I gotta say, I'm feeling pretty discouraged about my experience with Shop LC. I've been waiting on items that I ordered back in May and June, and they still haven't arrived. I was gonna call and ask about it, but I figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and wait a little longer. But now it's been so long that I'm starting to worry that something's gone wrong.

And to make matters worse, I keep getting emails saying that I'm gonna be refunded for items that I've already paid for. What's up with that? It's like they're not even keeping track of what they're selling. And to top it all off, some of the packages I've received in the past have been torn or ripped open, like they were being inspected. But I will say, the packages I've been getting lately have been wrapped up really well, sometimes even in a padded box. So that's a plus.

I don't wanna blame the phone operators, though. They've all been really nice and helpful whenever I've called. The problem seems to be with the shipping department. A couple times, I've been told that items I bought were being refunded to me, and when I asked why, I got some pretty unsatisfying answers. Like, "Oh, the item could have been found defective." Well, why not just replace it with one that's not defective? Or, "We didn't have the item in stock." How can you sell something you don't even have? It's frustrating, especially when I've won some of these items in auctions that took forever to complete.

All that said, I do wanna give a shoutout to the customer service operators. They've been A+++ #1, seriously. They put up with a lot of crap from customers like me, and they always manage to be kind and helpful. So thanks for that, at least.

Out of the six packages that were delivered to my house, one of them got lost somewhere. The post office is investigating, but it's been a week and there's no end in sight. This package was the most important one because it was a gift for my granddaughter, and Shop LC told me they didn't have another one when I asked. But then it showed up at an auction, and I tried to buy it that way, but I didn't win.

Overall, I'm really disappointed with my experience with Shop LC. It seems like there were a lot of mistakes made, and it was frustrating to deal with. I hope they can improve their processes and customer service in the future.

On May 24th, 2022, I decided to purchase a pair of earrings from Shop LC for $7.99. I was really excited about these earrings because they were made with stain steel, which is a material that I really like, and they were also really cute. However, on June 1st, 2022, I realized that I had not received any email indicating that my order had shipped, nor had I been billed for the earrings yet. So, I decided to call Shop LC to inquire about my order.

When I called, I was put on hold a couple of times before finally speaking to a guy on the other end of the call. He told me that they could not verify my billing address, which was really surprising to me because I had already provided them with my billing and mailing address when I placed my order. He then read my billing and mailing address to me, and I confirmed that both were correct. He then told me that he would transfer me to someone else who could help me.

However, when I was transferred to the other person's voicemail box, I was really disappointed. I decided to call back the next day, on June 2nd, 2022. When I called back, the guy who answered the phone sounded like the same person from the day before. He went through the same steps as before, and when he was done putting me on hold, I finally told him to cancel my order.

I was really upset because I had never been treated like this before. I told him that my credit score was over 800 (although I later realized that it was actually 798, oops), and that there should not be any problem with my billing and mailing addresses. I felt like whatever was going on was their problem, and I didn't need to be treated in this manner. I told him to cancel my order and be done with it, and that I would continue to shop with QVC and HSN, where they know how to treat their customers.

Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience with Shop LC. I was excited about my purchase, but the lack of communication and the poor customer service really turned me off. I would have given them zero stars if I could, and I will not be shopping with them again in the future.

I've been shopping on Shop LC for a long time now and I gotta say, I've got a whole collection of beautiful jewelry and watches and other things that I bought at a fraction of the price you'd find elsewhere. I mean, seriously, it's crazy how low their prices are! And it's not just jewelry and watches, they've got all sorts of stuff for your home too. Sheets, towels, pans, racks, decorative pieces, you name it! And don't even get me started on their fashion section. I've bought some gorgeous caftans, shawls, and kimonos at super low prices. And let's not forget about their beauty section. I've bought wigs, hair care products, leather handbags, jewelry boxes, massagers, and so many other things. And you know what? Most of them have been gifts for people and they've loved them!

I always have a wish list going on their website and I wait until the prices drop even lower before I make my purchases. And if you group $50 worth of purchases, they offer free shipping! I mean, how awesome is that? The only downside is that shipping from their Texas location slowed down a bit during the height of the pandemic, but it's gotten a lot better now.

