ShoeShow Its the staff of Encore in Oakland Mall Troy, MI 48083

Today is March 17,2024 It was 2 PM Shoe Dept. ENCORE my loyalty number is [protected]. I bought 8 pairs of shoes and its hardfor me to carry 8 boxes with me, so I went to the front desk to get a trolley. I saw one trolley so I took it, but nobody was there, all of a sudden a woman name Irene shouted at me. She told me not to get that trolley inside, theres only one trolley that was there. I'm doing this complaint not to be repeated to other customers especially he or she is a manager in the department. thank you for your immediate action. Some customers are looking at her and to me., so feel embarrassed I even I told her sorry for taking the cart to put the 8 boxes of shoes that I bought.

ShoeShow Store #1269

On 6/03/23 time on receipt 6:19:26. I had a complaint on an assistant. I was in the floor helping a special needs lady try on her shoes and I ask her to walk around to see how they felt on her feet, then this girl comes up and sets two box’s of shoes down on the bench that I was in front of. I had no clue who she was. I thought she was another shopper so I was like looking and she was looking and I ask my lady to set back down so I could take the shoes back off her feet, she moved her two boxes and while I’m still in the floor she started putting shoes up on the rack behind me. she drops one it does hit me but not hard and I hand it back up to her. she did apologize for the shoe hitting me. So when I get up and walk to the front of the store I ask for the manage. I was trying to ask her if she could explain to her assistant that is was not polite to put shoe boxes down where someone was trying on shoes there and not to be putting shoes on the rack while a customer is in the floor at the same spot because it could be hazardous to the customer in the floor. The manager looks at me and replies with ma’am you was rude when you walked in. I can’t keep help, the girl is16 don’t you remember your first job, she’s new she was just doing what she was trained to do, I said ma’am Im and advocate for this lady she can not speak for herself and she just keep on with my first job and not knowing how to do things when I was 16 years old. She also says didn’t she apologize for hitting you with the shoe, I said yes ma’am. Then she says let’s just agree to disagree. I agreed. We even bought the shoes 2 pairs and socks, $171.08 when we was checking out I could hear her telling the 16 year old girl not to put the boxes on the bench that it was a pet peeve of hers. By this time I was just ready to get out of the store. I do want to say that the assistant that was helping me at the time was very helpful and nice thanked us for shopping there and told us to have a nice day. She was also very kind to the lady I was there shopping with (for).

Desired outcome: Honestly I’m not sure how I would desire the outcome of this complaint to be resolved. I just would like for someone in the CEO to know about my experience in their store and how they’re being represented.

ShoeShow Hey dude size 13

My grandma went to shoe show in royston Georgia yesterday and bought a pair of brand new hey dude shoes for 71.26 and it's her first time going to show show in royston Georgia and she bought the wrong size of shoe for my 71 yr old grandpa and she wants to return them but she doesn't remember where the receipt is to return the shoes and she used her debit card to purchase the shoes. So I called the shoe store and explained the situation and the lady said rudely that my 74 yr old grandma can not bring the shoes back and get a full refund and had a disrespectful attitude and hung up the phone. Please let me know what she can do and we will not be coming back to the store. I'm joey her grandson thank you

ShoeShow Tommy Hilfiger flip flops

There was only one clerk working I assume and I wasn’t greeted when I entered the store and wasn’t able to obtain help in my size and selection! When I got to the counter the clerk was ringing up a prior customer and when it was my turn I told her I needed the left foot flip flop and she rudely stated she had to get it from the back. When she returned to the register she rang them up and the price was higher than what was the sticker that was on the box. After sitting in my car for a few minutes fuming I returned them! The store is a mess and no one to work the floor! That was my 1st time and my last in that store, Pascagoula, MS #1708!

ShoeShow Customer service

Hello I was in shoe dept.encore.on 7/2/2022 store #1920 in Dothan, al

When I got ready to check out, no one was at register or even in store up front. I began to look for cashier. Took about 10 min. I proceeded to walk towards the back of store where I saw a door , half way down a young lady, white Caucasian.

Came through door talking on phone. She acted like she did not care. Itold her it was bad for business to leave store unattended. She told me with the nastiest attitude she had to pee and don't no ody want to work and she is by herself and I'm sorry.

Good help hard to find. She shouldn't be running your register.

Desired outcome: Need apology and for store to have proper staffing.

ShoeShow your employees acting like the customer does not exist

on October 25th 2021 at 2:06 pm my friend and I went to the " SHOE DEPOT" in Hobbs New Mexico to purchase a pair of shoes. As we entered the store i noticed 3 employees standing around talking and laughing . We was not greeted with a Hello or may we help you? .
We was completely ignored. til a few moments later one of the employees started following my friend like he was going to steal something. I will tell you he only has 1 leg and was on crutches.
why would he shoplift anything?
As i was looking at the shoes other customers came in and right away they was greeted...being asked if they could be helped..That was very upsetting . That was not only rude but also very inappropriate of your employees to treat a handicapped person like that ..I for one will go somewhere else if this problem is not dealt with and i feel we should be compensated for the disrespectful way we was treated

ShoeShow I cannot file my warranty with www.drmartens.com

My email is [protected]@yahoo.com I am at the library trying to file under www.DRMARTENS.com and trying to find a place to enter my warranty and cannot find such a place. My home phone # is a land line [protected]
The shoes were purchased 4/19/21 at big spring plaza at neosho, mo 64850 and their # is [protected] store # 1184. The ticket has dr martens [protected] hardie wsk also it says [protected] z 89.99. The tax was 9.31 so total was 99.30. I understand there is a lifetime warranty for these shoes or for the soles? Can you please register me at the right place since I cannot find anywhere to do it and neither can the person here at the library find a way to do it under the top www. Web site that I listed above.
I would appreciate if you would send me an email and confirm that you have fixed a warranty for me. Sincerely sara kane please describe exactly what a warranty for this product means and if we pay postage or what to return anything and what the warranty covers and for how many years. Are the tops of these shoes leather?

