phone case which I ordered from ShopShipHappy was a present for a friend but unfortunately it did not arrive on time. It actually took them three months to deliver one small case! I can't say anything about the product itself, just an ordinary case, pretty good looking. But the point is that when it was delivered! Why did it take so long? They can't explain anything! Never again I will buy anything from them, I hate waiting!

I have purchased a phone case from www.shopshiphappy.com and received an incorrect one. I went to ShopShipHappy and found some instructions about how to return. First step was to contact their customer service for a return label. I emailed them several times but did not receive a reply.
Then I went online and found their phone number. Customer service rep told me that I have to request a replacement via email. I told him that I already tried and was told to try again - no response.
I called for the second time but no one picked up.
I made a small research and found their address. It wasn't too far so I took my father's car and went there. When I arrived their office was closed and it really seemed that no one's working there, the place was empty.
Called customer service again and it got me nowhere.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Ordered a product, charged for it, never delivered
I ordered a clarinet from this company, was charged on my credit card, and never received it. I attempted to call the phone number of the company and was never able to reach anyone. I attempted to email the company about it and never reached anyone. I'm pursuing a fraud charge with my credit card company in hopes of reclaiming the money. Stay away from this company!

My horrible experience!
I'll keep it short. I purchased a Bluetooth speaker through this site. I live far away from the city, in a small town that even does not have postal service. So I need to spend about two hours to get to the post office. When I placed my order I explained them the situation and gave them all the details about shipping direction. But they didn't follow directions and my item was returned to them. I spent two hours to get to the post office only to be told that there is no package for me. I could not contact shopshiphappy by phone, so I sent them an emailed. I was told that they can't do anything until they hear from the supplier. My last three messages haven't received a response. There was no product or refund, so I'm thinking of calling the police.
Order was cancelled and money hasn't been returned
I have ordered from the company www.shopshiphappy.com. I indicated my address and added that note, where I wrote about the route to my house (it was difficult to find my house). But the seller cancelled the order, because of my note. I emailed them and explained the situation, but they didn’t care. They continued to send them emails, but money hasn’t been returned and the seller did nothing about this situation.
