I am writing to file a complaint in line with my escalated case 112712445. My case has been ongoing for almost two weeks now. I still haven't received my parcel that is still in transit since Nov. 24, 2020. No updates from the courier or even an initiative by your company to email me. Your customer support via chat is not helpful. Agents disconecting my chat like Pen, repeating scripts from Karla Paula C, Russell keep on asking my concern and not reading my comms history, Karlo providing false information, your supervisor Remel that is unprofessional for handling cases and all of the other agents I made contact with. I spoke with Jennifer today Dec. 3 that I will receive my order by tomorrow as the deadline given by the said supervisor. She also assures me that I will get a refund if I will not receive it. This is so frustrating as you ruined all my plans just because of your incompetent and useless courier GoGoExpress. I have been a good customer but this is what you can give. I want you to take action for all of this and escalate it to your higher management. Your company doesn't even know how to handle my data under the Data Protection Act. I am expecting to hear something from you.

Have pre-ordered and make full payment a collector hobby kit from Dew Toy Store aka ohmyprimus.com store. Make full payment and waited 3 months for the item to arrived. During this 3 months, seller increase the price of the item by 40%. When the items arrived, seller do not deliver the item to me. I realise seller have sold this items to 3 other buyers. When ask about my delivery, seller ignore my chat message. When I called Shopee customer service for help, seller find excuses about the logistic and deliberately cancelled my order, refunded with reason "Out of stock" even stock is available. Seller immediately pull down item from Shopee. All this happen within an hour. When I receive notification my order is cancelled, I check with Shopee customer service, they ask me to find/buy item other seller. Dew Toy Store do not honor my purchase and wasted my 3 months waiting. Shopee is not helping to get seller to honor my order instead allow seller to remove the item from Shopee site and ask me to find similar collector hobby kit from another seller. Shopee do not take care of buyers' interest.

How come shopee express dont have any method to contact their hub. Even they send to the wrong hub and the product static at that hub for more than 1 week. I try to contact shopee express company twice. The first time I make a phone call on 24/11/2020 they ask me to call back in 3 days. The second time (27/11/2020) I was serve by ms hazinin and she unable to give any solution at all and just ask me to wait! Lousy service by shopee express! So inefficient!

I ordered on shopee dated Nov 15, item from China. The item arrived in philippines on Nov 23, on the following day Nov 24 when I check the status it says item is on the way to deliver by the courier at 1pm. Then I waited all day for the courier to came. Then at 7pm to my surprise when I check the status of my delivery there is saying that parcel will return to the sorting hub because it was rejected by the user. I immediately contacted shopee agent to report what happened. Why the driver reported like that. Then agent told me they will do an action and wait for the item it will be delivered within 24hrs. Then the following day, Nov 25 around 8pm no courier came. I contacted again shopee and reported it again, then shopee agent assured me that my parcel will be delivered the following day so stop worrying. And then today, when I checked the status it was returning to the seller! I was like what the heck, come on shopee! 2 consecutive days I've been reporting this matter and then nothing happened? I contacted agent again and rely everything again and again then agent told me sorry because its already returned to seller, all they can do is to file a report against this driver. Oh really? Just now agent told me they will file a report.. Wow! Pls somebody help me to finally give this driver his award for being beast!

The seller or shopee cancelled my order because it failed to deliver. But by the item they cancelled I saw the seller posted the same item as available.. They arranged for the refund and I checked the amount refunded was short. I used the chat service and she told me to check w the bank. And when I sounded irate. She ended the sessoon.2nd time now chat service hang up on me.
Theres too much inconvenience on my part. I prepaid the order and waited for more than 10days then they cancelled just like that. I availed the 11.11 promo so all the discount is gone and I cannot avail the same disc now. Ngayon naman kulang yung amount na nirefund. Sobrang frustration naman nito. Tapos ang sagot ng chat service I follow ang case tapos ihang up ka pa.

I would like to file a complaint on Shopee. During 11.11 sales, I have purchased some groceries from Shopee Mart on 11.11 and my order was cancelled on 23.11 with the reason of delivery issues. First of all, there is no attempt for delivery after checking the tracking number. Secondly, no delivery guy ever came to my house to deliver this order.

I waited for almost two weeks only to find out that my order is cancelled. Hence, I am now suffering with no groceries during the MCO period. This is an extremely terrible experience! I checked the post of the product that I have purchased in Shopee and saw many have reviewed and indicated that they have received the order purchase from 11.11 sales.

I hope something can be done about this. There is no way I can contact someone from Shopee that could give me a proper explanation on what happened.

