Shell customer service

I had five dollars in rolled up pennies and the young man that was working the morning of Dec 14, 2017 said he could not take it in exchange for gas. I asked why his reply was because we at not a bank. I told he to ask he manager the manager said we can not take it because we don't have room in our draw but yet the young man took one dollars worth. My opinion is what do you do when you have to much twentie, tens, fives, or one dollars bills? This made me late for work. The station is at the corner of Main St and McNaughten Rd in Columbus, Ohio. I've been a value customer for years. The lady manager accept my rolled up coins. I was just in there lasted week.

Shell harassment from employee

I was stranded with a flat tire on a rental car at the 500 E Lake St Addison, IL station. I waited 4 hours for a tow truck and had to walk my dog. The attendant came out screaming at me that it was private property and used profanity about my dog. I tried to explain that I had no choice and that I had poop bags to pick up after my pet, but he continued to yell and told me to"sit on car" or he would call 911 on me. I was on my way to a funeral and already upset. I did not need this harassment.

Shell shell service station attendant

I am filing this complaint to report the SHell service station attendant at 190 Terrill Road, Plainfield NJ. The man was rude, gruff, surly and abusive in attitude and language when filling my gas tank on Friday, December 8:
1. Move up! Move up" ( commanding with no courtesy & without saying please!)
2. Demanded my credit card as I handed him my Shop & Shop card to get my discount as the promotion agreement states. (again he was surly and again no "please!")
3. Handed me the receipt, and sarcastic and nasty, had the colossal nerve to yell " What, no "thank-you?!"
4. When I told him how rude he was, he shouted: "Never come back here!"
This man needs basic customer relations training. Wondering how your company could hire such an ignorant person!
My family has always been loyal SHell customers as well as stock holders. I feel a personal apology is in order and and would appreciate written notification from your management as to how you are responding to this report. Either fire this [censor] or In the least, issue a severe reprimand and warn his job is on the line! My email is: [protected]@hotmail.com. Address: 1081 Raritan Rd Scotch Plains NJ 07076. Shell no window wash equipment or garbage containers

I purchase gas quite frequently at the Winlock Shell station Hwy 505 Winlock WA and over a year ago they removed the window washing station and garbage container at the pumps and outside store. Is this the norm for Shell stations?
Would like to see window washing equipment at least for customer service. I am sure Eric receives more than enough to pay for this service.

Shell shell employee

I wanted to take the time to register a complaint against a shell employee I encountered 12/4/17. I am not sure of the employees name, can provide information from receipt if that would help locate her because she is in serious need of customer service training. She was an older Spanish woman, wearing glasses, I handed her $50 through the glass, but thought I gave her $55... when I saw the register said $50 instead of $55 I nicely said to her "I gave you $55...she said that I gave her $50, I said ok let me check, I went back to car, realized I hadn't given her the extra $5, apologized gave her the $5 to now make my total $55, at this point she was now enraged, visibly angry and being nasty, I said to her I thought I gave you $55, I have apologized and theee is no reason for you to be so upset. She then tells me she is upset because I accused her of stealing as she waived the $5 bill in her hand, again I explained that it was my mistake and that I was not accusing her, she then said I was judging her. I should have left at that point but again I explained to her I did not think she stole anything, just an all around miserable nasty individual. The last straw was I had entered my stop and shop rewards # to redeem my points, but later realized, which is my fault for not paying attention, but somehow suddenly I was paying regular price, my points were not being used to discounted. I went back to window to question, to no avail...the bottom line is the employee which I am now accusingly spitefully did something to cancel the points transaction because she was upset with me, you should not have individuals of this caliber employeed by your company so I am lodging a full complaints.