I have had a few shipping issues over time, but they've always made things right. They have a good 30-day return policy, so if you're not happy with something, you can always send it back. But honestly, most of the stuff I've bought has been great quality for the price.

Now, I do have a few complaints. Some of the male product demonstrators on TV have such strong foreign (India) accents that I can't understand them. And the product descriptions on the website are often poorly written by non-native English speakers. It can be a bit frustrating trying to figure out what they're trying to say sometimes. And then there are a few hosts who are just terrible. One woman sounds and acts continuously drunk. It's not a good look. And a few of the products I've received from Shop LC have been below standard. But like I said, most of them have been a good value for the money.

And the phone often rings for ages before someone picks up. But hey, that's just part of the shopping experience, right?

Shoplc.com is a website that sells jewelry and has an online auction where everything starts at $1.00. The bulk of their jewelry is "sterling silver" and gemstone jewelry. However, the problem is that they dupe unsuspecting bidders into thinking they are getting a very good deal by saving 80-95% off retail. In reality, bidders are paying more than the item is actually worth.

For instance, this morning someone was bidding on a sterling silver turquoise ring. The estimated retail value was $299.00, and bidding was up to $137.00. This particular line of jewelry, Sante Fe Style, is very popular with bidders. The estimated retail value is some ridiculous price assigned to a particular piece of jewelry to dupe you into believing you're getting the deal of a lifetime. The actual value for that ring was only $29.99.

I see it every day. People bidding 10 times what the piece of jewelry is worth based on their Est Retail Price, and the killer is they will sell it to you without bidding for its actual value from their home page. Est Retail Value $499.00 = actual value $39-49.00. Est Retail Value $299.99 = actual value $29-39.00. Est Retail Value $139.99 = actual value $24.00.

I have also bought "sterling silver gemstone jewelry" that was not sterling silver nor real gemstones. Rings were a mystery metal and gemstones glass. I bought one opal ring where the "opal" was actually hardened plastic with glitter in it. But I have also bought genuine jewelry from them as well. To see the actual value of a piece of jewelry, enter the item headline into the search bar from their home page, NOT the auction page. The item will pop up with the actual value they are selling it for.

Buyer Beware and do your research before bidding. You don't want to bid $35.00 on a ring they will sell you for $9.99. So, be careful and check the actual value of the item before bidding.

When I asked about it, the agent said it was because of the tax rate, but come on! I'm the customer, I shouldn't have to deal with that kind of inconsistency. And to top it all off, I couldn't even use a 25% off discount code when placing a phone order. That's just not fair, man! If their website wasn't so cheesy and allowed different delivery addresses, I would have just ordered online.

At this point, I'm just hoping that my friends actually receive their gifts and that I get my refund for the incorrect item I returned and the messed up delivery address situation. And if you leave a review that's less than four stars, they'll delete it. They only post reviews that are four stars or higher. So I'm done leaving reviews altogether.

And don't even get me started on their shipping costs. They charge $4.99 per item to ship six items in a bag. So they're charging $30 to ship something that weighs less than half a pound and takes seven days to arrive? And their auction site is a joke. They charge $3.99 to ship each item, no matter how many you buy. I once bought $20 worth of stuff and they wanted to charge me $60 to ship it! I can order gems from Thailand and get them shipped to my door for $45 via FedEx.

I'm just too busy to deal with a company like this. And if you review them on Trust Pilot, watch out. They'll track you down and call you to "explain" why you rated them the way you did, even if you've been telling them about these issues all along. And then they'll flag your review as "dangerous." Give me a break!

Don't even think about ordering from Shop LC. I had a terrible experience with them. I was watching TV and saw this beautiful ring that changed colors depending on the light you were in. It was a LUXORO 14K Yellow Gold AAA Narsipatnam Alexandrite, Diamond (G-H, 12) Trilogy Ring (2.35 g) 1.15 ctw. I decided to buy it and my family member also wanted to get one for an anniversary gift.

My ring arrived quickly but it was smaller than I expected. I decided to keep it anyway. The next day, I examined the stone with my mini microscope and found a slice in one of the stones. I wish I had noticed it before taking the tags off because I can't return it now. The prongs on the ring get caught on everything and accumulate fuzz. They feel rough when I run my fingers along them.

