I purchase few items from Shopee Malaysia, after purchasing showing that the item was picked up on 06-11-2019 [pos laju Bandar Dato Onn].
I wait untill today 13-11-2019, i still haven't received my parcel and when i kept checking the progress of delivery, but the progress until now just stop on 06-11-2019.
I do contact the seller for more information, the seller also say parcel already pick up on 06-11-2019. I reported this issue to the seller, the seller also say already report to Pos laju but no yet got any respond.
I do hope can heard from Pos laju what had happen regarding my parcel status in this case.

I ordered an elecetric scooter tire and the type of payment is via 7 eleven. Then this morning (Nov 12, 2019) Shopee texted me that my item will be deliver this day. Then I check my notification this evening and it says my Item has been delivered but I did not receive any item from shopee. My address is correct and easy to find because I already order others item a month ago. Please take action of this concern/complain because I really badly need this item I ordered. Please track it for me and deliver this as soon as possible.

Shopee EXPRESS, pano kayo tinawag na express? Mema lang? Two times na in-out sa hub nyo ung order ko but at the end of the day, DELIVERY ATTEMPT FAILED. Ano na? Expected to deliver ngaun ung order ko but after two days na delivery failed kayo, di na in-out sa hub nyo? My address is just around CAINTA. Kung di nyo maidedeliver, ako nalang pipick up! Kahiya naman sa inyo! Ni wala kayong update kung bakit FAILED yung delivery nyo! Ni walang text or twag sa akin to confirm my address kung d nyo man alam ung ppuntahan nyo. Worst courier ng Shopee itong Shopee Express Cainta. I never experienced this sa ibang courier. I will never select again this courier. Nagkamali akong ito pinili ko may ibang option naman gusto ko sana itry since Shopee EXPRESS. Sa Lazada kasi ung Lazada EXPRESS nila next day narereceived ko. Lesson learned.

Naka ilang chat na ako sa customer service, unang chat ay regarding sa wrong delivery na pinadala ng seller, kinausap ko si rider about sa cancellation at nag agree naman sya at umalis, i chat the seller na cancel nlng order ko pero na tag na sa system nila na na received ko na daw yung items, idineliver ulit kinabukasan kaya na received yung item ng sister in law ko at nabayaran na, kaya ni return ko tuloy yung item kay seller, putik yung rider, alam na nga na cancel idineliver pa ulit, yung pangalawa naman ay shoppe express ulit at wala daw tao sa bahay, ni hindi man lang ako tinext dahil nasa hipag ko na yung pambayad at inaantay na din sya, kulang sa coordination, 1 text lang hindi pa magawa, abala talaga, hanggang ngayon wala pa ring update sa delivery, sabi ni cs wait 2 to 3 days ulit...

I ordered last Dec 14 and it reached cainta hub dec 27. They only delivered it to me Jan 4.
I have another order last Dec 15. It arrived at cainta hub dec 23 but until now I haven't received it. I wonder if it's because the item is bigger compared to my first order or because the date of payment is still far (deadline is on jan 23) whereas the deadline of my first order was jan 9. But i hope they send it soon though ㅠㅠ

I am raising my complaint about the assigned delivery personnel who delivered my package earlier today, Nov. 8, 2019.
My Shoppee order is 19103017032XAAD and the Ninjavan (Own Packaging) is SOP468573696296622,
My complaint is about the working attitude of your delivery personnel, I don't know his name.
First, he called by phone to get verbal instruction about my location. He was not smart enough to take instructions causing
more hassle than convenience to me who's paying the exact delivery services. He was just very near my house when he turned to different location and was kind of blaming me for my instruction. His manner of communicating made me very furious as I have high expectations that Ninjavan only employs reliable logistics that will give customer the comfort of home shopping experience. When he finally reached my location we had an argument as to his taking of instructions that was so dumb, and he just talked back even after I reminded him that no matter what CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! He said that was the reason why customers like me are overly confident to just air out complaints because of that. I told him I will definitely file a complaint which he said "Go Ahead! I'm not scared!""
Second, he didn't bring a change. My package is Php 489 I gave him Php 1, 000 and he said he had no change and was asking me for the exact amount. I told him I also don't have a change so I have to get my package without paying or return it. So, he asked for a return. I returned my package. I already informed the seller in Shoppee too.
So, basically that's how Ninjavan is obviously poor in training their delivery personnel as to customer relations.
This is business, I pay so give me excellent service.
And for the disappointment and inconvenience your personnel is causing, I will no longer patronize Shoppe if they still
choose Ninjavan as a third party logistics. Maybe you are not yet prepared to do this business.

