We don't know much about how Shopee handles customer complaints outside ComplaintsBoard, but what we see here, on our website, is quite disappointing. We think there might be reasons for the company's actions (like not knowing about the complaints), and we would be happy to see them among customer-focused businesses that easily solve customer problems. Shopee Customer service

Cancelled my order last May 6th and was approved by seller the same dat. according to their help center, orders thru credit card will be refunded within 5-7 business days. Today, May 17th (7 business days after cancellation) I still haven't received any updates yet so I decided to contact their CS thru chat. The agent's name is Blessed and it was the most frustrating conversation I've ever had in my life. I pointed out what I have read from their help site (https://help.shopee.ph/ph/s/article/How-to-get-refund-for-Credit-Card-Debit-Card-1542963158805)

"Credit card payments will be refunded to the respective card and will take 5-7 business days
Debit card payments will be refunded up to 45 days depending on the bank."

But the response I got was annoying. She accused me of reversing their policy. I'm attaching screenshots of our conversation here. I should also mention that I didn't get empathy at all and yes we weren't able to address my main concern which was the delay on my refund.

shopee dont want me to order today at 6.6.20, they banned my account where i will start to check out my orders, and i didnt do anything., they are really rude., i just loaded my shopee pay and all of my orders now is hanging., This is how shopee do things., they give promotions and if the member will use the discounts or BIG discounts they ban it., my 25% will expire soon.,

Shopee Incompetent customer service

This is regarding the incompetency of Shoppee together with the worst customer service experienced I have encountered. I ordered with them las April 21, 2020 and have not yet received my order up to this day. I have contacted their customer service multiple times thru phone call, chat and email but have not gotten any clear response. They even sent me a notification last May 1 to wait for it the next day around 9am - 6pm but have not heard anything from them.This is such a proof of their incompetency providing misinformation to customers. I already emailed their head office and hope that it reaches their upper management even the CEO so that he knows what's going on with the company. Customers don't deserve to be treated this way specially that my order is in the food category which should be considered "essential" because it has an expiration date. I 've been a loyal customer of Shoppee but I hope to be treated fair and equal. Atleast be honest with your customers and provide correct information as I may not only be the one having this kind of concern but I hope that they won't get away with this just because not everyone is speaking up. Please remember that without your customers you would also be nothing so please treat us right and provide us with the service we deserve.

how did you email their CEO? kindly let me know too since feel pissed off about how their chat service handle my issue. 16 days ongoing for a return request and their agent intentionally disconnected the chat when i was looking for a supervisor to take the chat and action this. Shopee They removed the cod option

So, I supposed to receive 5 order, however because of an emergency called us no one will be available to receive the parcels before May 08 . Right after I knew that there's a possibility my order will arrive before May08 I reached the sellers letting them know that I won't be available to receive the parcels before May 08 if those will arrive earlier than May 08 . They told me ask the courier cause they already ship out the items and they don't have control with it . Okay, Since couriers haven't pick up the items yet, I contact shopee customer service first . Letting them know about my request to have it deliver before May 08, they said that they don't have control as well to the courier once they pick up the parcels. Okay fine . I contacted the courier every day I even get mad to them because they are unreachable but then one day when the parcels arrived to their warehouse they phoned me !let me know tht they can't hold the items until May 08 because they will have penalty they can only hold for 2 days I guess . So we agreed to have it reorder instead . As well as the seller ! Now the removed my COD option and they can't lift is right away . I'm pregnant and it's frustrating that I can't check out my baby essentials ! The supervisor that I spoke left the chat wihout informing me and resolving my issue ! I need to have it investigated !

Shopee - Banned / suspended account

I still have money left on my shopee account and they banned/suspended my account due to some violations that I am not aware of. Their customer service sucks! They copied and paste every single email that they're sending me. We're going around circles and up until now they don't have a resolution. I just want to get my money back. I am requesting shopee to release my funds on my account as soon as possible.

Shopee Delivery service

I'm very disappointed for the delivery service. Should be door to door service but driver said he having a lot of customers and a lots of vehicles. He can't pull over the van to do delivery. Maybe the news about MCO from PM is fake until there are plenty of vehicles out there. Literally said he is in puasa. Finally the parcel is left near the staircase (my unit is first floor).

Shopee Paranaque hub

China to PH took 3 days. PH to sorting center took 3 days
nung dumating na sa Paranaque Hub jusko! Magdadalawang linggo na. Alam niyo kung hindi niyo kaya magdeliver ng mabilis lalo na paggaling overseas, ipaubaya niyo na sa third party couriers like JNT or Ninjaexpress.
I ordered this item last APRIL 2 pa. May inorder din akong isa last April 16. Nauna pang dumating.

Shopee User acc safety & security

My acc has been banned without any notice on 2 apirl with the reason multi transaction that against t&c. I am not yet but or sell anything on shopee. Btw my acc is binding with fb like other apps. Suspect someone else working inside shoppee has steal or leaking my data to scammer for illegal purpose. Btw, their customer service request for nric as proof of acc ownetship but from the last replied email my acc still banned & can't be appeal. Why they still asked for personal data for verification? Suspecious.

