Sharaf DG microwave oven whirlpool mwo611sl

I purchased the above product in March 2018 from Sharaf DG in Deira City Centre. (Invoice Ref. Number: BP/D01/04062/160318/00001). In January 2019 it stopped heating. I cantacted Sharaf DG in Deira Centre and was advised to give it in any Sharaf DG in UAE for repair/replacement as it is still under warranty. I gave it for repair at Sharaf DG in Mega Mall Sharjah on 12-01-2019. (Ticket ID-1374482). I collected it back 3 days ago and when I used it today, we found that the problem has not been rectified and has been returned to me in the same condition. With difficulty I took it to your store in Sharjah (I live 25 Km away from Sharjah city) and it has been returned to me without proper repairs. I am very disappointed about it. I have been a regular customer of Sharaf DG. I contacted your store on the toll free number and explained my problem. I have been asked to take it to the customer service again. This is not fair. I am going out of station for a week. On my return I will give it back for repairs. Please get it repaired properly or replace the unit at the earliest.

Sharaf DG the online service was very poor and doesn't know how to value and satisfy customer.

My order number is W1033136, they have done nothing on my request. I'm leaving the country so I requested for an advance delivery or return my money back but they haven't done anything to help me out on my simple request. The company is a cheater also, They made my mode of payment instead of I paid through debit card. Mr. majit of online team have committed to call me back but I didn't receive any feedback from him. Sharaf DG is a company with no word of honor, don't deal any business with them.

Sharaf DG product not delivered

Sharaf DG is a dishonest company which does not keep up to their promise. I purchased a Huawei media pad through their online store which promised to deliver within 5-7 working days. However the shipment was out on 9th working day and due to reach me on 10th day. I had to travel and was not available to collect the shipment. After I returned and called customer care, they promised a second time to deliver after 2 days. On the 2nd day I call and the customer care says that the product is in their warehouse and hasn't been shipped.

I would like to urge against using Sharaf DG online and prefer souq.com instead. They are a much better store and stick to their promise.

Sharaf DG delivery

This is regarding an online order placed on 15th Dec 2018. I have been informed through email that the item will be deliverd in 3 working days. Inspite of repeated calls ans chats with the customer care, i am still waiting for the item today i.e 22 Dec 2018. Its just a store pickup. If the item is not available in the store or wahouse, i dont think the company should put it up in the online portal.

Dear team,
Kindly be informed that i purchased from you a ps plus 60dollars yesterday in 12th of december but unfortunately the code which you gave to me is no longer valid, i didn't even use. I am so disappointed from that it was my first purchase from you so please try to solve it as soon as possible.
Plus i attatched the receipt to make it use for you so what i need is another code to redeem.

Sharaf DG very poor delivery time and non responsive online team,

Ordered a new 15" MacBook pro 2018 last Nov-21-2018 online, Believing on the online convenience and delivery as Dubai is not a very huge City, i called in the next day on their online customer help center to get some updates regarding the order. Agent mentioned that she will expedite the delivery and inform the so called "online team" .since it was a thursday they say fri-sat is non working so i've waited thru the the week ends and checking for atleast un update on the website regarding my order. unfortunately it remain the same until Wednesday night the following week. Going back I called again on Sunday and ask for an update on the order as I explained that the online is not showing update at all about the order. Same thing the call center agent mentioned to me that they will inform the "online team" about my order. I requested on them to give me a feedback about the order status because it wasn't changing at all. Called again twice Monday the and same story. Just to be more clear I am already charge with the purchase amount of the unit and my bank won't allow me to get it refund. I feel already the delays and lack of update online and from their call center. Further info from the call center agents which keeps on telling me about their 2-5 days delivery and keep on advising just wait as the deliver will happen within 5 days from Wednesday Nov-21-2018 excluding Fri-Sat. Come Tuesday same story no updates no return call after numerous request. only thing i get is several complaint number from the agents . Tuesday night I started to doubt that the delivery won't happen on Wednesday Nov-28-2018 as the call center agent was really not confident about the situation and the information they have. I was expecting that after numerous calls the info, feedback and answers that i will get from them will be the same. But agent after agent is a different story, take note I even try their online chat which is worst. So until Tuesday night I didn't received any concrete info about my order delivery and I didn't received any call back as promised by the call center agents that I've spoked with.

