Shell gas

This shell gas station in Florida is charging customers double plus for gasoline. The sign is hidden so when ppl get gas they are fooled. You fill you tank and then realize the total per gallon...I gave the clerk $20 and got 2.7 gallons of gas.

This is illegal to charge that amount of money...I am contacting a person of authority
this is totally a disgrace and fraud to the public...someone needs to be put in jail for this. If I walked in that store and stole something, I would go to jail...this station is
literally secretly stealing from the public, once the gas is in your car you can't take it
out...that is STEALING from the people!

Shell gas

I got self serve gas at this gas station at approxiatmely 2;45 pm on July 18, 2019. The total of my sale was $20.10. When I checked my bank account on July 19, 2019, I was shock to see there was a debit from this Shell station of $30.10. I have tried to call this Shell station at (603) 622-3358 several times and it always rings busy. I will never use this gas station again and I will make sure that everyone knows that there is something suspicious that exactly $10.00 more was taken out of my bank account. I am going to file something with my bank, and the New Hampshire Consumer Protection bureau for possible fraud being perpertrated on consumers.

Shell shells in sacramento

Went to your local Shells, paid $60 for Premium gas went outside to pump my gas and the pump wasn't working, so i tried to redo the whole thing again still nothing, go inside to figure out what was the problem only to find out they put the money back on the card, didn't even give me the option or anything used my lasted $60 my car was 23 miles to empty and the manager said i had to wait 3-5 business days before i can get my money so i asked her what am i suppose to do until then, i think it's really rude to automatically put funds back on someone card we should have that option, I'm really frustrated

The Hispanic woman behind the counter should be FIRED ! She is rude and ignorant. She should not be working with the public. We had paid for our gas went to the pump and it wasn't working. Went back inside to find out why it's not working. The woman then said it was canceled by me and I explained that I didn't cancel anything as I was only trying to pump the gas. Then she tells me that I don't know how to pump gas.
That was offensive to hear and will escalate this matter. She get a job digging ditches where she's has zero contact with people!

Shell £2 free fuel voucher

I purchased £25 of diesel on the 06 June from a Shell garage in Bury which is 2 miles from me. I went to pay to be told I could not use the voucher as it was not a shell garage imagine my surprise! I went there because the voucher expired on that day. I always get fuel from shell as i feel it is a better grade. I will not be using shell again and will tell my colleagues about this I will also delete the app!

Shell contaminated unleaded petrol

I often have reason to go to the garage at HKS Staples Corner. On the 27th June I put in £10 worth and bought some items and a roll. I then went home which is closeby. Soon after I got in the car and headed to Asda in Wembley but the car lost power and could not go further so I dropped it back and into my Close which it did. However I tried again and although it started it also stopped several times. This has never happened before so once it was running I went to Asda and came home. The following however it turned over but immediately stopped. I thought I needed a new car so went without for some days, obviously concerned. I had to call my garage and we all but remade the car. We took out the spark clubs and looking at them I could smell some petrol and something else, maybe some diesel but just something else. We drained the majority of the tank and put another gallon in. Now it was happy to start and for me to get it to the garage. However I have had to have a complete overhall to see what else the comination has caused. Therfore a very expensive stop at Shell. Luckily I have the receipt copied here. But I have been without my car for a week as my garage just did not have time to deal with it until now so as you can imagine I am expremely annoyed and frustrated. This is also very serious in that either there is a lot of contamination in unleaded petrol now or staff put some diesel in and just stopped and put it into the correct place but did not inform anyone. I have had very strange things happen to my cars all over the world and in some very strange places but never has this happened before. Please take this very seriously.

Shell service and verbal abuse

I'm complaining about an employee in one of your service stations on Cremorne Road in London at 2.20pm 28th June.

I was asking to swap a pound coin for 2 x 50p's to use the tyre and air and have just been subjected to a torrent of absolutely unacceptable abuse from your employee. I took a picture of him and think his name was Sheeha. His behaviour should not be tolerated and if this is who you employ then your recruitment process needs to be addressed. I have never had anyone be so rude to me for no reason at all. It will all be on camera.
When I arrived in the station another customer was complaining as he had shut the petroleum pumps and put up bollards so nobody could enter because he wanted to restock the sandwiches!
I want to make a formal comparing about this employee and would like to know what will be done about him as nobody should be subjected to disgusting verbal abuse.

