Paid for the goods with my credit card: first time when I swiped the card was declined; second time was accepted . And surprise...I have been charged twice. I disputed the transaction with my bank and the Shell's answer was : both transaction were valid. I called the store (spoke with store manager) and the corporation (spoke with a lady named Carrie) but neither of them were able to give me a reasonable straight answer.
Desirable resolution: refund the amount of money charged for nothing: 41.40 $ .
Unfortunately I discarded the receipt but anyway I would have had just one receipt not two...

Shell overcharged for gas

I want to bring this into your attention that I have been overcharged for gas that I purchased. The other day I purchased $15 worth of gas at the Temple Hills station, and later on that day I got an alert on my phone saying that I brought $77 worth of gas, and I never bought that amount my tank doesn't even hold that much, I would like to know about getting my money back.

Shell cashier

This morning [protected]) I visited Station #68507 in Burbank California.
I filled my tank with 13 gallons and paid for a car wash (transaction #9022313).
At the green light, I entered the car wash which then turned to an orange blinking light. The wash never started and I had to get out of my car and walk inside the store to notify the cashier. Cashier #9 was very unpleasant and blamed me for the break down of the car wash station! I asked her to re-set the car wash to which she replied: "No, you must have done something!" I assured her that I am using the car wash every week and know how it works. The cashier refunded my money, saying they usually don't give refunds and then refused to sell me another car wash!
Her attitude was very rude and insinuating.
All I wanted was a car wash and a cashier who would do her job.

Shell very poor customer

I went to your pico rivera location on Washington & paramount today around 5:15pm the cashier wearing no name. Badge held up the line to have a personal conversation with another gentleman I was the only customer I asked him if he could hurry because i have to go and that his was response what a very sarcastic what I reiterated that i wanted to pay for some cigarettes because i have somewhere to be he then snatched the cigarretts off the counter in mid trans action shooed me off and told me go somewhere else I was in disbelief this I've been a customer with shells for a very long time never experience this type of treatment the gentleman was about 5ft 7 heavy set Latino man

Shell irrate employee

you have a location on mlk and alexander today me and a friend went to get some ice cream and other items from this store. A guy named brad came to assist with scooping the ice cream . So I was complaining to my friend holding a private conversation how the scoops where little and we should have went to the thrifys location on cheyenne and mlk. so the guy brad looked me in my face and said well what do you want me to do I gave you two full scoops. So I looked at him and asked who are you talking to because I wasn't even talking to you he said well you talking about me. and proceeded to slam to ice cream shelves closing it shut. so then I said where is your mananger aand he pointed to a lady on the register that was helping a customer. I said no I want to speak to the general manager because if she is the manager why is she not responding to you yelling at I cistomer about ice cream so the mananger walked over and tried to ask me what happened as we where attempting to leave the store because at this point he was yelling very loud attempting to come after me from behnd the counter while the manger and my friend was tryng to hold him back he then threw the chips at me that I had placed on the counter to buuy. So we still attempted to walk out and the manger asked could she talk to us outside, making excuses for the guy saying he was a diabetic and that why he was acting that way. and asked could she give us some free ice cream we declined and asked fr the general manager number which we found out was another friend of hers at another store and the gut Brad is her son and she obviously thought he was ok to cover for him by telling him to go sit in the back and calm down never was he sent home I am also 7 mnths pregnant had it not been for my friend he would have attacked me as if throwing chips at me wasn't enough. I have also contacted a lawyer to file a lawsuit against your store for your employee assaulting me . I will not allow this guy brad to get away with this and it was all caught on your stores camera not sure if this store provides audio as well but I will let my lawyer handle that. II have never been so humiliated in my life and for reason all he had to do was give me my ice cream and stay out of customers personal conversation .. my email address is [protected]@yahoo.com

Shell shell station in long beach-no services and overcharges.

