ShoeZoo Bad experience

I have purchased a pair of shoes from ShoeZoo online store. When my order arrived and I opened the package I was very disappointed with the quality. Shoes looked nothing like pictures on their site, even colors were not the same! Material was very poor.
When I contacted ShoeZoo and asked for a refund they said they need some time to resolve my issue. They asked me to contact them back later. Several days later sent them a message but they did not reply.
I will not order anything from this site ever again!