Shopee Baby girl dress

I just want to follow up my order, lagi ko chinecheck status of shipping nung item na inorder ko sa shopee I make an order sa overseas online seller last march 13, 2020 the process of my order from china to philippines is smooth updated but then when my order arrived at cainta hub last march 17, 2020 that's the last update na at yung nasa taas ng order ko dapat mareceived ko na yung item last april 18, 2020 but then wala nagdeliver even update wala!It's been 40 days of waiting now hindi padin nadedeliver yung item. I've contacted the seller na din sabi on process of shipping but then no update yet coming from delivery team!Please do some actions po this is my first time filing a complaint d2 sa shopee express!

Shopee Paranaque hub

Their Paranaque hub is terrible! Very slow in sorting items and no update whatsoever. Shopee customer service is useless.

Never again will I use Shopee Express for delivering my orders. Grab express is more reliable.

Shopee Dishonest and untrustworthy, supplier ex8 future gave false info to customer

Supplier ex8future has given false info before I place order on 23/3/2020 for forehead thermometer. In the product advertisement in shopee shows READY STOCK TO SHIP 24 HOURS & product detail stated ship from Klang, Selangor. When I asked supplier on 23/3/2020 before place order through chat & was told stock is available & can deliver tomorrow (24/3/2020). After got the info, I placed order. But after 2 days on 25/3/2020, I checked with supplier on the shipment, there is no response. I asked again on 26/3/2020, finally on 27/3/2020 supplier reply asked me to be patient & wait for the shipment. I keep on asking for confirm ship date but can't get the answer. Since can't get confirm ship date, on 28/3/2020 I have decided to cancel the order & ask supplier to approve the cancellation. But on 30/3/2020, my order cancellation was rejected & there is courier service consignment note no. given. I checked with courier service on line, there is no tracking data available. This supplier has been given false info all this while & I was cheated from the beginning to place order.
I trusted shopee but the supplier in there is not honest & reliable. Hope I can cancel my order & get refund. Please advise.

Shopee Untrustworthy

I have ordered contact lenses from penang merchant
on 15 march 2020 and supposedly item to be delivered on 19 march 2020 as in courier schedule.

I didn't receive any delivery or phone notification from courier service. I responded to shopee but the only replies is
"Regards to the issue, we have checked with the courier and they confirmed that your parcel has been delivered accordingly."

It's a total disappointment and I hope the public will be aware that shopee isn't assuring the consumers' right .

Shopee poor service

I ordered a phone case and a notification popped up on my phone saying that my order has been picked up by the courier. I waited all day until a notification said that I rejected the parcel. They haven't even contacted me and did not even attempted to deliver it and now my order has been cancelled! I can't believe that they did not even put any effort in delivering my order. I was enraged by this!

Shopee I cannot change my shopeepay pin and agents are rude

I cannot change my ShopeePay PIN. I sent email, I chatted with RUDE agents but nobody gave me an answer and I have to wait more for my own money to get it back. I waited for month for my ordered items the Shopee lost and now they are going to make me wait again just to get my money back. Rude agents told me repeatedly the same question and uniformed message no one really addresses my problem. They are not helping. It seems they are scamming me. Why don't they give me the answer right away? I just need to change my PIN that's all. But it already took me weeks to wait for their answer. Please help me on this.

Shopee masks

Hi I ordered a mask and it got stolen highly likely by one of the delivery guys and I roughly know when it was stolen it was between 3-6pm what do I do? I am furious with the theft of the masks especially at a time during the wuhan virus. It goes to show how unscrupulous people can be. Will I be able to get back a refund or do I submit a police report and will lodging a police report even help me get my item back?

Shopee jt express courier issue

Hi,

Courier JTExpress delivery personnel contacted me once at around 1:45PM (2/7/2020) to receive my order however my shift would start 4PM onwards. Thus we had a negotiation that it will be delivered on Monday (2/10/2020) since I'm off during weekends. But when I check my order this morning (2/10/2020), I was surprised that the status becomes "Returned to Seller". Please investigate and take immediate action. Note the performance of your courier (Poor customer service) may greatly affect your business.

Shopee order tracking number: ph203088382443k

This is by far the most inconvenient and frustrating order I made from shopee. The seller was okay but the courier tagged my order as completed and delivered when I fact no one in our building recieved any orders. They even tagged it as recieved by me! When I wasn't even contacted in the first place! No notifications or texts or whatsoever! Now I would request for a refund from the seller if 3 days from now my package has not yet arrived but I doubt that refund will be issued by the seller because they did their freaking job right! I cannot express disappointed I am right now

Shopee shopee's return policies

Shopee has very poor refund/return policies. NO customer protection at all. I ordered an item and paid with cash plus a P100 cash voucher. Seller delivered the wrong item. The seller refunded the cash amount but Shopee does not want to reactivate the cash voucher I used. (The cash voucher is from a valid credit card transaction under Metrobank's My Swipe, My Treat promo. It has a P100 cash value).

This is Shopee's incredibly stupid reply as to why they will not reactivate the voucher:

In short, Shopee just pocketed my P100 voucher. The voucher was not even credited to the seller who was very willing to refund me the P100 cash as well.

Shopee shopee express

Shopee express has a very bad service. As per shopee customer service they said the courier attempted to deliver my parcel 3 times. I am expecting my parcel to be delivered today but the tracker said i rescheduled the delivery date when in fact no one contacted me about the delivery. I don't have a problem about the seller because the seller did his/her job. We tried to go to their office but the guards refused to help us and give information about the parcel. Please do something about this.
