Shoppers Drug Mart sale product

Hi, I went to Shoppers at 25 Great Lakes Dr, Brampton, ON L6R 2S5 on Wednesday July 10th. There was a product which was on sale for 3.99 and it had a 4$ reduced sign on it. I wanted to buy but the cashier said that I cant do that. He asked the manager to come and he said that the 4$ reduced coupon (discount) will be applied to the original price (6.99) not the sale price. I told them it is on sale but they told me they can not apply the coupon on the sale price as the sale price was lower than the coupon amount. This was their mistake but I ad to pay instead and I decided not to buy that. I would appreciate if you clarify to me why the people at shoppers are not trained to resolve these situations.

Shoppers Drug Mart post office

I went to Shoppers Drug Mart on Chemong Rd in Peterborough on Friday July12 to pick up a money gram at post office. When I went to the post office, the girl there said she was new and hadn't been trained to do this. I talked to the manager who said she would try and get someone to walk her through this. The person she called said you needed to be certified to do this. I told her I would not step foot in the store again. I have spent lots over the years there. I will take my business to Walmart now. The way I look at it, someone should be there that is trained while post office is open.

Shoppers Drug Mart product not in store

I went into the Shoppers on Kingston road on Sunday evening to pick up pop that was on sale, there was none available. So I asked for a raincheck and I told the girl I wanted 2 Sprite and 2 cokes. She gave me the raincheck reciept and put 4 diet cokes. I asked if this mattered and she said it was all the same. And I could get them at any Shoppers. I went back in Tuesday and all they had was coke, so I grabbed 2 of those.I had told my friend I would take her to the Wellness centre at the Shoppers in Ajax on Thursday When I was there, I grabbed 2 Sprite and when I presented my reciept, I was told that I could not get them there, because it was a different number. So now I have to go back again, just to get 2 Sprite. That will be a total of 4 trips. I am disabled and elderly and it is hard for me to go out. I spend about 300 dollars at Shoppers a month, but because of this I am going to be changing my store and will not be returning to Shoppers. It is your loss, the things I buy can be gotten at any drug store. So thanks for loading a good and profitable customer for 2 dollars.

Shoppers Drug Mart pharmacy customer services

I normally don't waste my time complaining about companies and or their staff. However, I am so annoyed by the staff at this Shoppers pharmacy, I felt like I should post this as I am sure I am not the only customer feeling this way.
I was having to visit this pharmacy three times a week for my B12 injection. Each visit would take at least 45 minutes while they stood around and chatted about their personal lives as though I wasn't even there. Sometimes other customers waiting to be served, sometimes not.
Prescription refills, another nightmare. Another hour wasted. They wouldn't accept a faxed prescription as they "were no longer allowed" which I was told. Even though it was the same medication that I have been refilling there for at least a year.
I am perplexed as to why they would be so back logged with such horrible customer service.

Shoppers Drug Mart staff trying to force me to use self serve check out.

I went into the new Shoppers Drug Mart in Penetanguisheneg, Ontario. I went up to pay for the items I wanted to buy. The person at the front told me I have to use the self check out. I told her I did not want to. She told me that's why she is there to help me. I told her I did not want to use the self check out. She told me I can only go to the cash register, normally run by a customer service rep only if I wanted to buy lottery. This is unacceptable. I do not want to use self check out with help or without help. If you want me to remain a customer, a loyal customer, then do not tell store customer service representatives that I have to use the self check out.

Shoppers Drug Mart customer service

I was standing in line at the Post office earlier this week . There was a man in line with a parrot on his shoulder, the woman in front if him said she had allergy's so the lady behind the counter asked him politely to remove the bird and he flew off the handle calling her some very crude names (I was in shock ) the girl behind the counter (Sarah) called another staff for help . Then the manager of the store came back dropped money on the counter for the man's stamp . I think the man should have been escorted out of the store instead of the manager of the store purchasing for him . She Should of had Sarah's back especially after the names he called her . I will not go back to that store .

Shoppers Drug Mart customer service

I went to drop-off a prescription on July 10th, 2019 a little after 7.00 pm. There were three employees in the pharmacy and I was the only customer there at the time. I stood at the prescription drop off counter and waited for someone to help. One employee was on the phone and two others were talking back and forth, based on the conversation it was a discussion on something being or smelling fresh - nothing that was urgent from what I can tell. As I stood there, and even though they all saw me waiting, not one of them acknowledged my presence nor did they make any attempt to help me. As I continued to wait, another customer walked up to the pick up counter and the male employee immediately approached her. This customer had a question and did not have any prescription to pick up. Once he was finished with that customer, he returned to his work station and continued to ignore me. Shortly afterwards he looked at me and from his work station asked if I needed help ! I wanted to shout "why do you think I'm here! but, frustrated at this time, and feeling like I was not welcome at this store, I replied not anymore. I took my prescription and walked out of the store. I went to the No Frills pharmacy not far away and had my prescription filled immediately and most importantly, I was treated like a "customer"! Your employees need lessons in how to treat your customers if you want repeat business, which by the way you will not be getting from me anytime soon.