Shell threats from an employee

Newport Oregon shell I got threatened from an employee to have my teeth knocked out for asking to talk to a manager I was only coming it to let the manager know the fuel attendant was rude I called police and made a report and as waiting for the police to arrive the employee continued to threaten me while the manager never said a word to the employee [protected]

Store 6832 in Lockport IL

I went into this store yesterday to buy a 7UP and a Mounds candy bar. I swiped my credit card and showed the lady my credit card for her to get the last 4 digits. I was on the phone at the time and couldn't verbally mention the last 4 digits on the card. The lady then says, "Next time just tell me the last 4 [censored]ing numbers." I told her I wanted to speak to her manager. She yells to the back office, "We have a [censored]ing problem here." The assistant manager Tanya comes out and says, "Oh my God, what the [censored] is going on here?" I said, "Excuse me, I'm the customer I do not appreciate you using that type of language with me." Tanya then says, "Well [censored] off out of my store." I then said, "I needed to speak to a GM or district manager or someone. she then said, "[censored] OFF, here is the [censored]ing number." she gave me the number and I left the store. I sat in my car and called the 800 number and left a message. I was almost back at my work when the cops pulled me over. They wanted to know what happened. I told them what happened and the officer told me that they are ignorant at that store. The officer then told me that the store wants to trespass me and that if I were to go to the store or the gas station again I would be arrested. This scared me. All this trouble because I wanted a pop and a candy bar. Multiple times the past have the same workers been abusive to me. Multiple times I have had people on the phone and the manager has told me to, "get of the [censored]ing phone." They are so aggressive at this location. It is my business that this is effecting. Shell problem at the pump

On 6-15-19, 20:15, I pulled into the Shell gas station, 17500 Mack Ave, Grosse Pointe, MI. The fuel gauge on my 2017 Hyundai Sante Fe (18.8 gal capacity) was between 1/4 -1/2. At pump # 7, I put in 11.222 gal ($31.30), then the pump shut off as though full. I payed at Visa debit at the pump and left. I had some stops to make in the same area, for which I turned off the car. When I was getting ready to head back to the west side of the state, I looked at the fuel gauge and observed 1/4 tank of gas. I wonder how that could be and returned the same station. I explained that something may be wrong with their pump # 7. Checking to assure my fuel gauge was operating properly, I pulled up to pump # 5 and proceeded to pump 13.445 gal ($37.50). My gas tank hatch/door can only be unlocked from inside the vehicle, so nobody siphoned the fuel. So for two visits to the station on the same day, it cost me $68.80 for an alleged 44.66 gal and I may have driven 20 miles. I called the station and spoke to the owner who simple said he has his pumps checked every year and there has not been a problem.

Shell water in gasoline

I filled up at a local Shell gas station Thursday evening June 6th, immediately after my car began breaking down. I barely made it home with a shaking car. The very next morning, a tow truck came to pick up my car. The driver said this same gas station has been the cause for many other consumers in the area that he has had to pick up as well. When I got word back from the mechanic, they told me there was water in the fuel. There is absolutely no way water would ever get inside of a gas tank without it entering from the fuel. After paying a $1, 100 repair bill, Shell is now saying they will not pay for the bill and has "gone to do an investigation at the gas station" but will not send any proof that this has actually been done? I have been loyal to Shell for years, have gone out of my way at times to fill up with your gas. And yet you show no type of remorse or help to someone who has spent way more than this $1, 100 on gas over the years. You are a corporation and the fact that you cannot help a loyal customer shows what type of a business culture you really have there. Over this past week of stress and anxiety from paying a bill I was not expecting to pay, has now left me in a hole. The complaints by word of mouth that can reach people can be astronomical and I have already turned dozens of people away from your stations after telling them this horrifying story. It would have shown a lot of sympathy and decency had your multi-billion dollar company just paid a simple repair bill that would not put you in any type of debt at all, but instead you have to hurt the little guys who are struggling to get by. A little customer service and kindness would go a long way.