Shell shell /jack in the box

The so called manager was having a bad day, I'm assuming, he was very rude when asked questions about the products he kind of brushed My mother off saying if u look they're over there but he was standing in front of them that she couldn't see what all brands he had. So she said well could u show them to me and he replied I told you that we have them and starting talking to the customers behind me for me to move out the way, I also purchased gas and the way he was talking to me I jus told him to give me back my monies, so he told me to go to the end of the line then, and the other customers was saying go head mama get your money, So he started smart mouthing me saying things like u don't want to get me start because my daughter had came in the store and said just get your money and leave and he replied yeah get out, say surely u don't want to get me started, so my daughter asked for his name cause he took his name badge off and said yeah good luck on that. And my daughter replied you are suppose to be a manager acting this way. He was cussing and just being unprofessional. I will never return to this gas station nor will I recommend my family or friends to stop there ever again.

Shell shell on plum grove rd / algonquin schaumburg il

The door to the car wash was never unlocked the morning of the 6th when my vehicle reached the dryer my bumper was cracked because the doors did not open. Called repeatedly with no call back about damages. I will be dorced to go to civil court if this is not settled . My insurance company said if I file with them they will Retrieve my deductible from michelle so I would rather get this settled without having to go through that

Shell service

Store 1501 Laney walker Blvd, Augusta GA 30904. The cashier and or manager [ short, brown skin, bright colored afro/curly fro] was very very rude and presumptuous about me and my fiancée. This was recently that she shouted at us and was very unruly. The scenario was I stopped to use the facility, and upon entry the door wouldn't close. It exceeded to opening that was suppose to fit-in to close shut. I tried repeatedly to close it but couldn't and with a chronic back injury I gave in and my fiancée tried from the outside but could not so he came in a pushed it close by some kind of way and stood by the door on the inside to keep anyone else from entering. I used the facility and washed my hands and was exiting when she came around the counter cussing and fussing and said "I aint got no problem with the door, ah huh..." as if we did something wrong. We exited trying to figure out why we were disrespected as well as put on display for other customers to look at while being chewed out. I did not appreciate it and neither did my fiancée. We do a lot of business with the company and its sad to have such an awful experience. Couldn't believe it, it was as if she was thinking we were being inappropriate in the bathroom that had a broken door. I am very appalled of her treatment towards us.

Shell duplicate credit card charged

This is about duplicate charge of $35.00 by Shell Station at 21103 Golden Springs, Walnut, CA 91789 on 11/19/17.
Initially the clerk charged $35 on my credit card and I went to pump #6 but it did not work. So I went back to the clerk and she issued $0 receipt instead of credit of $35. But she insisted that it would wash out original charge of $35 although I requested a credit of $35. And she charged again $35 on my credit card. It did not make sense at all, but she said she is confident that is the right way. So I kept those 3 receipts. But today I found out that my credit card was charged twice.
You will see all the details including time and minute of the transactions in the attached file.

Please have them issue a credit of $35 as nobody answered the phone number [protected].

Shell employees

The employees at shell station #40 on Porter Ave in Biloxi Mississippi are the RUDEST people! They will not stop there conversations or telephone calls to wait in you. When they ask for your I.d. they set it down on the register then look at you like your stupid for asking for it back. You can greet them with a smile and a good morning/evening and they don't speak a word. If they are away from the register you have to sit and wait till they are done mopping, talking, or outside smoking, etc before they come to the counter to wait on you. I watched a lady give the cashier her phone for a mobile coupon and the cashier started pressing all kinds of buttons after the coupon was used and info was wrote down before handing the customer her phone back. It is worth the extra money to go somewhere else. I work hard for my money and I will not spend it where I and many other customers are treated badly. I watched a man ask for a carton of cigarettes and both manager and cashier where standing at register and neither of them acknowledged that the man was there or got what he asked for until they were done.

Shell I was charged twice for car wash, keys locked in the car and my door was bent when they tried unlocking it

I went to the shell gas station yesterday morning around 11:00am and got a car wash the owner of the car wash locked my keys in the car and when he tried unlimited he damaged my car door ... after all of this I notice that I was charged twice for the car wash so I went to the location around 8:00pm and I was told to come back this morning around 7:00am because that's what time the shift manger will be back ... well I came i this morning at 7:18am he's not here I called to speak with him he was rude telling me he needs proof bank statements which is not a problem but he then hangs up the phone and say come back later .. this was the worst customer service ever it's like he didn't want to refund me back my money ... I need this to be addressed because I did nothing wrong and I gotten disrespected and my car was also damaged in the process ...

