Shopee customer services named aldin n.

I was being promised by 5 agents I spoke with but I have received an email that it can't be. I was provided a false information. Also, customer service is ridiculous and was put me on hold for 10 minutes. Not a influence to the other customers. Not recommended. 👎 The customer service is rude. I was wasted too much of my time. Now, I have fully deactivated my account. Its not my loss but its a company's lost. I will never get a chance to use shoppee again. Not any more.

Shopee black arrow sucks!

Why black arrow keep on accepting packages and they can't even deliver it on time? My order was sent by the seller as soon as she can because i needed the items. Then it came to BAE Batino EC Laguna last april 10. And up to this moment they are not sending it out to ship to my address. Can shopee can do anything about this? As far as i know everyone is complaining about black arrow. Thanks

Shopee ninja van delivery

They are early than expected which is nice but is not that good. april 14 pa ung nandon sa shoppee app tas dumating 11, so Hindi ko nakuha. Nagtext ung website nila na ireschedule. I rescheduled it on the 13th pero 12 siya bumalik. In turn, my parcel has been returned to the seller. 😭😭😭 Pwede siguraduin next time at ikontak Naman ung buyer before the date.

Shopee not refunding my money

Hi, I make buy (mini sejadah worth rm92.00). After make payment status still showing 'to pay'. Then I called customer services. The next day my order has been cancelled by shopee. Then I call customer services again and ask why they cancelled and when they will refund my money. My money already deducted but order has been cancelled. Then they sent email for me to provide them order id (order id. 190327113342ayd). Bank that I used to make transaction. And account number. And shopee said it will takes about 7 days working day. And 7 day pases which fall on 9 april. Still my shopee wallet still empty. Thats mean no refund being made by shopee. Then I sent email to them again mention that I did not recive any refund from shopee. They ask me to wait 1- 3 working days. After 3 working days still no refund. And again I ask them. They replied me to give them 7 working days? What is this? Why shopee? Im so dissapointed with shopee. Please refund my money and please dont make your customer waiting so long and dont give another false hope.

Shopee bad courier service

Mga tamad na delivery boy, porke mabigat yung parcel ko ayaw dalhin mga tamad! Bayad naman ako sa shipping/handling fee pero ayaw parin ipick up kasi nga mabigat yung parcel ko! Umabot ng 10 days order ko grabe tumal nyong mga black arrow kayo, nauna pa yung order ko na ninja van courier, 40lbs dumbbel plates nga pala order ko. Tumal nyo black arrow!

P.S. No hate sa shopee, suki ako ng shopee.

Shopee delivery

I am complaining about the rider who is delivering my parcel, I like xpost much kc early morning they would text u that there will be a delivery on that day.. I received a tezt message around 8am na may parcel. Will be delivered on that day but then I texted the number and ask qng may time sa delivery kc nkauwi na aq wala na aq sa ofis that time ang delivery address q ay work address kc every week kmi mag change ng sched madali mkuha ang parcel kapag nsa ofis aq at nag rent lang aq ng room dto kc nd naman aq taga dto, he tried calling me that day around 1:40pm and texted me d ka sumasagot bukas nalang kita tawagan. Na shock aq kc nd mn lang nagpakikila qng cnu xa. Nd q nkilala ang number kc I always erase texts msg kc madali mapuno ang inbox q nag reply aq sabi q bastos mu naman magtext d kman lang muna magpakilala cnu ba to? Dun na text ng text kesyo aq daw ang bastos clear naman daw na delivery today madami pa xang text, okay pa ang ninjavan or bae kahit matagal bsta nd lang rude ang rider.. Nkikipag away ang rider sa customer which is not good,. This is the 1st time na na encounter q ang ganito, ginawa q pina ka cancel q ang order at nag message aq sa seller na qng pwd nalang mag re oder kc very very ang rider sa xpost.

Shopee qcy tws bluetooth earphones

I recently purchased a bluetooth earphones from @beyongstore.sg and the product spoiled only after like 2 weeks of purchase. They promised to give one year of warranty and so I requested for exchange but they have been ignoring my messages. Really disapppinted by their service and the rating function has also beem disabled :(( Don't ever buy from @beyondstore.sg! And please enable the raring function shopee :'(

Shopee unacceptable delay in product delivery (by j & t express)

I bought a lotion for my baby (kind of urgent), paid online on the 1st april 2019. to my horror - until today ( 8/4/2019) i still haven't receive the product. the courier service that the seller used was J&T express which is really unprofessional and not even up to par service. Everyday i tracked online about my product. and it reached the delivery centre on the 3/4/2019. on the 7/4/19 the delivery was attempted in which the despatch guy called me using watsapp service. i was not aware of the watsapp call and then i called up the centre today. To my surprise, the guy who answered the call gave me some lame excuses for the delay (small item, motorbike, new worker, bad weather). i want to ask shopee here- do you accept this delay and the reasons the provide for the delay? and what is your policy when delivery is attempted? do they use watsapp service which is free, just because they cannot claim for their call? the guy at the centre promised that item will be delivered by today but to my horror - again the delivery is not made. here im attaching the tracking history of my product. I really hope actions can be taken upon this matter as it might tarnish shopee image by having this kind of delivery service. for your information, i have made many other purchases with shopee and never faced this kind of problem. (it was poslaju courier all the time)

Shopee black arrow courier service

I have extremely bad experience with black arrow courier! Very delayed deliveries and I was waiting for the package for 4 days already. Even received my package from overseas. Was shocked that my order was marked as 'consignee not available'. Why was I not available when I was able to receive package from other couriers? Black arrow has been receiving too many complaints already. Their company should be shut down because they're not performing anyway.

