Shopee regarding my refund from shopee philippines

Guys please help me. Is there a way I can get a refund. Its been a month since a requested for refund. But seems shoppee is ignoring me. I called several times. And followed up. But nothing happens.

Last oct 28 I ordered an item worth 10k from shoppee (seller), payed using my credit card. I need to wait until nov 8 for the delivery, after the said day, nov 9, no item was delievered and yet the status was completed. Thats the time contacted shoppee and requested for a refund, I followed it up frequently but seems shoppee is ignoring it. No follow up, no plans. All I got is referrence number. I am so frustrated. I dont know what to do.
The last conversation I had with this edhel [protected]) she said "wala na silang magagawa", because they already paid the seller (which was banned nov 2), how stupid of shoppee to give the money to a banned seller without the item. And they said that they need the seller to call them up to loft the account. For how long? Do u possibly believe that the seller will call back? I asked this edhel to call the seller but the guven number was not accessible. I asked for an option or any other plan to have my refund, and they said "there is nothing we can do" wow!...

Is there someone here who could help me to talk to the higher admins of shoppee. Or what are the options I need to do to solve my case.

I plan to sue shoppee and take legal actions on this case if no response or actions are made.

Yes, don't wait any longer. Get a lawyer who will go after Shopee and get his/her fees from shopee, get your refund plus interest and damages. I too am in the same boat, they emailed me that my Shopeepay wallet would be reflecting my refund within 7days, but to this date, still nothing. Frustrating to go over this with agents, almost daily, even with screenshots (which the agents do not even bother reading), then they always ask you questions that they can see in their system. If you do find a lawyer who is willing to sue Shopee and his/her legal fees will be paid by the law suit from Shopee, there are many more like us, who is tired of Shopee allowing their sellers to rip off customers. Ultimately, it is the customers who have to go through enormous stress trying to get our money back from nefarious and dubious sellers. Now they are doing away with their email support, so they don't have to have evidence of what they are supposed to do, with their chat support, they can always just drop the chat and say it was a system issue. Make sure to screenshot your chats, for they do not keep chats any longer. So, each time you get back on, your chat history is gone, and you're back to square one in explaining the issue, and it goes on, over and over. They want you to get tired and just drop it and forget it. People need to stop quitting so quickly, that is how Shopee stays strong, and continuously keep agents employed to lie to customers. I hope the best for you, let's get these issues out to the public, so Shopee knows that people are tired of being bullied by these companies who obiviously does not care for their customers.

Shopee shopee express cainta hub walang kwentang courier

Tatlong beses nag fail yung delivery attempt, pero wala namang abiso, ni isang text o tawag galing sa Courier, WALA. Nag request din ako sa helpdesk ng Shoppee na for re-delivery sana, pero wala mema lang sila. Ngayon na tag na daw as return to seller kaya ayun sayang oras pag antay ng item. HASSLE SOBRA.

Wala na ko pake sa item ko. Gusto ko lang masisante yung courier na yan! Dapat kase pwede nalang mag pick up mula sa hub e! WA KWINTA .

Napaka dali sa courier na dayain sistema e, kaya kayo ireport niyo agad. Baka ma tag pa or ma black list yung address niyo

Shopee about my parcel

Cainta hub ano na po? Ilang days na simula nag orders received yung order ko..but until now wala parin? Pano nyo nasabi delivery attempt failed eh wala nmn kayong text at tawag sakin... Baka pagkatapos pa ng okasyon na pagagamitan ko nyan saka pa dumating? Gagamitin ko yan nov.30 2019 kaya kung d yan makarating sakin before mag nov.30 d ko na tatanggapin yan... Nakakabanas kayo ngaun lang ako nakaranas ng ganito... D ako magmemessage sa inyo kung d ko kailangan yan... Para sa birthday po ng anak ko yan na mag 1 year old..baka nmn po maideliver nyo before nov.30... O kaya bigyan nyo ko complete address nyo ako nlng kukuha...

Its been 1 month now that i want to order an item shoppe phil thru my shoppee pay account i have beeb top for the amount needed but its been deactivated. From October 24 until this date ive been contacted so many times the costumer service of shoppee phil. And also emails but until it doexnt any solutions regarding my concerns. I already give the necessary information that they need for my account. How long i should for them to fix this issue. I need to order the item, we badly needed for the project at work. Shopee wrong returned item

This buyer ordered my kid's preloved crocs shoes, and schedule the shipping right away (nov.11). What i am complaining as a seller was that i received the "returned to sender" package for no reason. When we opened the parcel its a different item we even had a video opening it.instead of good condition crocs shoes, we got a very dirty cheap shoes.(see photos).i don't know who's to blame. When i tried to call the buyer's number i found out that she didnt ordered for it and someone's using random numbers. Shopee how do you approved accounts like that.please show concern also for sellers like me as this was not my first complain. Please take actions on this. We also think that the package that was so supposed to be returned was really tampered.