Shell manager on duty being racist am very rude I need to speak with someone as soon as possible

Went to get gas about 15 mins aho an the lady that was at the windo she veeyry nasty but first she was being racist when i pulled up the pumps were taken for the side that i needed to go on so i turned around an tried to pump gas that way she gets on the intercom says i cant turn your pump on i say why not. She says because you are turned the wrong way so i move my car the other an i sat an wait until people get done pumping gas an so I get to the pump an she still don't turn my pump on she wait until about 5 mins to turn my pump on do I start pumping my gas an i noticed a car a white lady pulls in an does the same thing i did when I was fpimg to pump gas the first time she is turned the way but the manager on duty DIDNT SAY ANYTHING TO HER ABOUT NOT TURNING HER PUMP ON OR ANYTHING that lady pumped her gas an pulled out just that simple so I get to the window an say aomethimg to her about wjat nuat hapoen an the manager on duty says I didn't see her an i aaid yea u were you was looking at the cameras am you was lookimg out the window she says no i wasn't then she says the woman is using her card an i say i was too cause i told u i was an u still told me to move when i was paying for my gas at the window she told me my card was not working an gave me the pin pad when i went to give it back she snatched it out my hand an then said do you have to ruin my morning i said you just ruin mines an she said why do you come here i said why do you work here. Shell $100 gift card [protected]

I received a $100 Shell Gift Card, [protected] as a gift. We attempted to use it on a recent trip and it was declined. When I called the number on the back of the card I was told the card was never activated. My sister-in-law while on vacation in Florida purchased the card for us at a Shell station in Pinellas County, Fl. She doesn't recall which one since she lives in NJ. She paid cash for the card and we can't find the receipt. Is there any way of telling which station this card was purchased at because we believe she was scammed. We believe that after she paid cash for the card, she was given the unactivated card, and the attendant either kept the activated card, or the money. This scam had happened to us a few years back with a Sunoco Gift Card, so I know it can easily happen. Luckily Sunoco was able to investigate, and solve the matter, and issued us a replacement card. I really appreciate any help you can offer.

Shell staff at the till at apsley shell petrol station.

Today 3rd June 2019 I was at Shell patrol station Apsley Hemel Hempstead at around 5pm local time. I filled petrol in my car from number 6 and went inside the shop to pay with my daughter. As I was trying to take my card out from my wallet to pay. The guy at the till starting shining the last light beam from his scanner into my daughter eyes. I told him to stop doing it and said you should not be shining the light at your customers to which he projected it back at my daughter's eyes and said I am not doing anything to her eyes. This kind of behaviour is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. I never expected ridiculous behaviour like this from your staff. who is responsible for the damage to my daughter's eyes? There has to be immediate action taken for the safety of your customers.

Shell gas pumps not being maintained properly

The Shell station in the USA: 100 S. Boulder Hwy., Henderson, NV 89015 (corner of Lake Mead Pkwy.)
I am always having problems with their pumps. I pay cash for my gas thus having to walk back and forth to cashier each time there is a problem. The issue is when I press the octane I want (87 is my choice), the button does not work...however, the pump does go to the middle or high octane. I walk back to cashier, she (or) he may reset pump, I return to my car...pump still does not work - not able to punch in 87 octane, however, sometimes the pump starts pumping on the higher octane I do not want, without my pressing the handle. The pumps just do not engage correctly.
I just believe the manager and/or owners are not maintaining these pumps correctly. Thus, I will not be buying gas at that station anymore, even though it is very close to where I live.

