My company work with laboratories and we ordered chemicals from the company Shenyang Fair Chemical Products Sales Co Ltd. They provided completely different chemicals as well as they sent wrong documentation. I called to the representative and asked to change the order, and they promised to do it, but after several weeks nothing arrived and the seller stopped to communicate with me. I wasted money and time, and I have no idea what to do now. It might be a good idea, if people wrote about their experience with this seller.
In 2013 year 'Shenyang Fair Chemical Products Sales Co' offered us an isopropyl alcohol (IPA) by price 40% lower than the average market prices. They even offer us to apply 'Bureau Veritas' or 'SGS' to check quality before shipping (but, in fact, both companies have no lab equipment for Gas Chromatography to check IPA grade). But after we asked them for examples of Packing List and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) they gave us a strange answer "do you want cooperation with me?" and disappeared.
Hi! I got into the same situation as you did: wrong documentation, completely different stuff from what I ordered and I don't even know what they sent to me because they wouldn't tell me. I guess this proves that this company is a fraud!
I am trying to solve the issue through attorneys in China, but I am not sure how it's going to work out. They embezzled me of more than 30.000$. How about you? Are you going to take any measures?
