I have emailed 7 times for update of 3 shirts that was very important to me I still haven't gotten a response back I find it very unprofessional I see other reviews now I wish I would have done my research before trusting this site this company don't know what people are going. Through during this pandemic all I'm requesting first is my shirts if that's not available please refund my money

I placed my order on January 9 and I have not received anything and sent him many emails called messages and he does not respond

I ordered a cocomelon birthday outfit on 1/25/21 fir my daughter to use on her birthday. Prior to placing my order, I asked if I would get it by a specific date and I was told yes. I tried contacting them to makes sure or/ and find out when my order (tutu outfit) was shipped. I have sent numerous e - mails all week without response and I have called with no success in reaching anyone.

Placed a order for my Twins bday and paid extra. Still haven't received a order or refund. Company responds to get your money after that you don't hear from them! I have emailed them several times and called. Still haven't responded very unprofessional when getting people money. Contacted BBB and my bank will not stop till this company is shut down!

I have been calling and sending emails about my ordered that i ordered In October no one has answered or emailed me back. Horrible experience i wish i read the reviews before i ordered. I don't know how they can do this and not ship the item or anything. Why put a web up and everything if you cant answer the phone or emails. This is the first time it ever happened to me.

I ordered a shirt from this company over a month ago and never received it. I wrote to them and expressed how I wanted the shirt I ordered and asked for a tracking number in which they didn't have. I was completely disappointed in their customer service and mentioned how I just read all the negative reviews on them and no wonder why I didn't receive my order. This was their reply to that

"lol, we ship over 50 thousand shirts and outfits every year, what are you talking about negative reviews, lol, almost all those reviews are from [censored]s that didnt read our shipping info, you seem just as stupid as them, im pretty sure if we werent sending off items like your claiming, we wouldnt be making over a milion a year in sales still. Good luck 😂"

This company is so rude and mean they disrespected my elderly mother and all she ask when her shirts was coming and they flip out on her and called her out her name. Then they block her and cancel her orders. How can a company do these things and just getaway with it so sad nobody should deal with them

I received ghetto and belittling remarks when I asked if I would receive a tracking conformation like the email conformation told me! After this horrible degrading event I am left w/o the outfit I desperately wanted because of someones lack of appreciation for their customers hard earned money. But then again after reading all the reviews I have the past 24 hours after they cancelled my order for bs [censored] reasons I shouldn't expect anything less than this gutter street behavior smh. Also shirtango I will leave a review everywhere I can like I told you I Would your poor customer service has left a bad taste in my mouth and I won't sleep until the world knows not to do business with you love. Keep talking about WE its only one of you running this ish show hence why you got time to reply back with lies.

No you don't understand, how are we soo late if we don't ship for 3 to 4 weeks, your sooo slow that you can't understand that.. use Google translate if you can't read English, stop blaming others because you can't read and understand something so simple. Please don't purchase from English sites since you don't understand English.

I ordered a personalized onesie for my daughter on Oct 3 which would allow enough time for it to arrive for her bday at end of the month.On the 17th I emailed asking when it would ship? I received a tirade or insulting demeaning emails and then they tried to hit me up for another $15 to rush shipment. I simply asked when it would ship. Stay away horrid company and customer service. I disputed service with credit card to stop payment. Scam

I ordered a family set of shirts alike to celebrate my daughter's 7th birthday. I have been waiting for over 1 month for my shirt order but the shirts have not arrived. My daughter's birthday has now passed and it is a waste of time getting the shirts now. You made a great day turn into a horrible day. The purchase order is P01-[protected]. I would like to request a refund on my purchase.

Place a order in sept 3 havent receive it yet, email them couple times, sometimes they dont respond the one time they respond stated I should had gotta my order, so disappointed no order been over a month needde it by oct9i just dont know whether this a scam or what, couldn't track the order cus no shipping info so I dont know whats the problem, this my first time with this wrbsite and it will definitely be my last

Sept. 7 - Ordered 3 shirts for a Legoland trip for my special needs son. His 1st major trip and 1st amusement park experience... something to celebrate!
Sept. 14 - Returned to the shirtango.com to view their shipping policy since I had not received an email with estimated arrival. Shipping timeframe on website said 3-4 weeks. I contacted Shirtango via email and paid the requested $10 rush fee to ensure delivery by/on October 3.
Sept. 26 - Contacted Shirtango via email and asked when the items would ship and reminded them I needed to receive the package within 1 week. They responded, "It will ship next week and you will receive it on time."
Oct. 2 - Had not received package from Shirtango. Emailed Shirtango and asked for the shipping service and tracking #. Received no response.
Oct. 3 - Emailed requesting shipment/tracking info. again. Received no response. Left for our trip this afternoon with NO MATCHING SHIRTS to celebrate the occasion. 26 days (3 weeks, 5 days) after placing my order, paying a rush delivery fee, and being assured I would receive my order on time. This business will ruin your occasion with ZERO CARE, warning, acknowledgement, or apology. Every email I sent to them regarding this transaction was kind and professional. They have NO EXCUSE in my case! Do yourself a favor and avoid Shirtango at all costs!