Here we go, Wednesday morning at last something different was been explain to me by the call center agent which is very strange for me to know. Now after a week the agent is telling me that the unit is not available from the supplier. I don't understand which supplier he is talking about, but my point is they are still selling online the same unit that I purchased. so now how come an online shop is continuously selling an item in which their call center agent is saying not available from the supplier. Very strange right? I pushed him to get deeper and investigate the situation, after long wait he come to a point that may be a will be able to collect my unit on their warehouse, sounds like a relief but no. Its just another false hope, promised again to be receiving a call for the new updates of what time I can collect the unit, were just like before never happens, but they promised still the 2-5 days delivery.

To cut it short a little bit, i just called them again after reaching home and not receiving any call back, sad to say delivery will never happen at all, couldn't even get a reliable and confident answer from the agent that there is an existing unit. But She did told me that the unit just arrived in the warehouse. true or not nobody knows. why ? I asked her that I will picked it ip from there but they never agreed, I was told that they will still bill it, invoice etc.

a new promise was told to me now. they will deliver the unit the next day . sure or not . I am more certain that it will not happen. after all the failed communication with them. All in all it is a huge roller coaster with this Sharaf DG online.So called online team sucks and no proper information desimination among themselves.

Upto now they haven't change my order status so how can i believe them that they can deliver the item ordered the next day.

Sharaf DG online store the worst I've ever encountered.

when I was trying to put the license key I got the message licence key invalid.

while I am purchased your sales team people has not informed to me for the offer price for my newly purchased laptop. now I saw that price is 210 bhd with printer.

so pls help me for (scrathd coupon - magic planet game, dolphin show ticket, wahoo kids ticket bhd worth 9.00 bd, and getting antivirus for 1 year free.) return back and allow to the same purchased value.

Sharaf DG no service - after sale

Sharaf dg has no after sale service at all. They have same formula of giving 2 weeks time to customer subject to part availability and then it take ages to get that malfunctioning part and during that service center never consider to keep you updated. Keep following up keep getting the same response. You can never have replacement of your malfunctioning device as per the tricky return policy of sharaf dg which no salesman will ever share upon selling.

Sharaf DG iphone 8plus service

i give to repair my apple 8plus under warranty (csr number 11908 )
this complient mic not working i give to him 06/10/18 then he return back tempered nit, internal damaged, unit can be repalced under paid service .
igiven time this phone working and this back side scroo also available he return back today that time no scroo and handset not showing lcd iam not repair any out side mobile shop this first time opening your service center ok i can't recive my mobie without old cundition...

Sharaf DG note 9 ordered on 9th of oct

This is the 1st time I have come across to such a worst E-Business company in UAE. I ordered my phone on 9th the payment was swiped in secs. They said it will be delivered within 2-5 working days and today is 15th of Oct still no sign of the unit and they come up with stupid excuses. One call center guy told that the phone is with courier company and will be delivered on 14th oct. Please guys a request dont buy anything online from #SharafDG. Lets get this stupid waste company shut down their online Market. When asked to cancel the order they said there will be a service charge deducted from the amount. Can any1 tell me how I can sue this guys in UAE please mail me on [protected]@gmail.com.

I had selected the HP Laptop from sharaf dg the top registered company by name
the sales girl told me this is the best offer and along with this we have lots of offer i paid
the money through debit card they told me after one and half hour standing in a big line we dont have we will deliver to your home i agreed and even told me only 2 0r 3 days and it took 8 days and that also with incomplete package i received laptop, headset, and bag and the rest of the other item missing

Good day,

This is Faisal obile number [protected]. I have purchased Laptop Dell on 6th October and the customer service Shahzad promised to deliver before 7 days. On Monday I called and they said Before THU and today is SUnday the complain desk inform stock not ready.

This is ridiculous and unprofessional stuff. If there was no laptop you should informed us earlier rather paying and waiting for more than 7 days. We have purchased for our children being using for downloading thier homeworks and Sharaf DG doesn't have clue where the lap top is .