These employees need to know the outcome of their lack of action, and at minimum an in person apology.

Shoppers Drug Mart pr photo

I was at Shoppers Erin Mills Town Center today. I wanted to take a photo for my PR card renewal. I approached the store front manager and he said I have to go to the cashier. Cashier has a long queue and I do not know why as if there is no one else in the store can take the photo. So I asked him if there is anyone else can do it. He said no. I asked him again if he can do it? He gave me an annoyed look and said no. So I asked again in this big shoppers there is no one that can handle a camera? He said is the cashiers responsibility. So I asked him if I queue up at the cashier and when it is my turn, the cashier will leave her cashier job and put other customers on hold while taking my photo? He said yes. OMG that is so inefficient and risk taking. So he asked me if I want someone else to take my phone and I answered yes. He continually asked me same question if I wanted someones else to take my photo I replied same answer 5 times. After he paged someone else, he explained to his employee multiple time 'LOUDLY' that I do not want to wait or queue up at the line. OMG I never said I do not want to queue, I just asked if there are other employees can do that job. How can a manager doesn't take any initiative to help by picking up the camera and snap snap. Is it that hard? Doesn't he get train for that simple task. All he was doing was just stocking up and checking prices. Not only that he has long facial hair and that is not professional at all.

Another employee named Georgina, a cashier manager who was passing by when I was trying to make copies. I had trouble and she said just put in the coins without even checking what is the issue. I told her I did but the error was can't detect original size. He rolled her eyes, walked towards me annoyed and keep rolling her eyes until the job was done and left, not a word.

My question is how can you have such incompetent and rude managers at store?

This is not the only shoppers that have bad managers, many shoppers do.

Shoppers Drug Mart pharmacist - wrong prescription

I picked up me 450mg Wellbutrin prescription just before leaving for my cottage. My cottage has no wifi or cell service, and is very isolated.

When I got there I saw that the medication I was given was NOT Wellbutrin. I couldn't google what kind of medication I was given because I was up north. Turns out, I was given the "off-brand" version without my knowledge or request. I am currently on a waiting list for ECT, a very serious treatment for depression which means I am at extreme risk of self harm. It is very important for me to take my meds every day.

When I return from my cottage I show the mistake to the head pharmacist (the one who GAVE me this off brand medication) and I did not receive an apology. I was instead patronized and told that they're "basically the same thing". My doctor believes I have spiralled into psychosis (because now I hear voices) and have been given an anti-psychotic. My mental health is extremely poor at this moment and being off my medication, then right back into the max dosage, has caused me to lose my mind a little bit.

I do not think any medication, especially mental health medication should be tampered with. I also know that it is required for a pharmacist to ask me if I'm okay with the off-brand version, they are not allowed to give it to me without my consent. I did not consent to this medication change.

My psychiatrist and I are extremely unimpressed. We want to know what you are going to do to rectify this situation.

Legally, if you don't specifically request BRAND NAME upon drop off, the pharmacy has to substitute it for the generic. Your fault, not theirs. They have signs posted around the pharmacy saying this as well. Ignorance at it's finest.

Shoppers Drug Mart inappropriate behavior

At the shoppers store in Fortuna plaza there is a cashier named Charles that makes inappropriate sexual comments to underage girls (customers and other employees). An example of this is when he asked a customer how old she was and when she replied "i'm 14" he said "damn, I wish girls had [censored] like that when I was 14." He also made numerous sexual comments to a 16 year old female cashier who has since quit. When this information was received by the managers, instead of doing something, they just laughed and Charles still works there. None of the other cashiers seems to care either or they just don't realize the severity of the situation. When sexual harassment is introduced to young girls, this can create dangerous ideologies in their mind that they are the issue and that they themselves are at fault for attracting that kind of attention. Young girls should be able to buy groceries without being sexualized and Charles should have consequences for his absolutely disgusting behavior.

Shoppers Drug Mart monster rockstar drinks

I want to know why when there is cases individual rockstars are on sale.. and there is no cases when the cases are on sale.. right now you have them 3 for 6 dollars.. i was forced to buy a case for 13 dollars for 4.. A case should cost me 8 dollars then! Except it doesnt and thats bs.. Maybe i should take em out of the case if your not gonna play fair.. This bs happens at all shoppers.. Honour your sales if you would like to keep your customers! There is no reason this should be going on. [protected]@gmail.com If you dont honour your sales i will avoid shoppers for everything.. I bought two bags of Doritos as the sticker on the shelf clearly said they were 2 for 5 dollars. I did not realise it till i got back to the car that I was charged full price for the Doritos. I went back into the store to show them there mistake. The manager came over and refunded the original price and then rang them through the till at the sale price of 2 for 5 dollars. I asked if they followed the Scanning code of practice and the manger said yes. I said well then should i not get these bags of chips for free. She said it is not part of the SCOP as it was an expired sale that was still tagged on the shelf, I explained to the manager that would be exactly what would be covered under the SCOP, she continued to tell me No I was wrong. there was a huge line of people forming behind me and I did not have the time to argue with the manager over who was right and who was wrong. So i paid for the chips and kept all the receipts I have attached photos of all receipts, as well as a photo of the tag on the shelf and a photo of the SCOP that clearly says it is covered under it.