Shopee t shirts, wooden peg toys payment

This is jackie lou vea and i want to apologies for the complain. Recently I've been experiencing worst through your company and the merchants as well, for the wooden peg toys it says in the description 8quantity but I received 7 pegs only and also i made a payment through online (dragon pay) but on the description it says COD?!, and now another delivery has made and I ordered for 1pc tshirt but they delivered 2pcs same shirt and size and made a payment of 500+?! What is going on SHOPEE? I usually order here on SHOPEE but these past terrible experiences I dont think I will continue ordering here! Please get back the other shirt and bring back my money and also give back the other wooden peg!

Ayon sa logistic tracking Order has been delivered na pero wala namang delivery o parcel ang dumating dto. November 21, 2019 kahapon lang pero wala kaht anino ng nagdedeliver ang nagpnta dto sa address ko. May topak yung Cainta HUB sobrang hassle ilang beses ko na din tinry ireport yung issue sa helpdesk nila, pero mga walang pake, pare-parehas mga walang kwenta. Yung inorder kong item tatlong beses din nag fail ng attempt pero wala naman text or tawag ni isa yung mga walang kwentang courier ng shoppee express.

Shopee shopee computer gaming chair and 2 9pcs car seat cover

ordered and payed for the items. Tagged as delivered but no item was recieved. Ask for a refund and even the refund is too slow to happen. Been scammed for 3rd time now and yet nothing is happening.

I have contacted and filed for a refund and still refund is nowhere at all. Whts worst is that it is my 3rd time to get this scam. And now even getting the refund is too slow and such a hassle where in fact i have paid the item the day the order was placed. It seems that they do not bother to investgate at all

Shopee cheating or incapability?

I ordered 13 items in one shop. I received 11. 4 of these 11 are damaged. I tried to contact the seller via a wrong cellphone Number, printed in the label of the parcel and via email many times. Nö reply. I contacted the shopee costumer service. At least 10 messages. They promised me to contact the seller. Nothing happened. I do not accept the idea of shopee to return the items (I have not received), to get my money for the items back (not for the shipping) and to place a new order with new costs for the delivery. Why should I have extra costs for the mistake of the seller? The shopee costumer service has not helped me, not even a little bit.I just received a message that the case is closed now and my money is lost.

Thank you shopee ! If this is their policy, that they will not help the costumer to get what they have ordered but supporting the seller, stealing money, wow!

I never had an experience like this before with Amazon or Lazada!

Shopee sec helmet navy blue

Seller noticed that the item is already completed but i do not received any helmet. Seller also indicated that they are not supporting COD but payment thru bayad center, banks, 7-eleven, etc. I paid at 7-eleven expecting for the helmet to be processed but until now i do not receive any updates. I hope it will get corresponding action. Im very disappointed shoppee because it was my first time to order in your online shop but it end up with this scam. Im just asking for the refund of my payment.

Shopee parcel missing

I purchase few items from Shopee Malaysia, after purchasing showing that the item was picked up on 06-11-2019 [pos laju Bandar Dato Onn].
I wait untill today 13-11-2019, i still haven't received my parcel and when i kept checking the progress of delivery, but the progress until now just stop on 06-11-2019.
I do contact the seller for more information, the seller also say parcel already pick up on 06-11-2019. I reported this issue to the seller, the seller also say already report to Pos laju but no yet got any respond.
I do hope can heard from Pos laju what had happen regarding my parcel status in this case.

Shopee item has been delivered but not received the item.

I ordered an elecetric scooter tire and the type of payment is via 7 eleven. Then this morning (Nov 12, 2019) Shopee texted me that my item will be deliver this day. Then I check my notification this evening and it says my Item has been delivered but I did not receive any item from shopee. My address is correct and easy to find because I already order others item a month ago. Please take action of this concern/complain because I really badly need this item I ordered. Please track it for me and deliver this as soon as possible.

Shopee shopee express delivery (cainta hub)

Shopee EXPRESS, pano kayo tinawag na express? Mema lang? Two times na in-out sa hub nyo ung order ko but at the end of the day, DELIVERY ATTEMPT FAILED. Ano na? Expected to deliver ngaun ung order ko but after two days na delivery failed kayo, di na in-out sa hub nyo? My address is just around CAINTA. Kung di nyo maidedeliver, ako nalang pipick up! Kahiya naman sa inyo! Ni wala kayong update kung bakit FAILED yung delivery nyo! Ni walang text or twag sa akin to confirm my address kung d nyo man alam ung ppuntahan nyo. Buti pa ninjavan, black arrow mabilis lang. Kayo naturingang Shopee Express tawag sa inyo, walang kwenta!