I went in the store twice this week and the ladies in their were very unpleasant and rude I went to my car for money to buy the shoes that I was going to get but I left the money in my car and when I came back they had moved the shoes that I was looking at and they were talking real nasty to me and my nephew so I will never shop their again and I told my family to never go to that store again because of the way they were rude

ShoeShow customer service

After being in this store for nearly an hour with no help from the 3 associates in the store my 4 children and myself were ready to checkout. Upon checkout the sales associate tells me that I have to go find the match to my shoes. I informed her that was her job and not mine. She stated that she was not leaving from the counter every time someone needed a shoe. It is unacceptable to ask a customer with 4 children to do the job of an associate. After I refuse to do her job or make my purchase she laughed about it and told me to have a nice day.

ShoeShow staff

I'm a single father, my 2 year old son wanted to play with the balls but seeing as I was shopping he couldn't. So he cried. 2 employees, one that was behind the counter, approached me at separate times and asked if everything was ok. Not if I needed help. I felt extremely uncomfortable. I will not be coming back and will be sure to let people know how uncomfortable the staff made me feel.

ShoeShow shoe show employees being mean to a child

We went to Shoe Show in Summersville WV and the employees was very mean to my 6 year old granddaughter she found a pair of shoes so they went up to pay for them and the employee was mean and said we are getting ready to close and would not sell her the shoes and was so rude about it my granddaughter cried and my husband was looking for sandals and they didn't say anything to him but of course when he looked outside and saw Lilah crying he came outside . And he was mad and My Daughter has MS and that upset her that they were mean to her daughter. This is no way to run a business and I will be making a complaint with the better business B and calling corporate on them .

ShoeShow customer service at shoe show in moultrie, ga

I visited a show shoe today in moultrie, Ga with my two young daughters. There were 3 women working. Two white ladies and a black woman was working. I had brought three pairs of shoes to the counter and was rung up by the older white lady with glasses. I seen a sign where you could buy a pair of shoes and get half on the second pair. I was informed that I had to get a certain brand in order to get the discount so I went back and got another pair. The black lady had to return my items in order to give the the shoe half off. I assume it was the manager because she had keys that was doing my transaction at this point informed me that I needed a id to do the return which I found very prejudice because I didnt have one. She refused to do my return. I had to go to my car and get my sisters. The woman had a rude and nasty attitude. At one point she didnt want to accept my phone number to do the return. She than proceeded to answer the phone and carry on a full conversation with that person. She was so rude and inconsiderate of my time and money I was spending. She than proceeded with the return after I asked the other associate to ring me up because the cashier was busy on the phone. She than refused to put my items in a bag and asked the cashier that ring me up the first time to bag my things and walked away. I asked the black cashier for her name and she refused to give it to me. I will be returning all 4 shoes tomorrow and speak to the store manager about her behavior. I would not recommend this store to any of my family and friends. Worst customer service ever.

ShoeShow customer service

I visited this location 04/19/19 looking to buy four pairs of shoes. When I entered the store, there was no greeting or offer to assist. Low traffic in store at this time. The clerk (I hope not a part of management) was loud and unprofessional. The store is in a low income area but employees are supposed to carry themselves above the customer. When I did find a shoe that caught my interest; the clerk was in the back and no one attending the front.

I ended up leaving the store without any shoes and was determined not to spend my money in a business with such poor customer service. I may decide to go back in a few months (or shop online) because I really do love Shoe Show and am always in need of shoes for my family. However, this location needs MAJOR improvement!

ShoeShow i'm extremely disappointed with shoeshow!!

I have ordered two pairs of shoes from this website www.shoeshow.com and paid extra money for two day delivery. Let me start by telling that I received only one pair and it was 5 days late. Second pair was missing and I contacted customer service via online contact form on their website. They did not reply and then I called them to find out what was going on. Their rep was surprised to hear my explanation. He said that according to their information I ordered only one pair! But I was charged for two. They said they'll find out what was going on and contact me back later which did not happen. I'm extremely disappointed with ShoeShow!

I found the perfect shoes at shoe dept, but the bottom was dirt like they were worn and return. the clerk stated they were, and they didn't have any more in my size. So, I ask they is the price the same as the new shoes no one seems to care. The manage gave me 3.30 off of 32.99 which should have been on clearance rack.

Recieved a gift card for your store could not find what i wanted so i seddle three months later shoes fell apart was giving a replacement card i state you don't have any selection could i get cash then i can get a pair at walmart was told no so i guessing the card is now useless

I bought a pair of nature trail shoes on 10/28/19. I have only wore them about five times. The heal is already tearing apart. I am very disappointed in this show. The store refuses to exchange them. I would like either a refund or to exchange them. You may reach me at mesther353@yahoo.com