Shell fuel rewards

I live in Covington Ga. The nearest gas station is a Shell on Kirkland/Salem Rd. I am a gold star reward user, but this particular station NEVER allows you to use your points. At first I thought it was the pump, but it doesn't matter if it's indoor or at the pump. FUEL REWARDS ARE NOT GRANTED! I'm also a Tmobile customer. Which gives .10 off per gallon every week fot Tmobile Tuesday all in vain. I've would like to continue to be a Shell customer, but would appreciate saving some money with my rewards. Thanks

Shell service

I was treated extremely rudely by a cashier named Vickie at your shell location on 40 marrimon ave asheville nc. I was told it was not her job to wait on me. She is mad because I had two desperate orders and forgot I needed cigarettes so I tried to ring up a third time. But she refused to ring up my cigarettes until I got off the phone even though I had my card out ready to slide it I was just waiting on her. She belittled me in front of customers and I won't stop at another shell station even if I'm running out of gas until I know she's been reprimanded in some way. If I'm spending money at your store it should not matter how many transactions I have it's still money for you. I made a simple mistake of forgetting that I needed cigarettes myself and she went off on me. I hope you will talk with her and try to improve her attitude, or you've lost my buiseness.

One more thing. Even my 12 year old son can use common sense. You posted this, three hours ago. What are the chances that in those three hours Vicky would post this? DId you tell Vicky that you were posting on this site. THINK BEFORE YOU POST. It will make you appear less of a fool. Maybe if you spent more time in the real world and less time on your cell phone you would not be so foolish and you would be able to use common sense that is simple to even a second grader. The way I see it, if you are old enough to buy cigarettes you are old enough to know that when you are talking to someone else in person that you get off your phone, or wait until the conversation is over. This is something you mother should have taught you. It is very rude and inconsiderate to be on the phone when you are talking to someone else. It is not the cashier that needs to be reprimanded it is YOU. You need to learn that when you are talking to someone face to face to get off your phone. Maybe if you were not too busy on your phone you would not have forgotten the cigarettes. She was not angry at you for forgetting the cigarettes, she was upset at you for your lack of manners. Because you were on the phone while talking to her. It is proper manners and courtesy to get off the phone or tell the person to hold on while you are talking to someone face to face.

I can appreciate a calm voice of reason, and to clarify you are absolutely correct I most likely would not have forgotten to buy cigarettes if I had not been on the phone. But since when does one absent minded mistake justify being aggressive and refusing service. I've worked in the service industry for over a decade and I have dealt with blatant rudeness on several occasions, and never acted like this woman did. I said please and thank you like my mother raised me to do, and apologized for my absent mindedness. The other cashier and customers behind me we're all shocked by her sudden outburst, and like me found it unbecoming of a woman of her age. The other cashier which I should have taken the time to say in my previous rant was very sweet and rang me up right away when Vickie refused. Part of working in the service industry is being accommodating and I could understand if I were intentionally messing with this woman to get a rise out of her and maybe she thought I was, or maybe it was a bad day. Thats how im trying to understand it, but speaking as someone whos been in the position that she thought she was in. I wont let my emotions dictate my actions. Thats the test of a true adult. I never feel compelled to complain I just needed an outlet on this one. I don't want this woman to loose her job of course but I do believe a lesson in customer service would help her.

Well you need a lesson on respect and courtesy. Most ADULTS know that it is bad manners to talk on the phone while talking to another person. Maybe she needed to teach you manners since mommy failed to do so. Maybe they were shocked that a "grown man" could not figure out that when he is talking to someone he should not be on the phone. Honestly you are acting like you are 15 Maybe they were shocked that a man your age was had no manners. You have to admit you lacked manners as well. That is the point of being an adult.

That is the sad thing about the younger generation. They lack manners. I doubt that Zachary is over over the age of 25. These youngsters lack proper etiquette. With the invention of cell phones they are even more rude. You can tell these youngsters about proper etiquette but they just don't get it. They have no social skills, or anything.

Correction, you don't want this woman to LOSE her JOB. Then again you you seem to be thinking that basefiction is Vicky, but you refer to Vicky as female. Basefiction is clearly male. Has been on this site longer than you posted your review. So here is a lesson in etiquette. When you are talking on the phone and you are next in line tell the person to hold on for a second. It won't hurt you. If you really are old enough to have worked in customer service for over a decade, it is a shame that someone your age does lacks proper manners and etiquette. Instead of worrying about her behavior worry about your own. Yeah I too needed to ask questions while I was being helped. But here is what I do. I tell the person that I am talking to, to hold on for a second. Then I talk to the person face to face. Then when I am done. I continue talking to the person. IF I am at Walmart, or Target, and I need to ask for help. I tell the person to hold on, and I ask for help. I do not talk on the phone while I am talking to another person. Basefiction is trying to teach you a lesson. Something that you lack. That does not mean he was Vicky. It is very stupid for you to conclude this. He is simply telling you the truth. If you are talking to someone give them your undivided attention. It is shame that someone your age does not understand this simple concept. It is a shame that someone your age would think that the person whom you is replying to is Vicky. So unless Vicky is a transvestite from California and works in North Carolina, you are wrong about basefiction. So your conclusion, just like your ethics is poor.