Very bad courier service. 1st time Courier man just campak my parcel outside of my mailbox. 2nd time 2nd same courier man sengaja just letak keluar may parcel padahal parcel is small can put properly inside the box. Dah la never call, never send picit loceng my house. Lucky i jumpa dulu before other people take my parcel. What the hell with the courier man! Call him sms him never reply. Call shopee customer service never pickup. Please take action before this all [censored] courier man and bad customer service people will spoil your business!

shopee nagtxt yung shoppee express nyo na on the way na daw yung rider. so nag expect ako na darating ngayon tapos biglang delivery attempt failed dahil insufficient time daw, samantalang 9am palang nagtxt na. Sana naman sinisigurado nyo dahil may pasok din po yung tao. naghihintay po. Buti pa nga ninjavan pag sinabing parating na biglang nanjan na sa gate. napaka lapit lang po ng cainta hub sa taytay. 15mins lang lalo na pag nakamotor. I ordered to shopee a week ago and J&T express is the carrier of this specific reseller . They never delivered my package but then they tagged the status as customer is unavailable. Also they never sent me a notification or even called my phone to let me know at least that they are near to deliver my package. I am very upset with this matter. This black arrow courier services is ridiculous. They are so lazy to deliver the order on time. It Will take 2-5 business days even though they already have the orders on their Offices. What is the use of the delivery date if they can even deliver it on the said date?. Even though on the tracking they already have the orders. They are also rude. They did not even try to deliver my order and when I checked the tracking they said I refused the order. What the hack! SUCs a lair courier services. I already had a lot of orders and this is the first time i've encountered such. Please do something about this.

Okay! According to your email, you claimed that you've verified the seller has sent the product and my request for the refund was cancelled. Is it that easy? What about me? I never received it until now. The parcel is sim card and it's supposed to get before I go to Australia. Now I'm already back in Singapore. What if the thing is lost in somewhere? What if the postman misplaced it? I already check with all the house members and nobody saw that thing. Why do I need to take those responsibilities? What if I ordered expensive things and happen like this then I still lose my money? That means you Shopee never care of your customer. Your service is just a piece of [censored]. I placed an order last 10/25 at 9.30, J&T picked up the order same day at 20.26.. from that day I am checking the order status time by time to make sure that I am updated but days passed by there's no update, no call from the courier. Then when I checked today it was already RTS return to seller for such reason that customer reschedule the delivery. I DID NOT RESCHEDULE THE DELIVERY BECAUSE IM WAITING FOR IT! Please to all buyers be cautious about sellers who are scammers! Products too cheap and too good to be true? So, it is! You will not get the product that cheap. First, they will ask you to whatspp them or for you to give telephone number to them and they will contact you. Do not give your contact number to them or communicate with them outside shopee chats. Also, do not be tempted by sellers with the availability of the products and cheap costs of them. Speak to them on Shopee chats and you will soon find out that they are scammers and not genuine sellers!
So, watch out when shopping on Shopee. I have reported the scammers to Shopee and apparently, they cannot do much about this! So, you will need to watch out yourself and look for reviews and Sellers profile.

That’s sad that they cannot do something about it, while they can suspend my account permanently because me & my husband are using the same phone in accessing our shopee account. They suspect us in having multiple accounts.
I also reported more or less 10 overseas shops that does not fulfill orders but they are still operating at shopee.

Hi, i ordered two pieces of clothing from ZANZEA brands which stated that the order is completed and ready to be rated. However, no items were actually physically delivered to me and I really hope Shopee could solve this issue for me please. withdrawal money have not transferred
On 3rd october 2019 I have withdrawal money rm76.44 from shopee to my bank account... But on 11th october 2019 in shopee it put that I had received the money in my bank.. But I check for it.. It did not bank in yet.. I have call the shopee customer service they ask for bank statement.. I have sent them all... Since that I am calling the shopee customer service they are not attending any calls... I have bank statement proof that I haven't received the money... I just hope thats a good solution for this...