My family member's order didn't ship at the same time as mine and he realized it was the wrong size. He cancelled the order and was told he had to purchase it again. He did, but then found out it was cancelled and he never got the ring for his anniversary gift. He's not going to try a third time. Instead, he's going to a reputable jeweler in person. This was the first time either of us ordered a ring like this that was advertised on TV, and it will be the last.

Their customer service is extremely unhelpful. My account is now inactive and I've contacted customer service at least four times. Every time, I'm told it's being escalated to the appropriate department and I never get an update. I was first told it could take two days to hear a response, but it's been over two days. I don't know why my account is inactive but I would like to know. I purchased a jade bracelet for $106 and two items through their auction portion of their site - an Accupressure mat and a necklace. I think they came to about $16. I haven't received the jade bracelet or the necklace yet. The Accupressure mat arrived, but I'm giving it as a gift so I haven't opened it yet.

I can't see my past orders since my account is inactive, so I can't easily check on order status or shipping status. Nothing about this whole shopping experience has been great. Everything is difficult. Why have a customer service chat feature if they can't even address questions appropriately? Multiple reps keep saying sorry, but I don't want sorry. I want the issue fixed. I want to be able to log into my account and check on purchases. What if something needs to be returned? I can only imagine the hassle that will be. Ugh. Just do yourself a favor and skip right over this channel on TV.

Shop LC is a great place to find some nice stuff at a cheaper price, but if you're looking for real jewelry, you might want to look elsewhere. They don't sell real rings with real stones for a decent price, like you would find at a jewelry store. Those types of rings usually cost thousands of dollars, but you can get them at a store. I bought a 2 carat pink sapphire in white gold with two small diamonds for $150, but you won't find anything like that at Shop LC.

When they do their live TV shows, they make it seem like they're dropping prices, but if you look at their inventory, you'll see that the price is already there. They just drop it to that price during the live show to make it seem like a deal. It's always a good idea to take your jewelry to a jeweler to see what they say about it.

I've bought over 70 items from Shop LC between November 2018 and December 2019, and I've noticed that a lot of the jewelry falls apart almost immediately. Stones fall out of everything instantly, and I think they might be selling off defective items. Out of all the items I've bought, only 10 haven't fallen apart or lost a stone within the first week of having it. And no, I don't wear them daily. If you look closely, you can see design defects and other issues.

I was pretty excited to bid on some items and ended up winning four of them. I was under the impression that the auto pay feature would take care of paying for my items, but the next day, I noticed that my items hadn't been paid for. I was pretty confused and decided to reach out to their customer service team.

The person I spoke to assured me that my items would be paid for during the next assigned hour and that I didn't need to take any further action. I trusted them and waited. But, three days later, my items still hadn't been paid for and my bids had expired. I was pretty upset and decided to call their customer service number again. This time, I spoke to someone named Param who told me that I would have to bid on the items again and hope that I had the highest bid to win them again.

I was pretty frustrated at this point and decided to try their online chat feature to see if they kept a record of my previous conversations. I spoke to a customer service representative named Vishal who told me that my account showed that I had called about my auto pay status on March 24th. He instructed me to email the item numbers and winning amount to their customer service email and said that they would "as a courtesy" honor my winning bids for the items if they were still available.

Honestly, I'm pretty sure that my winning bids expired because Shop LC wanted to get a higher bid for them. It's pretty dishonest behavior and I wouldn't recommend spending time bidding and winning an auction on their site. You might end up in the same situation as me.

I've been a shopper of TV shopping networks for years, but I just started with ShopLC about a month ago. I was impressed by their low prices at first, but it's not just about cutting out the middleman. But that's not all. I also had to deal with someone else's package that was mailed to me in error. I had to re-label and tape it up and send it back. And to top it all off, Shop LC lied to me about several items I was going to purchase prior to the "clearance." They were one price for two months prior to clearance, then were raised to $189 for two weeks before clearance. And then, when they were presented at clearance, they had the bold-faced lie that they were "reduced to their lowest price" - which was the increased price each item had been raised to for the two weeks prior to clearance. It's just not right.

