On 22 of September in morning time I was kicked out of the shell store for no reason.. untrained employee ask me to leave the store and never come back again .. I did not get the name of the employee but I know he brown skin Indian or paki
I bought few ticket of football pools
And it was 160 dollar.
There was 2 people working at that time the brown skin came back to the store after he was doing something out side and ask his partner how much he play and the partner reply 160 $
The he start screaming and yelling at me .. he should explain the roles of olg
Instead he told me to leave the store and never come again ..then I left the store.
I ask him gently who he is the ask me to leave the store..he was still yelling
I am so sad that shell hire these kind of people

I've e got a complaint about bela bela and mokopane petrol compare to ones in pretoria and johannesburg. Every time I fill up in bela bela it finishes up quicker and when I head back I fill up at home in johannesburg and it lasts longer then usual. Would like to know why is there a difference because it's the same brand but different quality, or do they add water to their petrol or air. I sat and waited an hour or so for liver to be made. The clerk at the register told me they were waiting for the cook to get off break. It's been well over her break time and there is still no food being made. The clerk at the register offered to give me the number to call and see when they would be ready, but that's not an option due to me staying 20 minutes away from this store. I left to run an errand and came back. Yet it still wasn't done. They don't seem to take their jobs serious at this store. I'm in Pine Bluff, Arkansas on olive street. This store is located across from Walmart off the highway. In no way, shape or form should a customer have to wait for something to be made this long. Someone just came out to tell me that they were waiting on them to “unthaw”. It wasn’t the cook of course, but at least the clerk had decency enough to let me know what was going on once she found out. I’m more at ease now, but I wish I didn’t have to sit here this long to wait. Thanks to her!

I was recently charged twice $80 out of North Carolina Shell for lord knows what, which was caught by my bank and myself. This is the second time that this was done to our account, and both times it was from a Shell station out of North Carolina! We live here in a very small town and its the closer to visit for gas, but the reputation that this has shown us not once but twice, we will be going further. I really dont know how this happens and always comes up the way it does, but it pretty discouraging.

I visit here several times on a daily basis ! Most of the workers are rude and have no clue what is going on ! A couple of the workers are always on there cell phone with a line of angry customers ! 2nd shift is really bad with nothing stocked up and the bathrooms are a mess ! The manager is the only one who is very friendly and knows what is going on .

At approximately 18.00hrs on Saturday 10th August, i entered the Shell Garage in Buckhurst hill, Essex.
I purchased appx £25.00 of gas and 2 Jamie oliver sausage rolls, around 9pm my wife started to feel very nauseated, the sausage rolls were the only thing she has eaten all day, i have checked the sell by date, and there isn't a date recorded on either of the packets, my wife is very very ill.
i will attach a copy of the packets.
i have called the garage to recommend they remove what sausage rolls they have left on the shelf as i fear somebody else my experience the same problem as my wife.
The garage assistant has asked me to return in the morning.
As i never took my receipt, i will forward my bank transaction when it appears on my Natwest app.

Exit 29 Shell station has pumps covered and only offers fuel to big trucks. There has been no gas available for about six months. A sign says "rennovating" but nothing changes.
The Shell station on Habersham has not had Premium gas for several months. The attendant in the quick shop there keeps saying the pumps will be replaced. They have not been replaced.
We now have to go to the BP station or drive 12 1/2 miles to another Shell station.
This situation needs to be remedied.

Each month I fill up my tank twice, never have any of the attendants given me satisfactory/excellent service. They never offer to check my oil, water, tyre pressure or even clean my windows. The only time they do it, is when I request it. The latest bad experience was today when I wanted to fill up my tank, I was told I'm too late there's no petrol (not even know if I'm coming to fill up or not). But this pissed me off. Not sure how much truth was in that because I've never experienced anything like that before. Some of the attendants act like children. To my knowledge attending to customers are on a first come first serve basis. I might have it wrong, but that's how it works all the time. There was an instance where other customers who arrive after me, gets helped first.
These attendants needs to be educated on how to provide proper customer service

The shell fuel station on Hickory ave in Harahan, LA. is charging me a different price every single time i go there! I am so VERY UPSET and disappointed in the way this one man owens several stations in the area and has treated his employees in an unprofessional, degraded manner. These people i speak to every day and you would not believe what i have been told about the owner. Also, i have noticed a rather HIGH turn over rate with his stores. I don't mind paying a fair price for any one item, but i refuse to be overcharged and or a different price depending on which person is at the register at that particular time. I just wanted shell corp. to know how subsidized owner of Shell is using the corporations name. I truly hope that some person can do something about these issues.

On Saturday 20th of July i bought a gas Cylinder, Only got around to connecting it to my heater on 21th of July when i got home only to realize its empty, went back to the Gastation, called the owner at my expense, told me to come back today 22th of July to resolve the issue. Went back whereas he shouted at my wife and said its not his problem.
The owner fills his tanks before price increase, says his tanks are empty just before the increase then sells the fuel the next day with the new price increase price. All my neighbors close to the filling station knows this and realized its what he does every time.
Very unethical and bad ambassador for Shell in Bloemfontein Freestate South-Africa.
