ordered and was charged $99.99 to credit card on 1/14/2020. Have not received. This is an accordion like wide belt that is wrapped around the back and inflated so to stretch the back. When I click on the website from which I placed the order it appears there is no longer a website. only this site which I am filing this complaint. I would like a refund to my credit card please!

Since it's coming from China and I haven't received it, refund my VISA card through PayPal. I'm contacting VISA and PayPal. I'm very disappointed with this company. On Dec. 2, 2019, I saw this product advertised on Facebook . I thought it would be a good stocking stuffer for Christmas. It's now Jan. 23, 2019 & I still have not received it. I emailed the company & they said I could track it--but they never gave me a valid tracking number. Now they won't even answer my emails. There is no phone number listed or I would call them.

I will never, ever order something I see on Facebook again!

I ordered a 4D mascara from She Swish on the 23rd December via link on Facebook and the money was taken immediately from my paypal account but to date i have never received the item, so i demand a refund as i found out this company is a scam site, i have reported it with Paypal too for a fraud investigation and full refund, i do not want the product now, just a full refund including p&p of $18.98

I have bought this fish that said, it moves by itself and they send me just a teddy, if you want it to move, you have to move your hand.I feel completly cheated, they show avideo where you can see the fish moving by itself and I pay almost 16 dollars.

Heated vest I ordered was defective and dangerous... It burned my wife's neck. When I emailed the company to ask for a replacement, I I was told that there was a10 day from date of purchase return policy. It took longer than that to receive it and, I could not find that policy in the terms of purchase as stated in their email. the products were ordered on the nov. 15th.
just received it on dec. 10th.
they were advertised as instant defrosters.
the products i ordered does not work and work properly.
1 does Not give heat.
and the other turned on for 45 seconds then stopped working.
they don't even look like the product that i ordered.
i want a refund.
for the money they seem like real cheap pieces of plastic.

I ordered 7 so these for gifts. What i received was smaller than pictured add/video. I received combs not banana clips. this is false advertising. i tried to use one as i wanted to see if they would work but they are much to short and so are the combs on the banana clip. I have bought banana clips before that this is definately not a banana clip it is a comb.