Shell service was very poor by michelle

I sent my 16yr old son in to get gas he asked for $25 on 2, Michelle already had a attitude when he asked if the machine was ready to read the chip so after he thought he paid for the gas he came to pump the gas. So no gas came out he went back in she said it was declined so I went in and asked nicely what's wrong, she stated it was declined in a nasty way and slammed my receipt down. I said that's Ok I don't want any gas I don't like your attitude as I was walking out she starts talking crazy to me so I do the same and my my son to telling her don't be talking to my mom like that she pulls a TASER out on us we leave out the store I pay for my gas outside didn't get a receipt. I go back and ask the young man for my receipt he hands it to me with no problem very respectful man. I ask him sir what's her name so I can report this he says Michelle and she says [censor] you could have asked me we pass words again I wasn't even talking to her. Moral of the story is something needs to be done please it's sad. I'm filing a police report also by her pulling that TASER out I could have shot her cause I'm armed with license and my life was threatened and my son I had 4 children with me that's the only reason why I didn't do anything serious. Please help me with this matter cause I'm very upset and it's just wrong to treat customers like that cause you having a bad day or whatever. Thank You.

The Mamou Shell in Mamou La has 2 employees that have very, very bad attitude towards me and other people that come in the store. They yell at you curse you out and they even spread bad gossip about you. My husband was very sick and I would buy his whiskey their, but the Mom a and daughter team that works there spread to everyone that I was the town drunk. Now my husband has passed, No whiskey is bought. Mamou Shell also serves plate lunches on Friday and Saturday. Robin Bateman the so called cook for plate lunches, buys the food for the lunches with her food stamps, the owner pays her back in cash. So he don't have to sales taxes on food for lunches. The so called cook also uses 1 disposal glove all day. Never changes her glove at all. She will be prepared lunches, working the register, messing with all of that nasty money then go back messing with all of the food again with the same glove that she used with the money. I had food poisoning about a month ago, that is the only place I eat out at. It is only 1 mile from my house. He pays the mother and daughter cash so they don't have to pay taxes and he don't have to claim them on his stuff. Don't have pics but if needed won't be hard to get some

Shell bad customer service

I went to the service station on williamson rd in roanoke va. I spoke with a man named mike who was very rude and rolling his eyes when i was just trying to get some work done on my vehicle. I was so disgusted by the lack of customer service. Even if he was having a bad day that should have not gotten in the way of his job. Shell has loss my business and I will make sure that no one I know will give them any business either.

Shell store manager/pepsi products promotion

Store Manager Robert Cabeza-Huevo. Store #04028 340 Grove st. Worcester MA.
I went in to buy a Mt Dew and to my surprise there was a New flavor I remember it was yellow so i decided i was goin to try it out. On the glass of this fridge there was an ad that said Mt Dew or Pepsi Assorted Varieties 2 for $3. So i grabbed a cherry pepsi and this mystery new yellow Mt Dew. At the register it rang up $3.88 so I told the manager about the sign and he replied that the sign had a picture of a regular pepsi and a regular Mt Dew and that ONLY those two kinds were 2 for $3. I told the picture book reading manager that the sign clearly stated "Assorted Varieties" that it should be 2 for $3. He insisted that he could not allow the sale at that price. Not only did i miss out on a 2 for $3 sale but also a new flavor of Mt Dew thanks to Store Manager Robert Cabeza-Huevo. It's not right that i have to argue over the details of a sign that he himself must of put up. Shell if your managers cannot read anything that does not have pictures on it please refrain from hiring them. I still want to try that new Mt Dew.

It's not guaranteed that the manager put the sign up. It is just as likely that it was another employee. In regards to the "assorted varieties, " even if it did apply to more than just regular Pepsi and Mountain Dew, it still might not cover the new flavor (it could be for diet and regular only).