You misspelled your own name. You do not know the difference between lose and loose. Come on even my 12 year old son knows the difference between lose and loose. He also knows that it is rude to be on the phone and to be talking to else at the same time. Even my 12 year old son knows the difference between SHE and I. You seem to think that Vicky is the only one that feels this way about people on cell phones. But obviously others do . They are not all Vicky. It is up to your parents to teach you manners. IF you are really as old as you make yourself out to be you should have proper know how rude it is to talk to the phone while doing business. IF you are over 30 it is sad that you don't have the maturity to put the person on hold for a few seconds. At your age you should have figured this out.

I did not even notice that this person misspelled lose. No wonder he cannot use common sense and realize that there is no way that Vickie would post within minutes of him making this review. I posted a few minutes after he made this review. I doubt this silly little boy had this up for an hour before I posted telling him how rude and immature he is. The fact that he ASSumes that I am vickie, and cannot use the correct spelling of lose shows how uneducated he is. No wonder he worked for a lowing paying job for a decade. How pathetic.

Shell gambler menthol tube tobacco.

I Pick Gambler tobacco up all the time here, first time with this issue. I open bag to find stale crunchy not able to smoke tobbacco. I call Shell station right then, only to be told to call the 1 800 number on the bag that he doesnt know by the owner.. I told him i will never buy anything from him ever again. He didnt care. What worse is theres a sticker on bag that isn't the price I paid. This shell owner is selling most likely stolen goods. Or picking them up for cheep from some out of date retailer. Shell overpriced gas and horrible customer service

I went to get gas at the shell located at 1605 desplaines ave Desplaines, Il [protected]. On 5/11/19 at around 2:50pm I tried to prepay inside and the clerk hit the credit key before i finished entering rewards #. I asked him if he could cancel so I could reenter it and he said no we are not allowed to do voids, over and over again so i went outside and got the gas. Then i noticed the posted price is not the price being charged. Price advertised is 3.299 for regular. However i was charged 3.349. That is false advertising. Just horrible experience

Shell bad customer service

I was verbally and physically abused while visiting the shell store at 3614 W Wall St, Midland, TX 79701 05/08/2019. My husband and I pulled up to the drive thru window waited over 5 minutes as I watched people go in and out the store and get served be for me as I waited.I eventually got off and asked why they weren't serving customers at the window. One employee did explain that they needed to get everyone in before serving at the drive in, but I waited and watched people get served imeadiatly.so I waited in line after a customer. One of the employees got loud with my husband and told him he needed to wait his turnat the window. I disliked the customer service so I stepped outside only to see the employee that told me about the wait throw the cigars at my husbands face and said bye in a rude way. What if mybhusband was underage? Its ok for shell employees to give away and throw shell inventory?! We parked the car so I could get off and catch their names to file a complaint. one employee got upset and said she didn't care because her mother was supervisor and that my complaint wouldn't do anything. I said ok continued to walk out while recording.she then aggressively started yelling at me. So I walked back to the counter and told her that it wasn't good customer service only her to pick up the cashier scanner and hit me in the face with it.I reacted out to of spite and pushed her so she wouldn't hit me again with the scanner. After that she came around the counter and tried to fight me in the store. She pushed my out of my hands as the other employee tired to hit me as well. My husband got off and rushed me out the store. The other employee kept saying she was pregnant but she was interfering as well. This is not the first time these ladyvemployees give customers bad customer service. I went in 3 days prior to this incident to buy milk and both ladies had their kids there during their working hours climbing on top of counters and grabbing customers items while paying for them. I am also going to file a police report about this incident! I have never been this upset or disrespected at this convenience store!
