Defective device
These people are the worst, don't order from them. I have purchased a tablet and it was defective, didn't work properly, so I sent a refund request which was denied.
I then contacted ShopCJ support and was treated terrible, they simply didn't want to listen and I wasn't even able to end the sentence, because I was always interrupted! These people have lack of manners, they threat their customers like garbage.
I want a full refund! I can't even use the tablet because it's super laggy!
I will repeat that again - stay away from them!
Non refunded the amount
Date of incident : 30/09/2016 at 3.05 P.M. through Neeraj.
I zile singh r/o H. No. 198 Sector 2, U.E. Kurukshetra has ordered to provide an electrolux oven. The amount was paid but due to supply of breakage piece of Oven the same was refunded after many request vide pickup Receipt / [protected] / STARCJ-SURFACE [protected]). The order ID:[protected]. The wrong name was shown as Dile Singh instead of Zile Singh.
It is requested again to refund the amount at the earliest otherwise compliant may be filed before the Hon'ble Consumer Form at your own level.

Pack of 9 double bed sheets
I bought a pack of 9 bedsheets, item no. 180122, ordered on 09/09/2016, delivered on 10/09/2016, order no.being [protected], the details in the product specification mentions high quality fabric. it is not clearly mentioned as polycotton.
Now when i want to return the product as i am not comfortable with the fabric, the lady who called for return confirmation says we can only return products with defects, as the item is not defective, the product can not be returned.
i can buy another set of cotton bedsets or even refund is fine with me but the product should be taken back by you as the details is of deceive nature.
i request you to please mention the details clearly, so that there is no scope for any confusion, like the one i had.

I do not recommend shopcj!
I received my order on March 21 and the same day I contacted ShopCJ customer service regarding my order. Some items were missing and I asked them refund my money or to send me the missing stuff.
The rep I spoke with said that they'll fix everything and promised to contact me back with their decision.
After that they stopped replying to my messages and completely ignored me! I still haven't got my refund and for these two months I have been trying to reach someone from customer service but it took me nowhere.
I do not recommend ShopCJ!
I raised a request so many times as there is no response from concerned department.
I'm going to file a case against your company in consumer court.