By the way, any modicum of empathy or sympathy someone would have for your complaint will most likely disappear upon reading these statements. You are a rude individual. I would not be surprised if you were rude to the employees as well. If you choose not to return to the store I am sure the staff will be happy.

Shell customer service

So I pull up to a Shell gas station in Salem Massachusetts on Boston Street and I have the Guy come out and pump my gas I tell him I want $12 so he goes and puts it in and I'm looking in my rearview mirror to make sure he puts in the right gas and all of a sudden I finish getting gas and he walks away and I pull off and he makes a rude remark he said something to me so I went back inside and I asked him what he said and he had an attitude with me and it's bad customer service shouldn't have employees say things to customers like take a picture it lasts longer cuz that's what he said.

Shell filling station wahdat road, near kareem block market lahore

This station fills less petrol n cheat customers. I said him to fill petrol for RS. 200. He put the nozel n start filling without show me meter. When i demand him to show meter he asked for how much yiu have to fill. I said 200. Then he said ohhh ... Start again for 100 n said i filled for 100 already. But when I checked I find less quantity in my bike tank.

So it is requested to take notice strictly and take strict action against them.

Shell gas pumping practices

While visiting in Colorado i had to put gas in my car. Address: 3116 So. Parker Road, Aurora, CO. 80014. On 11/27/17, with my last $5, I got gas. The pump started over 12 times. Because of this I got half the gas I would have gotten. Info on receipt: ST# AB123, TILL XXXX DR1, TRAN# 9033784, 8:53:27. I feel this is a practice that puts money back in the pockets of the station operator. I would like some kind of reprimand done to him and refund to me. Phyllis Mitchell, P. O. It is a bit of a leap to assume that the lost funds went to the station operator. They may have been just having difficulties with that pump. Did you go back inside to report it?

Shell air pump

Hello

I come to shell gas station off of Sunnymead and Frederick Blvd in Moreno valley ca faithfully for gas, snacks etc and I arrived on Sunday morning 11/26/17 At 10:58 am to put air in my tire because it was low and the lady who states she's the manager an arabic lady told me I have to pump gas first in order for me to use the air. I have NEVER heard this all the years I have been coming here everyone I deal with has always been so nice and kind and this lady was just so rude. She told me to pay her first in order for her to turn the air on if I wasn't going to pump gas. This is disrespectful and embarrassing. I went and grabbed my kids a donut and noticed my air pressure light popped on so I stopped here just to be turned away. What happened to customer service? Can someone please call me so I know my complaint has been seen. Tysha [protected]

No I am old enough to understand the difference of someone being rude or not. Were you there? You weren't. So maybe you should think twice about commenting on someone's complaint because you didn't hear the tone of that employees voice nor did you see her facial expressions towards me.

Yes; some stations offer free air. It wouldn't also necessarily surprise me that some, such as this one, does not. It could have simply been a recent policy change.

Shell about gift card discrimination

Hello my name is Darnell Pickett and I live here in Chicago, IL 60644 I have a $50.00 shell gift card and I used it to purchase Gas on Tuesday November, 21, 2017 at the shell gas station located on Roosevelt and Central avenue in Chicago everything was fine I spent $18.00 of the card . So I went back to get gas on November 22, 2017 and to use the rest of the money on the gift card only to be told no that people been using fake cards I explained to them that I was here the night before and it was ok but they insisted that I couldn't use the card I felt discriminated against because I wanted to use my gift card and not cash the end result is I had to pay with cash for gas and items eventhough O had $32.00 on my gift card. Shell shell customer service

My mother was traveling and tried to use her card for gas. The card was declined. She called and was told that her account had been canceled due to inactivity. She has been a card holder since 1966. No one ever notified her that it would be canceled. None of my family will ever use another Shell station again. Worst customer service ever. Luckily most of the Shell stations have shut down in our area. Gee wonder why? I hope all of them shut down.
