now 3 subs are just complete mess
This is now the 2rd sub we got and wow what a freaking disaster . i am so sick of it 2 wore horrible this one looks lile someome threw a pile of stuff on breafld and boom out the door wow i am so ober it jersey mikes it will be i think from now on .
The other 2 where from Hillsborough road in durham and the bread was completely cut in two and the chicken salad just fell out all over the place this is bin an ongoing issue lately .

I ordered 2 snack wraps with chicken cheddar cheese bacon ranch guac lettuce tomato onion and salt and pepper. When I got home to eat my 2 snack wraps there was no chicken at all on it... I am a loyal customer of sheetz, I was at sheetz on springs road NC and the customer service was terrible, very unprofessional, rude rolled their eyes at me, do I have chosen not to go back, I just can't believe my experience.. I had to get the manager, (something I hate to have to do) but the cashier was so rude I just couldn't believe it because I go there 3, 4, 5 times a week

I went to the store and placed an order a pepperoni palooza from the menu an your employee came to the counter when I was ready to pay and said with an attitude they don't have any more and then tried to force me to to take a pizza when I told her no thank you just make my other part of my order I would like to be connected about this cause I'm not happy with this my email is [protected]@gmail.com

I go to this Sheetz everyday sometimes 2 to 3 times a day, and am greeted as a friend of the store. Normally I buy a pack of cigarettes and a Pepsi freeze. I complained once on a feedback form online about the Freeze machine. It seems that all flavors work 99% of the time except for the Pepsi. After my complaint the machine for the freeze was working everytime I went in for about 2 weeks. The last week has been on and off and mostly off the last week. I have been going out of my way to one of your competitors whose machine goes down on their freeze machine which serves coke with a down time of maybe once a month but back up later that day. As a frequent customer of your store on average of at least 10 to 14 times a week, may I just ask for better FREEZE service please?
What happened to dr. Pepper wings (bone in). They were a nightly treat for our family. Please bring back. They were so delicious, and hot. The boneless wings are too bready and don't have a good taste to them.

stopped innto the sheetz on seminole trail close to charlottesvilee for the first time in several months. the bathroom was filthy, toilet out of service for over a week, food thrown all over the prep areain clear violation of the HAACP. If a manager was present, was nowhete ti be found. shelves are poorly stocked, and heavy lsyer of firt and dust on top of the soda fountains, ATM. and coffee areas. You need to send a full team from corporate to get this store back to a semblance of Sheetz standards. This manager needs retraining and a strong crew leader to be placed at the food prep

There was only 1 person at thecheckout with a line of more than 10 people waiting. parking area was likewise laden with overflowing trash bins, garbage and cigarette butts throuhhout the lot, and the ice machines appear not to have been cleaned in a long time. This store needs a much stronger and aware management team
Because the mens room was so filthy, I observed at least ten men urinating outside the back pf the bldg over a 30 minute period
Thisvis a total failure at all levels.
This area is only getting busier... if your mamagement team can't copenow how bad will you let it get as volume doubles abd trebles?

The manager Nancy has very little customer service skills. She usually appears grumpy unless it involves someone elses misfortune. Me and my family go to sheetz frequently. Today I ordered lunch for me and my husband so I could go home for lunch and eat with him. I ordered through the app as I usually do, when I got home and opened what I thought was a premium club sub was nothing but turkey and cheese. I ate half of my lunch and my husband ate two bites of his, we both had our hearts set on a club sub. This does not happen with the sheetz that we go to, I understand it's lunch time. I ordered it 30 minutes prior to picking it up so they had ample time to make it correctly.

