Dear Sir/Madam
We simply love the Nutri Kids milk product for 3 years and up for our 3 year old twins but cannot readily obtain it at the store, Checkers, Fairbridge Mall, Brackenfell where I do my shopping.
I am in luck when I find it on a shelve.
Today I was at a dentist with the twins and paged through a magazine of January 2019. I was shocked to find that you also have a mixed berries of Nutri Kids range!
Can you please ask Checkers, Fairbridge Mall, Brackenfell to: 1) ensure that the Nutri Kids product is readily available.Currently there is space for only 2 boxes containing 6 x liters each whereas the Parmalat product can be found on about 4 shelves. 2) to obtain the mixed berries range of Nutri Kids milk.

As a client of your popular shop today I was deeply disgraced by your personal.
On the 07/07/19 05:20 I bought groceries of almost R2054 food and 2electronic goods a straightener and haidreyer was among the things I bought.
On Sunday I tried out my new blowdyer and find that it doesn't heat up the hair like its suppose to. I left it and used my usual old blower.
I send my father in-law to take it back to your branch Paarl Huguenot 02187753.
Where my father in-law took it to a Mr Shane Karkee he the spoke down on my father even leaving my father to stand and wait for him while he chit chat to other staff before returning to my father and informing him that maybe I'm putting the blow dryer on 1 and not 2 and that he can't return it.
My father then came home inform me about what happened. I then went to your shop and asked for the guy that spoked to my father Mr Shane Karkee the lady at the tilled called him 2times telling him a customer awaiting on him he now having a really dramatic attitude towards me.
I then inform him regarding what my father said, I told him I used a blow dryer per instructions and that the heat is not what it is he then put the dryer in the plug blowing his hand and then a Mr Dries NRL also now coming towards us asking me to relax they'll help me but he don't have any idea what happened now this Mr Shane Marked show him on his hand the heat and Mr Dries Nel now telling me (maybe you need to get a blow dryer for R1000 for better results) is this now how shoprite is degrading, female clients I feel offended by your staff.
If I wanted to buy a dryer for that price I would buy it but its not my first time buying Ottimo products from you.
I then ask Mr Dries Nel your email address where upon he said look on your shoprite bag there is a number numeral times I asked for email address because he don't know you shoprite head office email address is this the service you portray to clients.
I'm deeply deeply hurt an offended by your staff.

On the 13/07/2019 I went to ShopRite store at modjadji plaza _kgapane(bolobedu) to buy 1litre first choice vanilla custard, on the shelves priced 21.99 but on the tillpoints is 23.99 then I asked one of the staff supervisors then she replied that it's a mistake the real price is 23.99 not 21.99 and she apologise to me but today I went to the store again on the 15/07/2019 the price is still the same on the shelves 21.99.Now it's look like I was robbed my money and this is not good for customers.what if you can't read?I think cashiers of ShopRite at modjadji plaza are robbing customers to buy their lunch, if not so why are they faking prices.please get to the bottom of this.

I purchased a bag of Dole garden salad on 7/11/2019 with an enjoy by date of 7/19/2019 today is 7/13/2019 and the entire bag is brown and smells spoiled. I stored it properly in the refrigerator! This is an absolute waste of a 3lb bag of salad! You're produce is rumored to be the worst amongst all other grocery stores and I concur! I'm very upset!

I brought the ViviLite highligthers (4-pack) amongst other grocery items and to my surprise 3/4 have dried- out first attempt usig them. I would like a replacement of the highlighters as I am not willing to spend more than what I have already and I need them as I am also a student.

Good day I Would like to lodge a complain aGainst Ms Julies the sales manager of Checkers Capegate I am an outsource, merchandiser at the store and cant work with this woman I have alot op principles to attend to but she feel the need to insult me every chance she gets infront of other staff members and because shes a manager and im new im not allowed to be rude back with her. The thing is im a grownup working for my child so i dont need such unfair treatment im just there to do my job she's pussing both me and my colleague to the point where we feel like hitting her to teach her a lesson and how to treat other people with respect we do not care about what the consequences will be as every one is to afraid to take a stand against her there are atleast 10 people who also have issues with her but are to afraid to come forward cause they are afraid of being chased out of the store . We are gonna take this matter further if someone doesnt put this woman on her place as we all have human rights and dont need it to be violated on a daily as it makes it unpleasant for us to work in this store especially the groceries department.