Shoppers Drug Mart exchange for product

I recently bought a foundation that was on sale. When realizing i bought the wrong shade I went into the store to exchange it for a different shade. When attempting to do the exchange, the lady said since it was not on sale any longer I had to pay the difference. I was very upset that this wasn't a straight exchange and am not satisfied with my experience at shoppers.

Shoppers Drug Mart complaint the manager of landmark mall in regina canada!

i like to complaint the manager in the shoppers of landmark mall in Regina!
i brought three sale brushes on Jun 30th 2019 at around 6pm and i change my mind after 15mins,i wanna return them and get a box of Lancome mask ,so i walked back.but he said i can‘t return any of them once i brought!
i checked the policy of shoppers,customer can return anything if they are not satisfied!i even did not open and use any of the brushes.why i can‘t return them??why he told me once i brought the whole box of lancome mask,i can‘t return them?is he discriminate me because i am not white?it makes me very uncomfortable of shopping here!can i have somebody to ask me all of my questions?

Shoppers Drug Mart too much for me to do to get the 'deals'

June 30, 2019 - Went to the store to purchase at least $50 worth of merchandise, to capture 20x Optimum Points. Apparently I have to get your advertising email and load my offers onto a Shoppers Drug App.

Are you kidding me? I have an optimum card. I was forced to LINK it in order to use it at Shoppers Drugs. And now I have to jump through hoops to get points?Are you kidding me? I can't just shop, buy $50 (or more) and get the points?

I will not be acquiescing to the demands. Come on, Folks, you can do better than that.

The other thing is, and I know you're aware of it - your sale prices are still often more than a few other stores I shop at.

Your pharmacists might want to advise folks they can get generic products much cheaper. My husband (79 years old) found this out when he went to another drug store.

Nope. We won't be shopping with you any more. Too expensive and too much work to try to save some money.

Shoppers Drug Mart pharmacy personnels

I was trying to purchase an over the counter medicine at Danforth and Main branch. I asked the pharmacist who was a Chinese decent - I think - she was very annoyed and rude with no customer service skill. I did not buy the item after this treatment and I am very reluctant to purchase item from shoppers and would not recommend to anyone else. I have not read your company statement but I am hopping that Your organization would not tolerate this type of behavior from the customer as well as your staff. I hope you will look into the underlying issue with your staff. The day of my visit was June 30/19 around 3 pm.

Shoppers Drug Mart irene manager at shoppers manager in alliston

I explained that I work in Orillia
Canada post had deliver one item to my boyfriend at 27 east ave but would not give him the other item from Canada post yesterday

Today, at 8:45 pm I went to Irene the manager at shoppers drug mart in Alliston

I explained that I work out of town in Orillia
Cannot pick up the post office item

She refused. Was extremely rude
Said she had the key
And was closed up in the back

I understand people have other home priorities and problems

But I have been a resident of Alliston for 9 yrs
Never had I been treated with disrespect and I had worked in customer service for over 20 yrs

Irene expected me to take time off work

Tell me how she would like someone say that to her
Trying to make ends meet

I am very disappointed with who hired her to our community shoppers drug mart

Shoppers Drug Mart electronics notebook 15.6 go or acer

My complaint is that shoppers advertise an item is 26.6 notebook for 299.99 with absolutely zero product information
Not only was there zero info on the ad, each shoppers and I called them all in London did not know the model that was on sale and where it could be purchased.

The disclaimer on the flyer is not enough. It was extremely frustrating to call each shoppers to go d out of the lap top was a available.

What a waste of my time and the time of each clerk to go and check.

In the end I did find one lap top in all of London. I wanted to purchase 2.

How small minded are you as a corporation?

You really do not put customer service and satisfaction first.

Shoppers Drug Mart enfamil gentlease exchange

I recently purchased (June 22/19) the Enfamil Gentlelease baby formula from Shoppers Drug Mary (56ave, Surrey BC) product to give to my son. Upon testing of the first bottle, the taste was different than the other brands and my son would not feed off the formula.

I took the remaining 5 bottles back (June 23/19) to the Shoppers (King George Highway, Surrey BC) to exchange for another type of Enfamil to which I was informed that the Enfamil baby formula was a final sale (never advised) and that I need to contact the manufacturer for a refund although my sale was made through shoppers drug mart.

How is Shoppers unable to accept a 1 day exchange when the purpose is that the product was insatiable for my son? There would be no business loss as the end result is an exchange.

Receipts are saved, looking forward to hearing a response.
