Sharaf DGbosch dishwasher

Bosch Dishwasher under warranty stopped working and was attended by service agent 25 days ago. Sharaf DG team does not update with any information. Have called 3-4 times to follow up with the last call made 6 days ago where I was informed that everything has been approved from the insurance company to fix my Dishwasher and that someone will attend within a day. No news since. Reference ticket: 2129823. This is horrible when you have paid for extended warranty. Will stop purchasing anything from Sharaf DG stores.

    Ticket number in my complaint is more than everything you need. Kindly check details in your system and ask someone to call me. If am still waiting to hear back and if not will be taking it up with the senior most management.