I'm really disappointed in Shop LC. I used to think they were a good company, but now I know they lie and deceive whenever it will earn them extra money. It's like they have the integrity of a "Snake Oil" or "Used car" salesman. Going forward, I'll definitely be more cautious when shopping with them.

I was shocked and angry that they had allowed a hacker to add themselves to my account and use my credit cards without my permission.

To make matters worse, ShopLC refused to tell me the name of the hacker, citing privacy concerns. I couldn't believe it! They had allowed someone to steal from me, and they were protecting the thief's privacy? I immediately had my credit card account numbers changed and blocked ShopLC from submitting any charges to my accounts. Thankfully, all charges were refunded.

I contacted ShopLC multiple times to try to get to the bottom of the hacking issue, but they didn't seem to be doing anything about it. Eventually, they told me the name of the hacker attached to my phone number in their system, but they hadn't done any investigating into the matter. Instead, they started sending letters to my house addressed to the hacker, which I returned as "Unknown."

To make matters worse, ShopLC started calling and harassing me several times a day. I was so fed up with their idiotic and fraudulent behavior that I called them again and yelled at them for their criminal activities. I informed them that I had filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office and blocked their phone numbers on all levels. I have no idea if they've tried to contact me since then.

Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with ShopLC's handling of this situation. They allowed a hacker to steal from me and then refused to take responsibility for their actions. Their lack of investigation and protection of the hacker's privacy is unacceptable. I'm not sure if I'll continue to shop with them in the future.

I recently had an experience with Shop LC that left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I had come across what seemed to be an exceptional deal for a gold and 1 ct diamond ring on their website. I quickly placed my order and received a confirmation email. However, the next morning I woke up to an email stating that I had left the item in my cart and not completed the order. Confused, I clicked the link to complete the order, only to find that the item was now out of stock.

I tried tracking my order with the confirmation number from the email, but it was not found. Feeling uneasy, I decided to call customer service. I spoke with a representative named Dale who assured me that my order was processing and that I would be receiving my ring. He explained that the company had recently upgraded their software and that many issues had arisen as a result. Despite his reassurances, I still had a nagging feeling that something was not right.

Later that day, I received an email stating that my order had been canceled due to high demand and being out of stock. The pending charge had already been removed from my credit card. I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed. The deal had seemed too good to be true, and it turned out that it was.

Overall, my experience with Shop LC was not a positive one. I believe that the company may have used a bait and switch tactic to lure customers in with a great deal, only to cancel their orders later. I am not interested in doing business with them again after this experience. I wonder if anyone else had a similar experience with the Simply Vera, Vera Wang tri-tone 14k gold ring with 1 carat of diamonds on the night of Nov 21, 2022, and then received a cancellation notice the next day. Beware of shady companies like ShopLC.com.

I purchased a natural yellow diamond band ring, .50 ctw in yellow gold, with a description saying that this ring was SGL Certified. I ordered my ring on 01/1/2023 and received my ring on 01/10/2023, but there was no SGL Certification Card included with my purchase.

I immediately contacted ShopLC Customer Service the day I received the ring (01/10/2023) and I followed up on 01/11/2023, 01/14/2023 and 01/18/2023 each of these days by phone and I have not heard back from anyone. I also reached out to Shop LC Customer Service by email two separate times and have not heard back from anyone that way either.

I'm only asking for the SGL Certification Card that is described in the description; I looked at the reviews and I noticed that another customer also did not received her SGL Certification Card either.

I ordered four pairs of gray gloves, two waterproof color sticks.
The gloves were tiny and the color sticks were not as advertised.
Returned merchandise and you received it on 1/1/2033. Still trying to get a refund.
First I was told the did know why, but would follow up. Nothing.
Second call I was told PayPal declined credit which is ludicrous and they asked for an alternative CC to credit. For some unknown reason, a $7 credit appeared in my PP account. No idea what it’s for.
A customer should not have to fight for a refund. I shop at QVC/HSN and never had this problem.
This is untrained employees and terrible management.