I was told on this channel, Hujiachuanmei. Sg operating as 霍甲文化传媒 in the platform that that I have won a prize of a beautiful jade ring.

In order to get this ring, I have to pay a shipping fee to receive this item!

When I got the item, I get the shock of my life!

The ring is so big, it is definitely meant for the fingers of a fat guy rather than for lady!

This company hujichuanmei. sg is definitely a scam company.

Firstly, why do I need to pay for a free gift?
Secondly, why did they not inform about the size of the ring before sending?

This type of lousy ring is definitely left over sizes that nobody wants!

I ordered an LED weighing scale thru shopee. It was shipped out but never deliver to me. Many follow ups were done and they said they will deliver it to me until I found out that the order was sent back to shipper. Now I chated customer service and said the coons i used cannot be refunded. It was not my fault. Why am I not receiving a credit. I want it to be credited back!

I brought the item with this seller on 17th Nov then no response no ship item then on 19th again I contact seller again no respond... Thus I make an cancellation since is not ship out and no response.. Cause I dun wan keep extend the guarantee by shoppee...

But I just realise even cancel seller need approve as well of she forever no respond then I forever cannot get back my money?

If I buy with another seller the shipping need to pay on my own dly right... Cause need wait the refund only can buy new one with others suppliers no more free shippinvg

I contacted Shopee Chat and the agent that I talked to is ineffecient, typing icon for 2 minutes for a 1 sentence and it has been 20 minutes but wasn't able to resolve anything. User id of the chat agent is User16022070908794790610. Is the agent new? Took a lot of my time and waiting for his/her resolution but nothing happened, just wasted my 20 minutes for nothing. I told her about my concern and even gave her the reference number but it seems like she doesn't know anything telling me that per system I have confirmed that I received my item back even though I haven't received my item back.

Dear Sirs, I bought online grass cutter cap (ORDER ID 2008142N2J77WM) and paid RM14.66 through my credit card. The item was supposed to be shipped out by 18.8.2020. I have not received it to date. Rider does not observe safety of receiver upon delivering item, handed over along the road where vehicles are continuously passing.
They should also be trained to observe safety of rider and customer, not to ask the customer to cross the busy road just for them to hand over and take proof of receipt of the parcel.

I used shopee pay app to pay my meralco bill as attached below. I've been contacting the customer agent since Nov 8 that payment was not posted and order status is under fulfillment. I got a confirmation from Meralco that my payment was not posted. I need to re process the payment so I asked shopee to cancel since it's still pending and refund my payment in shopee pay. It's been a worst experience talking to the agent as I was given a lot of promises but nothing is happening and it gives me a lot of distress.

Kindly be informed that I have purchased 2 sets of Iphone 12 pro casing from CKYSTORE on 09 November 2020 and the parcel was received on 11 Nov 2020. My order ID is 201109JCTRARM9.

Upon receiving my parcel, I have left a comment "Delivery was fast. However, the casing is not as good/clear as it looks in the picture, slightly yellowish" on her page regarding the product quality (2 stars rating) and she called me to change my rating to a better rate on 12 Nov (morning). She promised to refund me the amount for this rate changed.

Once I changed the rating, she transferred half of the payment via ShopeePay and blocked me directly through the chatbox. First, the amount was not refund in full and secondly, I suspect all her customer reviews are not the initial feedback from the customer as she has been buying her good reviews by doing the same act (promise to refund money but the amount is not in full, thus block the customer on chatbox).

Honestly speaking, I'm not concerned on the refund amount as it is truth that the item has been delivered to me. I understand she needs a good review in order to attract more customers and knowing the current pandemic situation is making a lot people suffered to make a living. But, I guess Shoppe needs to look into this matter seriously as this attitude/quality of seller will bring an impact to the overall customer satisfaction.

I like to complaint against shopee agent named Raynee Xin Yi Peng.

This agent hang up the chat when my issue is not resolved. I tried explaining my issue multiple times but clearly the product knowledge Raynee had was limited and didnt even get my issue right at the end. Really wasted my time explaining over again with this agent. In the end, Raynee just hang up my chat when I was still typing! This is so frustrating, irresponsible work attitude and poor service.

My order Id is 201107BB6X3MHP. I ordered it during a flash sale. It was 2000 pesos less than the original price. Supposedly, shipping date is until the 10th of November. However, I got notified by Shopee that the order was cancelled due to their system issue. I tried contacting Shopee but the agent suggested to me that I reorder it which I find ridiculous. To solve this problem, either they reactivate the order or they compensate me for the amount of 2000 pesos so that I can reorder the item on it's original price.