I use Shell stations almost exclusively. This one at 500 w. Anaheim, Long Beach, 90813 is really disgusting. There is never any air or water, or paper towels or squeegees, the bathroom never works.

The worst part is their pumps are way off. I know when I only have room for four gallons of gas and theirs always has 6-8 gallons listed. I have mentioned to the owners for months they should get that checked but they haven't. The people are nice for the most part that run the tiny store, but the station is not what you want to see or have when you pay Shell prices.

You make gas right and own gas stations? Why isnt that an option on the box below, wow.

Shell do not take military id

I attempted to buy cigarettes. She asked for my ID. I provided my military ID and I was told they do not accept military ID and they needed my license. Being that I am military my license is expired and they will not except that either. I ended up taking my business else where. However, being denied a sale for a military ID has never happened. Have a good day.

Shell fuel rewards card

I got gas at the Shell Station at 5712 W. Tennessee Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32304 twice this week and the gas pumps would not take my Fuel Rewards card. The clerk told me I had to have a new card and when I tried to complete the form on line it would not go through because I already have a card. I told it to link the card with my old card and it wouldn't do that either. It kept telling me my email address was already in use! So, I have and am being screwed out of my rewards card savings! I tried entering the number manually at the pump and it wouldn't take take that either! When customers have to get a new card, it shouldn't matter that they use the same email. How else can you link the cards without using the same emaill. Fix this asap please!

Shell service

The service I received was completely unacceptable I was treated like a second class citizen and was refused service until I pleaded for service, where I had no business in doing. Since I like your fuel and amenities I went along with, but now I see that it was wrong I went to your store on 47th st east and Palmdale. Next to starter brothers and I received the most horrid service the worker scolded me and was completely rude because I tapped on the glass he scolded another customer and I and refused me service and even made me apolvive before I received any type of help. Completely unacceptable. Help
Me or I will go to chevron regardless of how good your fuel is.

Shell gas

I live around the corner from the Shell at 1250 FM 1092 in Missouri City, TX, and on 6/14/17 at 4:40 PM I purchased $20.00 worth of gas, and I selected regular unleaded gas which cost $2.14 per gallon. When I finished pumping I only had 6.899 gallons and I immediately knew something was wrong so after calculating I realized i was charged for super unleaded gas which means I lost about $5.00 on this transaction. Now its not the $5 it's about how rude the clerk treated a regular customer. So since situations can't be ratified on site, my action will be from this day forward I will never by Shell gas again nor will buy any other product from shell. Thank you for the time and consideration in this matter.

Shell air condition service

took my car into the shell station for ac charge on 6/13/2017 the tech Ahmad told us for $74.80 he would check for leaks and charge the air when he got done with my car he stated that it was empty and had no leaks and all he needed to do was to charge it we told him to go ahead we paid the bill and left then on 6/14/2017 while coming home from work i turned on the air it was only blowing hot even after 15 min's so my husband took it back over to the shell station they told him no problem if he could leave the car for awhile as we live only a few blocks from there he came and i followed him back to the station parked it and handed my keys to them a few seconds later another man came out and asked what the problem was so we again explained it to him he stated we must have a leak we told him what he had stated that it had no leaks only needed freon he then stated there was no way he could tell if it had a leak and that if we brought it back tomorrow he would take a look and tell us how much it would cost at that point my husband said hey then said teck responded hey is for horses [censor] i am not fixing it for free at that point we left and if this is the way that shell stands behind their work i will never again let them service my car i would like a full refund so i can have my car serviced elsewhere and i will be filling complaint's with bareau of automotive repairs and the better business bareau and will also post on facebook not to use this station for repairs my car is a chevy aveo 2008 thank you for your time Sherry Johnson [protected]

Shell airmiles not added to my account

Hello Shell Loyality team,

I would like to see about why my bonus air miles are taking so long
to add to my air miles account [protected]. Could you please add
them as I have been waiting patiently to use those air miles and there
is a promotional offer at the moment with air miles to purchase more
if needed to purchase a ticket through air miles. This promotional offer
ends 16 June to buy any remaining air miles needed for the ticket.
Which I am waiting to receive SHELL air miles first and then I will be
able to purchase the ticket.