Purchased a turkizite ring on 7.17.22, received a confirmation email at 9.45 same night and said order was processing. On 7.18.22, received an email at 11:50 AM stating my order was cancelled because ring was out of stock or I had cancelled my order. I did not cancel the order, this was to be a birthday present to myself. Called my bank on 7.19.22 and was told the ~$2100 payment to ShopLC was pending. Even though ShopLC cancelled my order, sold me something they did not have which is fraud, they proceeded to process the payment thru my bank. Called customer service 3 times on 7.21.22, couldn't understand the first person, the second person hung up on me after stating I needed to send him a copy of my bank statement that showed the payment was processed and then hung up on me when I refused to send him a copy of my bank statement. Called one more time and insisted that I be connected to someone in Austin TX that spoke English as their customer service reps are all in Inda. Waiting now on someone in their headquarters in Austin, TX to contact me.

One box was broken also received a jar ofNIRA NEW cream,lotion was coming out on sides of the jar. CALLED ABOUT IT.NOTHING DONE ABOUT IT.

Love the company and the products. But I pay for packages ahead of time and many times I NEVER RECEIVED what I ORDERED. iT IS THEN LEFT UP TO THE CUSTOMER TO FILE A COMPLAINT ABOUT AN ORDER, REPORTED DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED. iT SEEMS TO THIS CUSTOMER THAT THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR GETTING PAID FOR ITEMS TO THE CUSTOMER IS THEIR'S. Have received small jewelry packages that I OPENED AND THEN FOUND NOTHING IN THEM. Ordered a beautiful Bali glass piece for my daughter for Christmas. She opened the box and guess what ==so disappointing the blown glass broken to smithereens. I am a regular customer and have had it with these lousy ways of dealing with lost merchandise. And even though I love my jewelry THE LAST LOST PACKAGE may be the end of the customer road for me. This has happened to me more then once.

I called on 7/2/22, and requested a refund on the entire order and provided the customer service rep the reasons, and he emailed me a postage paid return label. The entire order was returned on 7/6/22. I have called 3 times and keep getting different representatives telling me different stories, the first rep said wait 24-hours and call back, so tonight I called back and got rep #2 and he was unprofessional and rude, did not resolve the issue, he say he was putting me on hold, and finally connected me to someone's voicemail, I called back and got rep #3 and tried to explain and she was rude and said LC is charging me $6.49 for shipping I said no that is not correct, I was told it was postage paid. She could not tell me when I would get my refund of $64.53 which is the total amount I paid. Horrible customer service and the story keeps changing depending on which rep answers the phone. I have not received any of my refunds to my bank account. I would like this matter resolved.

I placed an order for 3 products for my daughters. I canceled one of the items, and I received. email stating the 3rd order was cancelled so I called, and my account is under investigation. This is my first time ordering with you and it's has been the worst experience. I have no idea what would make someone flag my order but that's not acceptable. I would like my order completed and I would like to file a complaint against whomever wanted to stop my daughter's gift.

I called and spoke to the same individuals 3 times and they could only send me to a voice mail. They have really ruined a special moment for me, you have no idea and it's unfair and I want something done.

I was lookiing at an alexandrite cross and then a pop up shows up saying I placed an order for it. I was just looking at it. This has happened before with items and thank goodness I checked my account as I would be getting items

i didn't order. it also happens in the auction site, saying you are bidding on an item when you are not.

I purchased a tsavorite bracelet at 299.99 and when checking the order 423.99 was charged to my credit card. I contacted Customer Service and inquired about the 123 dollar in charges. i was told 24.00 was taxes, but what about the other 99 dollars? Shipping is about 4.00, that makes 28.00 in charges and no explanation as to what the rest of the charges were. These people are robbing us.. The charges should have been about 360.00 ( cost of bracelet, and additional charges).

I will be putting a complaint of the BBB.

I purchased a London Blue Pendant and necklace set from ShopLC and the pendant was defective. I had the set for a while, never worn and I gave it to my daughter as a gift. She wore it once and the gemstone fell out of it. This isn't the first time that gemstones have fallen out of Shoplc.com jewelry. I purchased an opal ring, and it lost one stones, and I also purchased a neon apatite cocktail ring and the stone fell out of it and well, those pieces of jewelry are useless and expensive to get new gemstones to replace the ones that fell out.

There is nothing I can do now, its money lost.

Also the channel is selling high dollar gemstone jewelry and gold and its no longer a great place to buy jewelry.

I am disappointed by the company and its products
