Shopbob — terrible
Unbelievable. I received 3 wrong items instead of those that I initially ordered. I wrote an email to them to understand what happened and got nothing clear instead. No normal explanations, just apologies. I only wanted to know how come I got the wrong order, maybe they sent my items to someone else. No, they have no idea, as usual.
What a clueless support.
I want to ship the items back, but I am afraid it will take me a long time...
