If you are going to any job consultancy for career in Mnc company first of all you have to check company presence in the market. then select the company otherwise it can be fraud.

I am Prakash Sathe your ref. no. SYC # 281382. I have registered myself on 10 th Dec.2014. As per Mr. Abhishek within 3-4 working days I will receive the job alert. Till today nothing has happened. After contacting on phone the answer that data of Dec. was lost.
I uploaded my data again. The reciprocation that within 24 hours job alert will be sent is becoming false. Need to get back the money paid as, such a so called professional firm is not having any data recovery system, is ridiculous. Some body named Sneha singh speaks about new time lines always and I have received confirmation mail from them that all the formalities are completed by me on 13 Dec.

Well here it is - just got off a call with NItesh from Shiningyourcareer.com for an opportunity initially shortlisted for a Senior Manager role (he did not even know what I do) in Wipro in the UAE and an opportunity for Accenture in Canada. The call started with the initial few words being spoken in English and then seamlessly shifted to Hindi. Nitesh realized that I was keen on an opportunity only in Bangalore and dropped HCL & IBM as prospective opportunities. He went to the length suggesting that these openings are hidden opportunities within the organization and that Shiningyourcareer.com are the choice partners for fulfilling it for all major MNC's (At this point, I was clear that something was amiss). Then, Nitesh asked me if I was online and coerced me to log onto their website for completing the registration formalities.

The website gave them out, but never the less I played along just to see where all of this was heading too...! He made me upload my latest profile and then asked me to do a payment of Rs. 1, 850/- (it is just a small token fee for a lifelong membership, is what they claim and also alternatively suggested that I have been on the call for such a long time assisting you fill up the online form). I asked him who the owner of the company was? to which he responded that they are not in a position to divulge the names, but on persistent questioning he just dropped a name saying that it is 'Imran Khan' who stays and runs the operations from abroad. This was the last straw, in parallel all the while I also was checking them out on Google with the number of complaints...I freaked out and gave him an earful and told him that I would drag him to court and take legal recourse. This was met with an abrupt disconnection of the call.

Beware, Shiningyourcareer.com preys on IT folks who are in between jobs and takes them for a ride, this time around they were not successful in conning me, but I would like to intimate the rest to be extremely careful about these con artists...!

yaa I too was conned by shining your carreer they said they have high contacts & vacancies in top companies which all turned fraud & they just time pass & convince & take more time when you call & never respond If at all I donot know how many fathers are there of so called Rohith of shining your career

I also got a call asking to pay for the services to connect to their abu dhabi client online. they said the client has already shortlisted and job was guaranteed. However, when I asked about the disclaimer on their site which said no job guarantee, he tried to hush up. I told him that I would verify the credentials of his company and then go back to him if found ok. I just could not understand why a company would make us pay a third part to talk to us if they wanted us to join their company.
I also felt this is not a genuine service.

I got call from shiningyourcareer.com. The person was specking in Hindi. He told me my resume has got short listed from nokari.com. If I pay Rs. 3000/- he will forward me the details for the current opening in Dubai. He was trying to convince that it is the best offer I could get. Luckily I was online. I just Google about the company name and told them there are so many complaints against their company name and call got disconnected.
It is highly planned and organized fraud. Be aware.

Dear All Today I too got a call from the number [protected] again, ( two days back I got a call from the same number, but I told them I was driving )saying that my C V is short listed, I need to be with a PC to get my self registered, I told them I will not pay any money, as I am not interested in a job where I have to spend my money, as I have enough of offer at hand if I want to change.
They said I was short listed and I should not let the offer go, and he asked me to pay only, Rs 2, 200, it was when a senior guy came on line and said he can get me offer as soon as I register, he was trying to convince me, but I cut the phone, the first guy can not even communicate well, leave alone English.Please do not fall into these peoples trap.

I got a call *PHP Spellcheck Trial* lady that I have been short listed for some big companies in my home town and asked me to fill all my details through their website www.shiningyourcareer.com and upload my resume later call was transferred to a guy who never gives us time to think and at least read the terms and conditions before payment and then I got a doubt and asked one of my friends who work in the company where this consultancy said that I am short listed and he told me that though their company looks for profile in job portals but their HR department directly contact the candidates for further proceedings.