I ordered an outfit on aug 28th for sept 19th. I asked if the outfit would be ready without extra shipping they said thats fine. On sept 15, 2020 still no outfit, I called, texted, fb, nothing. Then I filed a complaint and they said I refused to pay extra for shipping so they cancelled my order. Which is a bold face lie. And stilled they cancelled my order why haven't I received my money back. This company is a scam and I paid through paypal so I will get my money back. This company is a complete rip off. I wanted my daughter and sons twins bday to be a success thank god I found someone able to make it in 2 days.

I ordered two shirts for my twin daughter's birthday on august 7 and spoke to customer service on august 26th and they said they will be mailing it out that week of the 26th and I will have it before sept 20. My daughter birthday has passed september 24th and still no shirts. It ruined our daughter's birthday we had no money to buy new alfits for them due to covid lack of work. No refund they stole my money and refuse to answer phone calls, voicemail, emails for weeks now. Horrible company and scammers

I am convinced this company is a scam! I ordered a dress on august 24th for my daughters birthday. On september 1st I inquired about my order via email and was told that orders take up to 3 to 4 weeks to ship. It was suggested I pay for expedited shipping for an extra $15. I paid the $15 on september 2nd and let them know via email that I need this dress by september 18th. On september 11th, I requested an update via email. No answer. I tried calling them. No answer. I followed up again via email on september 14th and was told it will be shipped the next day. Today is september 17th, the day before I need the dress and I send an email this morning asking for the tracking information. Five hours later I receive a "your order has been cancelled" email. What's even more interesting is that in the cancellation email it only shows that I will be receiving a refund for the amount that I paid for the dress, not the extra $15 I paid for the expedited shipping. I really wish I would've checked the reviews on this company before ordering from them but, I wanted to support a black owned business. By the looks of these other reviews, who knows if I will receive any kind of refund. Don't ever order from this company. I did not deal with any rude remarks like i've seen on some of these other reviews (yet because who knows how they will respond to my most recent email in regards to them cancelling my order) but, this company is very unprofessional, has horrible customer service and does not deserve to be in business! Save your money and time!

This company is terrible! They are very unprofessional, they talk to you anyway and they never answer the phone! They email you saying whatever they want to you as if they aren't even an actual business! I told them I never received an email from them and never emailed them because after my first email they said I emailed them prior. They say to me in an email that maybe satan jumped into someone else's body and emailed for me. At the bottom of all my emails my signature says something positive and spiritual. Maybe they're satanic I have no idea! But trust me do not buy from this company and tell any and everyone you know. A few people told me the never received their items nor refund from these people they are true scammers! Please do not buy! You will definitely be furious! Then they leave these replys to the reviews! I never said I bought anything and i'm glad I didn't! I wasn't even able to complete my order with your disrespect and I updated my review because you're still being rude! What type of people and business are you running?! I'm so glad I didn't purchase anything from you guys and I was able to see your rudeness ahead of time! I've never experienced this before from an actual business! I guess all the reviews people are leaving are lies! You guys are really pathetic and anyone in their right mind would trust these reviews and not buy! I never once said they did the email themselves! I emailed them they never replied to my email originally I don't remember sending them the initial email although I may have asking them where do I personalize my info at? Just wanted to make sure I put the right size for my baby and then they replied "it's wrote in a big red box put all your question your cart". I tried but there was literally no where to put my child's size! They said, "nobody had ever asked this question." that's when I knew that something was up with this company! Who responds to a customer this way! Why would I lie about this what will I gain! I'm just writing an honest review! I did curse them in the end because that's how disrespected I felt!

The company is a scam. They take your money and never give you anything. And when you question them they become rude and belligerent. They than supposedly canceled your order but truth be told they never really make the order to began with. Its all a scam. If you dont happen to read this review before ordering only pay w Amazon Pay, PayPal, or your credit card because its much easier to dispute the charges. Just beware. We got our money back by disputing it and reorder from another company. Just glad I got it in time. I will make it my mission to get this site off the internet for trying to ruin little girls party.

I ordered a outfit for my daughter and when I asked them how it was being delivered they got rude with me and then called me a crazy crackhead and cancelled my order but only gave me 10 dollars and I paid 35 and its on my bank statement too they are scammers and they will be in a lot of trouble for this they are very bad people and shouldn't be aloud to treat customers they way they did me it was wrong and very hurtful now my daughter won't have a outfit she wanted for her party because of what they did I will never recommend this company or go through them ever again I am calling my lawyer and having them deal with it cause it was very wrong

I never when I say this typically write a review. The customer service from this shop was insulting. Literally. I was disappointed that my baby item did not arrive in time for her 1st birthday. I said that cause i'm truly am. Wether it was in shipping time or not I was simply inquiring. And this shop decided to personally attack me in their response back. Insult me as human."it is truly disappointing that a grown women with a child and 2 jobs is not taking responsibility for not reading the shipping info before purchasing and trying to place the blame on us, it's more than disappointing, it's pathetic..

I wasn't even arguing with them just looking for an answer this was uncalled for and attacking.