Good morning- we ordered food on Sept 29th. Our slip says 8:18:05 PM and order number 384. We got a turkey subwhole and a nachos grande. The nachos were great but we had ordered multiple toppings on the turkey sub and only got meat and cheese. We didn't notice it until we got home when we opened it. We were very disappointed that there was nothing put on the sub and will be checking each time we order again
air and gas pumps
The airpumps at store number 495 has been out of service for several days. This seems to be a chronic condition. This also goes for a gas pump that has been out of service now for several days if not weeks. This is not uncommon at this location. There is no lack of effort or courtesy from the staff. I was just at your Cresson, Pa store around 1:10 am. When I pulled into the parking space, I noticed a guy standing in the store. This guy was using one of those Vape's. He looked like he was waiting on a food order. When I got into the store, he had already left the store. The odor from that thing stunk! I could smell it as soon as I opened the inside doors to the store. I had ordered food on the Sheetz App. The smell was so strong and bad, that it made me nauseous. I paid for my sub and left. I couldn't even eat my sub. It's now sitting in my refrigerator. I really hope that something gets done about this, and that signs are put up stating that Vaping is not permitted in the store.
mini hashbrowns
Did not receive my mini hashbrowns. I only ordered 2 frys and chicken strips, obviously the hashbrowns too, and upon taking the food out when I finally came home they were not in there but the dipping I purchased was in there. There was only 2 elderly woman working in the kitchen while the young ones were socializing on the floor and register, i know from experience that it's ridiculous to be the only one working while certain ones "hang out" if there was one other person checking over or asking who prepares the food if they made everything this issue would of not be caused. I appreciate Sheetz food and out of that whole store I appreciate only 1 gentleman who has excellent customer service and actually cares about the store when it comes to a security issue. Next time i see him there ill make sure to remember his name to make sure somebody gives him the rightfully appreciation he works for.

To offer a product WITH your name on it then serve an inferior and unsatisfactory product is a joke. Two times I have been to this sheetz to get a French vanilla cappucino. I go to the drive thru and both times I am given REGULAR COFFEE flavored french vanilla. I swear I dont know why I still go here. Multiple times left waiting in the drive thru because all the workers stare at you and dont acknowledge you are there. Had to call the store from the drive thru window to have someone help us one time! This sheetz is gone down hill. Not sure I will ever go back now. And the food is just over priced school cafeteria food!

Your company only had mint and classic tobacco. When they should've had mint blueberry watermelon and classic tobacco. Not to mention they only had one mint left and nobody likes classic tobacco. As a company you should be in stalk always. This has been like the second time I've had to settle for only mint.
App order
Tonight I placed an order on the app for pickup. Order [protected]. I ordered popcorn chicken and mac & cheese cup. When I got home I realized that the mac and cheese had not been included in the bag, but by then I was too far away to turn around and go all the way back. I would like a refund of the mac & cheese portion of this order since I did not receive it. It was very disappointing!!

Ordered made to order food today and bit into my sandwich to find the paper from my cheese still in my sandwich. I ordered 3 subs and 2 there to be toasted but they were not. Very disappointed. Everything else was fine and the customer service was nice. Just the staff needs to pay more attention to the details of orders and be more careful when putting cheese on sandwiches
chicken tender sub
I just paid nearly $10 for a HALF sub I can't eat. Three chicken tenders on a sub roll with a large heap of lettuce/tomato and only about a half teaspoon of dressing is disgusting. I should have just gotten chicken tenders and plain bread for a lot less money and a single dipping sauce for a lot more taste. Try to have some common sense about how much dressing you put on such a dry sub. I shouldn't have to request extra just to be able to taste it.
customer service/air
I am currently sitting in the parking lot of Sheetz in Inwood, WV. I came this morning to add air to my low tire. However, when I went to use the machine it sucked the remaining air out . After about 20 minutes of trying to figure out what to do, an employee finally wandered out to let me know the machine was broken but "they hadn't gotten around to putting anything on it.". I let him know I had no way to get anywhere as my tire was now flat and I had my 3 year old son with me and he responded "sorry bout your luck" and walked away. So here I sit. Waiting for my parents who live an hour away to come help me due to this stores negligence and the complete lack of care and concern from it's employees.
Slow service and bad communication
Placed a mobile order at 1:17am on Saturday October 5, 2019. Arrived at Sheetz around 1:20am. I stood there for 40 minutes before I got my order. They never told me the order was ready.