Friends be aware of this kind of highly planned and organized frauds

i also got call from0120-3853600 today at 1400 hrs asking me to login on this site as i hav been shortlisted with m&m, bajaj at pune and asked me pay1850 for jobs in india. i got suspicious and querried if these cos have shortlisted my resume y not contacted me on tele/email. reply was funny dat co s HR will hav to spend the man-hrs to call each candidate. i refused. I also had a call from the above mentioned numbers on 09/09/2014, that I have been selected for the position of Safety Supervisor without any interview from the following companies like Gulf Oil & Kuwait Oil Corporation for a CTC of 55, 00, 000. Further the fraudster advised to pay Rs. 3000 / through online... Please be aware of this fake.

And here I get call very early in the morning. Same all stories - you are selected, if you don't pay you will loose opportunity, And when he insisted me to fill form and while filling form I had question as to what to write for role. His Answer was "whatever you feel you can write". Seriously? :D And for next part of payment, when I said need sometime to think he started threatening me :D. I wish I recorded that and sent to all my known people to be aware of this.

I too got the call from a lady through same number. She narrated everything in typical Hayanvi style and assured me that you are already shortlisted with wipro and there will be just a Interview formality. Surprisingly she made to fill a online form on their site and finaly asked me to pay 1800 Rs. immediately. When I asked for some time to verify the genuiness of the site, she warned me that your profile may get delisted and u wold loose an apportunity. Very strange that wipro would hire some tech guy without any rounds of interview. This seems totally a fraud.

This is very true, I also received a call today on 31st July 2014. The guy who spoke with me don't even know English properly. But just appraised me that salary is 56 Lakh per annum + lots of other benefits.

I found this to be fraud by the way he was communicating and pushing me to fill the form. I just disconnected the call.

I have received a call from same Shine your Career on 30.06.2014. They told that they got my bio data from Naukri and already have a confirmed Job for me in Jamshedpur & Bhilai. They told about that my CTC is already fixed also though I will have the chance to increase it with negotiation before joining. The Companies they refer are JSW and Tata Steel in Jamshedpur & BSP in Bhilai and asked me to be online in next half an hour for registration and interaction with company. By that time luckily i read the posts here. When they called, (the person name was said as Saurabh), I asked them for detail Job Profile and they told it is the post of Principal Geologist. I knew there is no such designation in these companies and told him, the person fumbled. I asked them what is your chargesand he replied I need to pay Rs 1800/-. I told them normally the consultancy companies are paid only after receiving the 1st salary by the applicant. I will only pay same way. I also told him there are many bad reviews in name of Shine Your Career. The person told ok if you are not comfortable with our terms then they will not be able to provide any services and hung up. Please be careful such agencies as Shine Your Career, Click2resume etc. Please don't pay.

I received a call from one lady from Shine your carreer saying that my profile has been shortlisted by IBM and Wipro and I will be getting a 40 percent hike. NO technical rounds only HR round and then a job(This was a big alarm for me )
I still thought I will play along.
She said that I just need to register on their website and generate a ID for the next procedure.
Once I registered to their website she directed me to a link to avail their services for which they will charge me for 3000 without this I will not be getting an ID to move further on the recruitment part.
I asked them if I have been shortlisted I will attend the interview and pay the amount after that, she was almost forcing me trying to convince that first I need to pay to proceed.
I declined with a stern warning and she hung up.
Please beware of such frauds.

YES I ALSO GOT THE CALL FROM SAME NUMBER STATING POSITION VACANT IN ESSAR TATA AND CTC WILL BE 18 LAKHS PER ANNUM. THEY CALLED ME TWICE AND ASKED ME TO READY WITH INTERNET CONNECTION BUT I CLEVERLY ASKED THEM TO CALL ME BACK AROUND 8.00PM IN NIGHT. STILL NO CALLS IN NIGHT.

Yes it's so true ! as i Smartly asked the Guy ...that i Had Spoken to Mr.Rahul Upon looking up at the Previous Complaint ...and the Other Senior asked that when did you Speak with Rahul informed him few days Back ...and when he asked about which company ...informed him about "Gasco"...and he said that he will give job in Dubai, Qatar, Abu-Dhabi Etc...

I received a call today (from+[protected]) that I have been shortlisted for a position with TataConsultancy Services in Chennai. First some junior guy spoke. When I told thatI am interested in the position referred over the phone, he told that he is transferringthe call to his senior. That person was Mr. Rahul and he asked me to logon totheir website - www.shiningyourcareer.com

Upon login in he asked me to click"career alert" and there it was mentioned Rs 3000 as payment. Hetried to rush this part asking me to click "proceed" and mentioningthat he could send the requirement details only after this process. I refusedand he was insisting me to pay and tried to convince me as if I would never geta job if I do not register with them. This annoyed me and I disconnected.

This company clearly looks like a fake one.Beware!