Shopee xiaomi mi 3 damage on a upper screen

When I open the parcel I thought it was ok so need to test it many times to make sure there's is no prob. At first it was so hard for loading the charge is over heating and it's so hard to touch so I thought the prob. Must be on the plastic on the top so I need to refuse it and I was so disappointed when I see the upper screen it was broken and after 20 mins I Connot touch any screen body that was so disappointed...

Shopee comic book

This seller want to sell his 2nd hand comic book. I have chat with him which series I want. He replied me to proceed order. When I wanted to place order, the error appeared as "no shipping mode available". After that, I informed the seller. He said will fix it. Then, asked me to try again. After tried, same problem appeared. I informed seller again. He said now problem is fixed. I proceed to place order and informed him, order is done. Then, he replied me why no payment for shipping fees. I said when I proceed order no shipping fee. Then, he asksed me to cancel order. I followed and informed him. He asked me to raise order now. I have done order and informed him. He said will send out my order next Monday, 25/3/19. After one day, I received his notification said he already sold out his book and offered me other comic books.
I think this seller is very irresponsible. I fully disappointed with him. His attitude is very bad when I said want to make complaint to shopee. Please refer to the print screen for further reference.

Shopee I didn't receive my item after 10 days

I ve ordered supplement from orimax shop.

item posted via poslaju on 13rd mar 19.
Then processed on 14th mar 19.
Item at klia hub on 15th mar 19.

Then no more update on poslaju tracking system. Until now they only update until 15th mar 19. Now already 23rd mar 19 & i still didnt received my package.

Pls look into this matter. Tq.

Shopee payment not yet remitted to the seller

I ordered for an IPL product and paid it thru Security Bank over the counter payment. Unfortunately, it's been more than 48hrs and I am receiving warnings that I only have mar 22 deadline, when I paid for it since mar 20.

Kindly help me get the product or refund the money... I don't know which is easier... I think the remittance is not efficient. I attached photos fr dragon pay, my deposit slip at the bank and the warnings from shopee

Shopee 2tb toshiba external hard disk

I have order the hardisk on Jan 16 2019.. Then receive it Feb 02 2019.. At first, there is no problem with it. After few times tranfering data, its start fail to work.. I've tried many times, but the result still the same. Then I contact the seller through the shopee. I told them what had happen to me. And I asking about the warranty too as state in their t&c. Until today, I did not receive any feed back from them.. I cant wait any more as them did not reply my msg and there is no chance for me to claim the warranty. This morning, im trying to fixed it by my self as I have a basic skill in IT.. Once open the hardisk case, it is really disapointed me. The I know I was cheated by the seller.. I will attach the hardisk photo soon.

Hi kahapon pa dapat nadeliver yung item kaso wala naman nadating wala din natawag sa cellphone ko na on the way and delivery man or kung nasa labas na sila ng bahay, kagaya ng ginagawa nung ibang nagdedeliver para sure na makukuha ang package tapos laging nalabas sa tracking update nila cogsinee not available kahit nasa bahay lang kami. Hindi Cod ang item ko bayad na yun last week pa sa 711 kaya dapat mareceive ko yun. Ito and tracking number 19031013081M795

nako ganto rin experience ko kahapon. ganyan sila pag hindi COD yung item. consignee not available daw pero hindi naman talaga nagdeliver. sana madiscipline yung mga gantong delivery guy. hindi nagtetext or natawag. nag notif lang nung umaga pero buong maghapon na nag hintay wala dumating.

Shopee wrong item and no refund

I ordered a book from this seller called offwknd and they sent me the wrong item and I texted them for a refund. And they left me waiting for days before leaving a reply and left me waiting for days again.
And their replies made me speechless.
Me: "you have sent me a wrong item blahblahblah can I refund."
Offwknd: "let me double check and will get back to you soon."

Wait for four days and I sent them multiple texts again before they replied : "too muh messages coming in. So you want a refund or return request?" and be gone again.
And it is so obvious that I want a refund I have said that in the beginning. They were trying to play tricks.
When they sent the wrong item, they went all irresponsive, unlike how when I wanted to make my purchase, they were so responsive.

Shopee wrong item delivered to me and not responding to make a refund

This seller has delivered a wrong item, a dress which is very far to what I ordered! Very big coat and small skirt that cannot be zipped! The color the size and the sign are all wrong! I order for a dress but you delivered me a stupid dress some kind of a uniform for teachers or office employee! Then you don't respond to my messages to replace the item or to refund! Scam!

Shopee payment

Hi. I tried placing an order for a metal straw just now. Please see attached picture.

So then I proceed to payment but I received a notification saying that the payment failed. But then I received a text message from my bank that the amount has been deducted from my account. So i guess the order didn't get through

So i tried click to proceed the payment again but it fails like the first time. So now i got another message from my bank that the amount has been charged to ny account. Please see attached picture.

1. I just want to know did my order get through?
2. Is it possible to cancel one of the 2 order and left just one of the orders.
3. If the money cannot be refunded back can you make the order 2?
