mobile ordered but not delivered by shopaaz neither refund the amount
I ordered Mobile phone on 11/05/2017 from www.shopaaz.com. Later they cancelled my order and told me your amount get refunded in your respective bank within 7 days but still my amount is not refunded. I tried to contact them many times but no reply to my mails and their customer care number also not working. Now their online site also unavailable on the server.

After 7 days they sent one sms for my number your order is cancelled due to our supplier not provide the shipping date so your order is cancelled and amount is refund your account within 7 days, but still I am not get my amount in my account. I had ordered a mobile phone from www.shopaaz.com on 12.05.2017 by paying Rs.6999.
It was a bit fishy that the payment was accepted through Paytm account. the statement of Paytm account is also attached.
shopaaz.com had sent a mail to me on 14.05.17 stating that since they are unable to deliver the product, they will refund the whole amount.
From 15.05.2017 their customer care numbers [protected] has also been disconnected.
Kindly help me the solution on how may I get back the refund.

I had ordered online a phone Redminote 4 on 11.05.2017 vide order no. 107535 through www.shopaaz.com of Rs.12499/-. After 4 days a message as well as email has been received from shopaaz due to shipment data not provided by our seller. Your amount will be credited to your account within 7 days but till to day we have not received last week one oerson called i am from shopaaz.com we want to refund the money since you had credited the money through debit card asking me to provide card no with cca no which is in back side of the card then i said i will not give send the money to our credited account then he insisting for card no exp date & CCA no their mobile no was [protected]

I had ordered a redmi note 4 (4GB Ram, 64 GB Rom )(gold) mobile on 5th may 2017. My order no. is 102249. I paid Rs. 12499/- by my Axis Bank credit card. After two days they texted me ordered had been cancelled and the will be refunded within 7 days . But still now the money was not refunded . Their customer care no. is not connected.

I had ordered a mobile phone from www.shopaaz.com on 03.05.2017 preorder basis by paying Rs. 12499.00
I had paid through debit card on 03.05.2017. They had sent a SMS that " within 5-7 workings days they despatch the mobile . but till 11.05.2017 they did not dispatch the mobile and after talk to there customer care they told please cancel the order and refund with 4 % cash back and the order was canceled.
shopaaz.com had sent a SMS to me on 11.05.17 order has been canceled refund will be credited within 7-10 workings day.

I am also victim of the same company. Ordered Red Mi Note 4 and the same case happened to me. The company denied for delivery and refund was committed but they have not yet provided refund, they are not replying on email, not on phone. I have also wrote emails to ministry and consumer redressal but they have also not given any response. I also cheted. Please launch complain to consumer forum and general diary to your police station against shopaaz and paytm. Because paytm is the payment partner. Quick. I am from West Bengal and the address is Kolkata, which also removed from website. If u have political souce use it to give crucial action by police and forum.
I was also cheated and I'm from Bangalore. How do we recover the money from shopaaz.com. i called paytm, they said that they cannot help.