I have been working with Shirnette at air miles loyalty team - File #1828768. If you need to contact her to confirm she has assisted
me with the missing 2016 Bonus Air miles as of 13 June 2017. But she
is not able to help me with missing Bonus air miles for 2017.

I do hope that you work together and find a solution for me the customer.
I can understand 30 day wait period. This is well over that mark.

Please confirm you can expedite my request I am an ONYX air miles
card holder.

Apr ( Bonus +10 air miles missing on all transactions) = 3, 10, 11, 20, 26 (23 April was correctly added ) = 10 air miles x 5 days = 50 air miles missing
May ( Bonus +10 air miles missing on all transactions) = 2, 7, 16, 26, 27 ( 17 may was correctly added ) = 10 air miles x 5 days = 50 air miles missing
Jun ( Bonus +14 air miles missing on all transactions) = 4 ( 5 June was correctly added) = 14 air miles x 1 day = 14 air miles missing

Shell gas station in bolingbrook illinois

I prepaid money for gas inside the store, went to use the pump and could not access the pump went inside store waited for cashier to put it on still could not access, had to do this twice, third time the cashier said it was cancelled and has to wait three days for the money to come back on my card. Which is bs. I will never use this gas station again, what if that was the last of my money to get work? Terrible service. My name is James Jancik number [protected]. I have never used a gas station that was so rude and inconsiderate. Hopefully the money will be refunded or I will have no choice but to report this to will BBB and Google review. I called my credit card company to dispute transaction.

Shell service

this man with 3 thumbs (no joke) is always so nasty to me.he always checks if my 1$, 5$, 10$, and 20$ Bills are fake. Tonight I honked the horn once every 10mins for 30mins .even knocked on his office door and he looked away multiple times :( . And when He finally decided to come out of his office . he started screaming at me ! "YOU HONK YOUR HORN TO RUSH ME WHILE IM EATING AND INJECTING INSULIN JUST FOR 10$ WORTH OF GAS YOU GOT SOME NERVE". It's 11pm and I am a 21 year old girl and I felt so uncomfortable and scared . I'm not one to write reviews but This experience was unprofessional and unnecessary and frightening . If I could pump my own gas I would in New Jersey .but now I know to stray away from shell at this hour

Shell horrible and disrespectful sales associate

I am a frequent customer at one of your gas stations located at 4801 Annapolis Rd, Bladensburg MD 20710 #[protected]. I have experienced horrible customer service and disrespect from one of the associates on several occasions which makes me not wanna visit this particular store that I live right around the corner from. I do not know his name but he is a Hispanic male in his mid to late 20's with a beard and stands about 5"4 5"5 and has been working there for several months now.

On June 13, 2017 about 7:00p.m. I visit the store to purchase some scratch off tickets which is a first for me for I never play the LOTTERY. On my initial visit there was a young woman there very pleasant and nice and even wished me good luck on any winnings. After coming home and scratching off the tickets I brought them all back to the store about 8:15p.m. to see if I had won anything. When going back to the store this young man was present I stood in line for some time and he never once asked me if I needed any help. I then approached the window and asked him if he could read my ticket and his immediate response was "nah you have to put it in the scanner" He then said "you have to scratch the bar code first" threw me my ticket and a penny through the sales window slamming it dow. I then proceeded to scratch the bar code and place it in the scanner incorrectly. I then politely asked him if he could show me how to do it for I never done this before. His response was that "well that's what you should have said in the first place". He proceeded to scan the ticket and shouts out you see "you have no winnings" "you have no winnings". He stated again if you didn't know how to use the machine you should have said so. I advised him that was one of the first things I asked him to do because I didn't understand how to use the machine. He began to tell me to be quiet and he didn't wanna hear all of that. I said to him if he didn't wanna help me then he didn't have to come out and help me he could have asked one of his co-workers to assist me. He began to shout for me to shut-up and no one wanted to hear my noise. He then said he was upset because I asked him to read my ticket which is not his job, he does do all of that, and that is what the machine if for. I asked him not to talk to me in that manner for it is uncalled for. He stated that you dont know me [censor], shut the [censor] up and no one wants to hear your [censor]. I felt so violated and disrespected about the whole situation that I just took the rest of my tickets and left the store.

