There should be a recall on this
product as the safety feature fails
First
There is a problem with the indicator which should come on to say that the steam is ready!!
Which is important as the water needs to heat up to get steam!
This works intermittently!! And at times it does not come on at all!!
But it should be working all the time as it could burn the shark steam blaster (TM) dry or else explode by the intense steam build up!
Second
Then Steam is coming out of the screw top which is where the on and off switch button is situated!
So when the product malfunctions which is often you then have to you turn the machine off but the steam emitting from the valve is in the way and can burn your hand
This again is a serious deficient feature in the product for consumers
Third
The steam is not coming from the head pieces shark steam blaster comes with even with small steam blaster head.
I would suggest that this product is a safety hazard and should be recalled
And checked properly
I love to experience a chemical free clean for my entire home but I do not want to have my house burned down or have an electrical shock in the process or burnt in the process!!!