A Family friend was on his to to visit us when 6 guys at Shoprite Cravenby tried to Rob him. They waited outside for him so that they can take his belongings he obviously called my husband and was safely collected by him. This is not the first time people are being robbed at Cravenby Branch, there are 4 securities at this store outside patrolling and yet people just get robbed over and over and over again.

You the management of Shoprite need to make sure your customers are safe when shopping at your store and have a peace of mind to feel safe when entering and leaving your store .
You will obviously not do anything about this ...
but at least I will know that others are reading this and see that you should not shop in this area cause there's no saftey for you .

To whom it may concern,

I am so disappointed, I bought monthly grocery's on the 25th. On the 3rd of June, I made the Burgers for supper. immediately my husband said something taste sour. My 8 and 12 year also mentioned it on their fist bite. Eventually I took a bite, and it taste like old meat. I took the burgers back last night, I spoke to the manager. I also took the burgers that I made so she could taste. She just looked at it and ask of I want another box or my money back which I took the money back for the burgers. No apology nothing. I kept my Kids at home today because to stomach cramps. If it gets worse, I will take them to the doctor.

So all I'am asking for Shoprite to refund my slip attached, So I can take my kids to the Doctor.

I purchase a spicy chicken sandwich and a fish sandwich 2 for 3. I asked for extra pickle on both sandwiches and also tomatoes with on the spicy chicken I leave I pay for the mail I pay the extra cost and I'm and also heavy tartar for the fish I leave at the pan for my merchandise get down the road biting into my sandwich there is no pickle and Holly knoll tartar sauce on the sandwich I had to turn around go back and let them know instead of them fixing me a fresh sandwich they give me the sandwich that I already have that I travel back with now how nosti is that to give to a customer then on top of that I had to drive I had to turn back around after I got the sandwich and noticed that they didn't give me a fresh sandwich I had to turn back around and get and go back to the checkers I went there two extra times and then I end up having to request my money back because they gave me poor customer service. And plus this was a long drive for me I'm coming from tamarac and I live in Miramar so I had to drive back to give them the sandwich and then drive back again in order to try to get this taken care of so this was poor customer service and me having to use my tire engine well to come back and forth to that store and I'm trying to hurry up and get home from work.inconsiderate of me and my time and inconsiderate of me having to go back and forth if they haven't fixed my sandwich right the first time I wouldn't have to make two extra back to trying to get my sandwich done properly. This morning I was in our local Shoprite to get a few things and when I went to get some meat, there were birds all over the meat, which is terrible because their nails were digging into the wrapping, which means that they were touching the meat and there were no staff around doing any thing about it.

I have attached a video of it on this complaint.

At USAVE SHOPRITE at Jeppstown I went to buy spinach there only to find out it's rotten it's normal, then I asked the cashier Khumbulani Nsele who apologised about the situation and he called his superior when the guy came he said there is nothing they can do. I suggested that why don't they reduce at least the price in that way customers will be aware that they see the spinach is not ryt. I told them I will come back to see if there acted on the situation, when I returned they removed some and left behind the other one. I told them I will take a picture though I didn't take it at first because they said they will remove it. If I took the first picture before I complained to you would swear that that spinach they took it in the bin somewhere, it's wasn't supposed to be in a shelf. So in the second scene they did not reduced the price thought Sthe spinach was still not right they said they removed the worse. The guy told me I am not allowed to take the picture in store? I told him I need evidence he h swear at me, saying I must understand that the spinach came in the morning they have to sell it otherwise it would be a loss to them. I even asked if they would have sell that spinach if the shop was situated in the CBD where customers know what's right for them, he didn't respond. Instead he asked me where I am working? I told him he said no wonder you know too much rights. They must be careful of what they are selling to us, I told them I will lodge a complain he said I must carry on. Are we in Jeppe supposed to eat rotten food because of our level of leaving? If they carry on with selling rotten veggies I think we need to report the matter beyond.

