I ordered a pair of authentic canadian black mukluks black fur and a pair of raven gloves
I ordered a pair of Authentic Canadian Black Muluks Black Fur size 9 at $234.99 and a pair of Raven gloves at $94.99 plus $42.90 in tax totaling $372.88. I received an order confirmation for the above. I placed the order Jan 15, 2022 and wanted an update, so I tried calling the numbers 1-403-768-2522 and it was a fax machine. I called 1-250-585-1600 and it offered a $100.00 Walmart gift card for 1.99 to be paid via credit card. I tried emailing and got no reply. I would like to receive what I ordered or get a full refund.

This company online and ordered two beautiful pair of boots which is replacing a pair I've already owned for 15 years so I know they exist. When I hadn't rcvd an email about the shipping, I started calling the phone #'s they list with my invoice and online and it only goes to an outgoing message with music stating they are either on the phone or away from their desk. States to email them @ [protected]@sheepskinsandthings.com. I've left several messages and emails. No response. Unbelievable how these people are losers.

I ordered a pair of grey muk luks I was billed and charged for a pair of boots I never got. I have called every day for a month and no help no answer nothing. I did log a complaint with american xpress this is fraud! This is awful how can this company do that? What the heck 😮. Please I want my boots or at least a call or answer something! Ugh frustrated upset mad!

I ordered a pair of mukluks on november 27 on american express. They charged me and never sent the boots never answers to me / so frustrating I just want my boots... I have called and emailed every day since my american express bill has been charged. I am frustrated that no one will call or email me back. The boots were expensive and I just want them please! I have been trying to discover why the people behind this seemingly fraudulent company are till operating
in business now under the name ... MUKLUKS CANADA.
I found them on a Facebook new business page with that page and their new website having been
set up early this year 2018.
They have various phone numbers for a premise 1t 117 Crowfoot Crescent, Calgary
another number for Nanaimo, B.C. and state that they are associated with
"Canadian Outfooters.ca)
I note their new website has been set up by "Sprout Media LLC.
The two directors, the Dupuis Mr and Mrs need to be investigated by the fraud squad and
a reporting should be made to the Consumer Affairs Department. They are back online scamming.
Fake? Fraudulent? Non existent?
I ordered a pair of mukluks from this company on November 14th. On November 23, I contacted the company to ask why I hadn't heard about my order. I tried again on on November 25 and on November 27th. I left multiple messages on a voicemail with no response. I also sent them a message through their Facebook page on November 28th and 29th. On November 29th, I received a response from the FB messages that the mukluks I ordered were on short back order and they'd get back to me on the 30th. I have heard nothing since and have been blocked by them on Facebook messenger.