Worst courier ng Shopee itong Shopee Express Cainta. I never experienced this sa ibang courier. I will never select again this courier. Nagkamali akong ito pinili ko may ibang option naman gusto ko sana itry since Shopee EXPRESS. Sa Lazada kasi ung Lazada EXPRESS nila next day narereceived ko. Lesson learned.

Naka ilang chat na ako sa customer service, unang chat ay regarding sa wrong delivery na pinadala ng seller, kinausap ko si rider about sa cancellation at nag agree naman sya at umalis, i chat the seller na cancel nlng order ko pero na tag na sa system nila na na received ko na daw yung items, idineliver ulit kinabukasan kaya na received yung item ng sister in law ko at nabayaran na, kaya ni return ko tuloy yung item kay seller, putik yung rider, alam na nga na cancel idineliver pa ulit, yung pangalawa naman ay shoppe express ulit at wala daw tao sa bahay, ni hindi man lang ako tinext dahil nasa hipag ko na yung pambayad at inaantay na din sya, kulang sa coordination, 1 text lang hindi pa magawa, abala talaga, hanggang ngayon wala pa ring update sa delivery, sabi ni cs wait 2 to 3 days ulit...

I ordered last Dec 14 and it reached cainta hub dec 27. They only delivered it to me Jan 4.

I have another order last Dec 15. It arrived at cainta hub dec 23 but until now I haven't received it. I wonder if it's because the item is bigger compared to my first order or because the date of payment is still far (deadline is on jan 23) whereas the deadline of my first order was jan 9. But i hope they send it soon though ㅠㅠ

Shopee ninjavan delivery personnel poor customer relations!

Good day Customer Support,

I am raising my complaint about the assigned delivery personnel who delivered my package earlier today, Nov. 8, 2019.
My Shoppee order is 19103017032XAAD and the Ninjavan (Own Packaging) is SOP468573696296622,

My complaint is about the working attitude of your delivery personnel, I don't know his name.
First, he called by phone to get verbal instruction about my location. He was not smart enough to take instructions causing
more hassle than convenience to me who's paying the exact delivery services. He was just very near my house when he turned to different location and was kind of blaming me for my instruction. His manner of communicating made me very furious as I have high expectations that Ninjavan only employs reliable logistics that will give customer the comfort of home shopping experience. When he finally reached my location we had an argument as to his taking of instructions that was so dumb, and he just talked back even after I reminded him that no matter what CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! He said that was the reason why customers like me are overly confident to just air out complaints because of that. I told him I will definitely file a complaint which he said "Go Ahead! I'm not scared!""

Second, he didn't bring a change. My package is Php 489 I gave him Php 1, 000 and he said he had no change and was asking me for the exact amount. I told him I also don't have a change so I have to get my package without paying or return it. So, he asked for a return. I returned my package. I already informed the seller in Shoppee too.

So, basically that's how Ninjavan is obviously poor in training their delivery personnel as to customer relations.
This is business, I pay so give me excellent service.

And for the disappointment and inconvenience your personnel is causing, I will no longer patronize Shoppe if they still
choose Ninjavan as a third party logistics. Maybe you are not yet prepared to do this business.

Very bad courier service. 1st time Courier man just campak my parcel outside of my mailbox. 2nd time 2nd same courier man sengaja just letak keluar may parcel padahal parcel is small can put properly inside the box. Dah la never call, never send picit loceng my house. Lucky i jumpa dulu before other people take my parcel. What the hell with the courier man! Call him sms him never reply. Call shopee customer service never pickup. Please take action before this all [censored] courier man and bad customer service people will spoil your business!

shopee nagtxt yung shoppee express nyo na on the way na daw yung rider. so nag expect ako na darating ngayon tapos biglang delivery attempt failed dahil insufficient time daw, samantalang 9am palang nagtxt na. Sana naman sinisigurado nyo dahil may pasok din po yung tao. naghihintay po. Buti pa nga ninjavan pag sinabing parating na biglang nanjan na sa gate. napaka lapit lang po ng cainta hub sa taytay. 15mins lang lalo na pag nakamotor. Sana shopee kung ano ang date ng delivery dumating po sana.

Shopee j&t express carrier

I ordered to shopee a week ago and J&T express is the carrier of this specific reseller . They never delivered my package but then they tagged the status as customer is unavailable. Also they never sent me a notification or even called my phone to let me know at least that they are near to deliver my package. I am very upset with this matter. Hope you take action with this delivery process.

We all Know its a delivery door to door, that why it has a delivery charge now he (the driver) wants me to pick up My delivery outside our Building?.. IM suffering now of hypertension so i cant really entertain him for me as a Client to go down in my office building to him so i can pick up My delivery?.