Am Nthabiseng I was at shoprite Tsakane Mall around 13h34 I went to till 23 the person who was working there is Millicent, she told me already when I arrived at her till that she only taking card and she was shouting she give me an attitude then they was a person in front me that brother said sister just ask another cashier and she refused she said she is afraid of the customers we said the customers will not say anything is not like I cum at the back then she told me to start other que then i just went to Nhlanhla she also give me an attitude she just told sister I will not help you just go back where you come from, they make a noise in front of the customers they treated me as if am not a human being and so hurt and angry about the treatment they give us at shoprite, I went to the manager and explain to him then he said things that they are doing he don't understand it, he said he will talk to them, then he asked Nurse to help then that sister asked the other lady to help that lady help me with smile she didn't even give me attitude, so am complaining cause am not sure that manager will talk to them maybe he will forget

I bought my iron around may this year.i thought I had a warranty on the iron if it stopped working according to the shoprite cashiers/unauthorised technician they can't assist me because the iron has a dent meaning my top was burnt by the iron that the burn dent that on the iron. I received very bad customer service the were unpeofessional as well as rude.

hi! i am a frequent shopper at your ramsey store. However on 12-2-18 I saw employee Darnell yell at employeees. He was very rude and out of line to them. you treat your customers like gold and to see employees treated disrespectful and not recieving the same treatment as customers is wrongin today's world. employee darnell should be removed and does not know how to respect people or his employees for that matter. that kind of treatment is unfair and rude.

On Saturday the 17th of November 2018 i went to shoprite Alexandra pan Africa and i was assisted by this unprofessional and rude lady the name of Anelisa. While I standing on the queue she was busy to her friend at the same time taking her time while saving customers and when I got to the till her mind I was not even there. I paid for my groceries and she gave me 1 bag that was not even enough for my groceries. I was surprised when I saw her scanning the next customer's items and putting them next to mine. It's like she was doing us a favor by assisting us. I was busy putting my card in my purse the man's items were pushed next to mine. After assisting the gentleman she told the next person coming to log in that she will sell me the 2nd bag

Kenako shoprite store in Sphondo rd Port elizabeth. Am turned back by the suppervisor because my iterms are more than 10 nd there was no body to tell me this, when i called the manager she also sends me back to pay by other tillpoints, where the line is very long nd sh says it is the shoprite rules that is important not my happiness as the customer

I bought stir fry at USave in Mthatha today at 15:55 when I was about to cook it, I opened the plastic and unbearable smell filled my kitchen as the stir fry was rotten. I drove to USave to lodge a complaint and them to refund me my money as I was no longer interested in their stir fry. The security and the cashier treated me well then they called the manager who came and asked me where is the other potion, I told him it was like that, I couldn't cook it as it was smelling. He started making a scene that he won't refund me I should go to hell and everyone in the shop started laughing. I asked for the slip then I left and he continued insulting me. As I was going, one lady who was there said I should lodge a complaint with you

I want to play a win a car competition but it shows the number is used already. Why is it that you guys lie to customers, why should I still bring you my business if you are not trustworthy?

Will the consumer rights commission and ombudsman agree on the way you found business.

Tues 30 Oct I purchased a packet of Pot o' Gold frozen Peas, Sunday 04 Nov I opened the pack to cook, to my surprise the colour was white/cream instead of green as you would expect peas to look like. I boiled them and the smell that filled may kitchen was terrible. it is so disgusting when you go to Elloff branch the store is filthy and the smell coming from the freezer section is unbearable.

Firstly let me compliment you on your revamped store A real beauty Then with a sad heart I must bring under your attention that the store is getting a bad name in the community through the lack of interest for their jobs by your staff members On numerous occasions we are faced with empty shelves Cold Drinks Milk Ice Cream Shampoos Worcester sauce meat past their expiry date etc I have brought a lot of these under the attention of your staff and were mostly met with a don't care attitude Please send an inspector to arrive unannounced to have a look at certain departments Serious management issues are at stake here and your business are paying the price