The issue with this complaint is not for what only happened today but this is an issue on ever occasion., He is a very rude associate, He has thrown my money and purchases through the sales window., never comes up to the window when I walk in and just rude in his whole demeanor. Once I arrived home I called the store at 8:21p.m. and asked to speak to the manager. Someone picked up and stated they were the manager when asking if this was the manager again they then stated that there was no manager in.

This is bad for business for me to have to take this to a corporate line to voice a complaint but today felt totally disrespected all because this individual didn't wanna assist me with a scratch off ticket..

Shell credit card issue

This is the only shell gas station where the manages refuse to take credit card inside the booth, I have a fleet credit card for uber and lyft, I'm a uber and lyft driver and I spent over $1100 of gas per month, I use shell only because lyft and shell are working together on this program, now the manager in duty today his name is Sam and he totally refuse to take my credit card, and this is not the first time, please fix this issue, my email [protected]@yahoo.com

Shell "no public restrooms"

We visited the Shell station on the corner of Skinker and Delmar last night, 11pm, 6/12/17, to fill up with gas. My wife needed to use the restroom, but the attendant told her they "had no public restrooms." Really? We just filled our tank with your gas and your employee won't allow us into the facilities?

Used to be cleanest available public restrooms were in service stations and they were so proud of that fact they advertised "Clean Restrooms." Corporate America is sure letting down the public.

Never will I buy another product from Shell.

Shell there's only two pumps working

This station sits on a very busy intersection here in Indianapolis, Ind.very difficult getting in and out during rush hour and when you do get up to a pump its out of order, go inside theres a line of customers standing in line because there's not enough clerks. This should be looked into because you're lossing a lot of customers, i counted 6 yellow bags that were slipped over gas nozzles this morning. 16th.and Illinois street.

Shell gas

I tried to use my card to buy 10$ of gas but it did not pump for me at all. I was charged for it on my card. I tried to go back in the store to talk to the cashier and he said there is nothing he could do then he said to call some bs number that didn't work. The person that worked that seemed to have a problem and I don't have time to be fighting anyone. I just want my money back or the gas at that moment. The Location this happened is at 4032 highway 78 lil burn ga 30047. The cashier didn't help me at all he said there was nothing he could do and now I feel like I have been robbed for 10$ by shell. Shell store clerk

After purchasing many items n letting my 8 year old son eat a hamburger purchased at The Shell at 111 west Harris st in eureka a blonde short haired man with black trimmed glasses claiming to be a store manager yelled at My son and I for loitering and said u need to move on. I asked for a business card to speak with his boss n I was ignored n refused a card. I explained that we were a paying customer and we deserved to be treated kindly after having left the store instead of being yelled at n ran off. We are in a safehouse and meet with people there as it is a Rule with Safehouse staff. We were simply waiting for my son Micah's "big brother" from big brothers big sisters of america. I am sick and looking not at my best I feel the staff clerk( he didn't act anything like a manager. No eye contact when claiming he was a manager) discriminated against me like I was homeless person. Making my son feel scared and cry is not ok at all. Ive never had any trouble at Shell until sadly today. And I have the right to be given business card when asked for it. That is my right. And also I have a right to be treated with respect and dignity. Especially after being a loyal customer. The worst thing was how he treated my child and I.
