I ordered my items back in November. I received a confirmation email on December 2 saying that my order had been shipped. They provided a tracking and order number. I sent emails to the support address provided in these emails because I could not track. The website was unclear and always said pending. They never replied. I received another email apologizing for the delay on my order and they blamed weather conditions as the reason why they could not deliver two shirts In Over two months time . Attached in this email was a coupon for 10 dollars off my next purchase! Is this a joke? They think I'm going to order from here ever again? They even think sending an email blaming weather is a responsible move for a company? I have sent about 5 emails trying to contact them and their "support" team! I haven't heard anything! It is now January 5th! I want a full refund! Never order here for anything!

I have ordered the goods in the form of 2017 Faux Two Piece Waistcoat - Gray / L from October 17, 2017, but until now the goods have not arrived at my place, where my order is ? If you don't send ny goods till the end of january, just refund my paid !

How could I do to got my money back ?

On October 28, 2017 at 10:15am I received an order ship confirmation for order #DM1453960. As of December 26, 2017 I still have not yet received the order. The order confirmation was for 1x Operator Hoodie - Black red / M for $26.99 each and
1x Operator Excursion Hoodie - White / M for $28.99 each. As of December 28, 2017 two email inquiries have been sent to the company and no response has been received as to the status of the order.

No service what so ever, never answer emails or FB messages, I never received my products. This is a SCAM, I have written
5 emails and numerous messages with no response. Why have a Contact Us part if we cannot contact you to enquire about the products we paid for?

I ordered a hoodie on the 17th November 2017 and have not received it yet and nor any reply in the form of email from dealman to my many emails to them. They are not bothered to reply. I contacted them on Facebook and Instagram too but no response. Please help me get my order thank you. These people have not replied to my so many emails yet, are they cheaters?

I purchased a sweater and jacket on October 27th, it is now December 20th and I have not received my package. This is ridiculous. I will never buy from these people again.

Why have I not received my stuff yet? It has almost been two whole months.

Its being more than a month.. i haven't recieved my parcel yet.. my accommodation office gets close on 20th December 2017 please look into my parcel and deliver it before 20th. i ordered it in winter because its cold and if i don't get it before that what's the use.. That's not the way to treat your customers. Its a popular site and i don't expect this kind of service from you. So please hoping for a soon delivery before 20th December

This is more than bad, I demand my money back if you are not going to deliver item I paid.
Also, tracking is not worth anything - I don't know where my order is, not where it have been.

I placed my order on November 17th and I got a text message a couple days later with a "tracking number" I clicked on the tracking number and it said Invalid number, I have sent multiple emails and have sent a few messages on Facebook. No one has ever responded. Needless to say this site is a scam.
Is there a way to go about and get my money back? This is ridiculous!

I placed and purchased an order over 2 months ago and have still yet to receive my item. They were quick enough to take my money but have some trouble giving me the item I've paid for. I have ordered 2 products in September, #DM1411872 and they have not arrived yet. I received an email saying that the items have been shipped yet when I key in the tracking code via China Post shipping it says that the item code is invalid. Need my order to arrive asap. I am extremely disappointed because it has been over 2 months since the order was made and after countless attempts of trying to get in touch through FB, I have received no response whatsoever. You can see on the 1st picture that my order is paid and should be shipped since the 10th november.
On the second picture, you can see the tracking number.
The third one is from the china-post website, and it said that the tracking number doesn't exist.

I've already mailed the Dealman's customer care, but i'm still waiting for an answer.

I would like to have my jacket, or a complete refund.

They send me a discount code to shop again from them which I didn't accept as I didn't want to be cheated again at no way!
Today, 29/11/2017 after 2 months of lies I decide to take action and write everywhere where I can to let people know of the fraud!

I placed this order over a month ago. Now with the holidays over I definitely should have received this order. It is only 2 items, a sweatshirt and a pair of shorts. I have emailed multiple times with no response. I have already paid for this product. I have read many reviews online and for the most part all had the same experience I have had. I'm not sure how this company can still advertise on Facebook and other social media accounts.
