I have been waiting literally for my parcel the whole day in a room facing the front gate of my house since it was scheduled to arrive on 2nd of September but J & T Express states that they couldn't deliver my parcel. I've paid delivery payment so I think it's unfair that I've to drive myself to a hub that is 11 miles away from my house. I want my delivery payment refunded as the company did not even attempt to deliver my items at all.

Hello idk how to explain this but a delivery guy was tasked to deliver to me a parcel, I instructed him to go inside the school and trust the guard in front to look after his belongings but he insisted that he cannot go, since I was not in the place and I only communicate with someone to pick-up the parcel, I decided to say that i'm already walikng towards where he is waiting (which is relatively far), in the end my contact and I had busy scheds (but we were able to pick it up, thank god he finally heeded my instructions after an hour of texting and him complaining and flooding texts) and I think they're going to rate me low as a buyer, idk but whatever it's such a negative experience for me as a buyer, I mean he can do his own "diskarte" like call for the person inside and make the guard watch over his motorcycle because you know, that would be faster, but he insisted on waiting, and also, he could've listened and followed my instruction to go inside the building to avoid any conflict
Idk if I should blame him or what but we're both conflicted of this circumstance

I bought a swimming suit but instead a phone cover arrived. The seller said he would resend my parcel out again. He told me it would take one week to arrive but it didn't after waiting for one week. I didn't get my order today, march 13, 2020. The courier was still asking my address, i've told him where the exact place is, but still kept on asking, then he just left without stopping by the place.

The tracking page is not so accurate. I've check my tracking page always if I have a package that will gonna be delivered but every time I check my package, the tracking says "item is scheduled for transport".

Shopee dapat improve nyo system nyo at pag screen ng sellers. Dami na nanakawan! Nirereport na sa Shopee, sagot nila puro "it is under investigation", wala naman concrete action. Pabaya sa customers.

Last week I ordered in shoppee at LowPriceShop for a pet carrier bag. I waited for like a week. And when the delibery was finally here, i was disappointed cos when i unwrapped it, i saw a cashier money organizer :( i am so broken right now. I paid for 731 php. Also the shop sent me photo thatnits going to be shipped still i received the wrong item. I need to have the pet carrier bag. This wrong item i received is absolutely useless for me. :(

I ordered 2 VGA cables and they sent me a different cable. I pressed the return/refund button and when the shop contacted me, they couldn't give an understandable process on how to go about the return. There is no clear process on how to go about the refund/return.
They were the ones who made a mistake. Why would I be the one to shoulder the shipping back to them? It is such a waste of time and money.
Please understand that the customers take time and effort to buy online because it is more convenient. In this case, however, it became more of a hassle. What happens to the money I paid when I did not get the items I paid for?

I ordered a stroller with boy123. Ph on aug.15, 2019 and I paid it the same day. Then the day I get the item is aug.26, 2019 monday. Then I pressed the completed item on the recieve. Case completed shipping. I was worried I might not get it.
Then I contact the person but he does not respond to my chats. Until I can no longer contact it.

Aug 7 - Nag purchase ako ng rice hull sa inyo and coco peat sa ibang supplier. Lumabas din sa history ko na under process siya.
Aug 8 - on process.
Aug 9 - for delivery yung rice hull.
Then may biglang lumabas na order yung cocopeat na wala naman sa history ko. I thought yung coco peat is galing sa other supplier kaya inaccept na din kahit napadami.
I check my history then nawala yung cocopeat sa purchase.

I was supposed to get a refund from a seller who didn't update their stocks. The seller contacted me to cancel my order and canceled the order. Now, my money is floating in Shopee's system. In order to get my money back, apparently I'm supposed to set up a Shopee Wallet or ShopeePay. In order to set up this account, I'm supposed to get an OTP (One Time Password) verification text sent to my phone and it will be verified. The problem is, even after bringing this issue up with Customer Service, I still am not able to verify my account.
Now, the statement made in the order update said that if I don't activate my ShopeePay, the money will be credited back to my bank account. Now, I have to set up my bank account (not my credit card). Setting up my bank account requires for an OTP as well, and that occurrence was not any different from the previous one.
Customer Service said to wait for 2 days to try again, and it has been 2 days and I'm still waiting.
Then, I went ahead and tried to change my e-mail address in the Shopee account so I can use a different one to get my updates. After changing, Shopee said that it will need me to verify my account through an e-mail they sent to me. It's been 2 hours. I still don't have an e-mail from them.
Shopee, you seriously need to revise your verification system.

I ordered 1 pair of nike shoes. I paid it through sm billing. They chatted that the shoes was not available after i paid so i recommended another shoes for replacement. They did not reply. After few days it was already for delivery. But what i received was just a piece of paper. I chatted with them and they replied that i did not replied soon.