You are not only misguiding the callers by informing wrong delivery times but also have delayed more than 7 days which is eligible for a complain to higher authorities or stakeholders of this country. If I didn't receive it by tomorrow shall take a strict action against such unprofessionalism,

Sharaf DG fake commintment of delivery of laptop purchase from gitex

Dear Team Sharaf Dg,

I purchase Lenovo laptop from Sharaf DG Kiosk in Gitex dated 06 October. Due to no stock available in Gitex sales person and Manager of kiosk told me that we will deliver in 02 working days on your address. I paid amount and purchase laptop(Refer attached invoice). After 02 days i have not got call from sharaf dg so i called call center and raise complaint (comp. no 1144189) against it. Call center guy told me you will receive in 2-3 days. After 03 more days i got call from call center saying the model which you purchase is out of stock so you need to wait for some more days. I am going for my vacation on 14th October but still i have not received my laptop delivery. i am very disappointed with fake commitment, if i will not get laptop before 13 October then i will make strong complaint against sharaf DG and you have to compensate.

Kindly take immediate action and arrange delivery of laptop as soon as possible.

Sharaf DG unprofessional company, item purchased on october 4, 2018 but still not delivered, order no. w994444

The item Bose acoustimass 300 ordered online on 4.10.18 (Order no. W994444) but still it is not delivered. As mentioned that it will be delivered in 2-5 working days. According to that 11.10.18 (excluding 5th & 6th as weekend) but still I didn't receive the invoice. I enquired to customer care for last 2-3 days regarding the delivery and every time they ensured that it will be delivered by 11.10.18. I enquired to customer care on 10.10.18 and they raised a complain and gave me the complain no. 1149871 but still it is not delivered. I have a function at my home for Navaratri but I will not be able to use it, I have to take rent of the system. I have to pay from my pocket to rent the system for Navaratri celebration at my home. I don't know when they will deliver.
It is very unsatisfactory way of dealing. They have to pay the compensation since they failed the deadline.

Till date, the item is not received and there is no response from Sharaf DG. The customer care is not responding and is useless.They don't have any update . Every time I am calling, they are telling that online team will call back me. But I didn't receive any call for last 2 days. Even one customer care lady told me "note down my name Catherine, I am ensuring you that somebody will call you in 2hrs". Again I called after 3-4 hrs, somebody else from customer care picked up and same story that somebody will call back me immediately . But still I am waiting. I don't know what scrap company is this? They don't care about the customer. On 4th October they took the money and today 15th October still not delivered.

Order no. W994444 is mentioned in the complain and same is communicated yesterday to support@sharafdg.com. Please don't write general comment as customer care response.
Everything is clearly mentioned in the above communication . So please take some action. Don't harass the customer. This is highly unsatisfactory way of dealing with a customer.

Sharaf DG unprofessional company - no news on delivery even after 6 days of payment

I Purchased TV (55NU8000) from Sharaf DG during the GITEX promotion (06 Oct 2018 morning), i was told the product will be delivered between 3 to 4 days (maximum by 10th Oct 2018).
On 4th day i called their customer service to confirm if the delivery is happening. They told me yes it will happen. On 5th day when nothing was delivered till 2 pm them i called customer service again to inquire the status. They told me it takes 5 days to deliver the product and will get back to me after getting feedback from GITEX sharaf DG team (seriously i was surprised to know that they have a different sales team who cannot be contacted and dose not share information with main sharaf DG).
Then i waited till next day and called them again, now they had a different response, they told me they are still waiting for feedback from GITEX team (what kind of professional company gives their employee more than 24 hours just to update on status of delivery).
To me it was very simple case of having too much on plate that they cant eat. Sharaf DG must have taken tons of order in GITEX and now they are struggling to deliver due to lack of stock and lack of manpower to deliver. On top of that they are not transparent about it.
I am not going to buy from them next time and will not advise any one else also to buy from them.

Sharaf DG false commitment to sell tv / no support after sell

I purchased one TV 55NU7300 from saraf DG online service during GITEX, precisely on 02-Oct-2018. While purchasing the tv one agent of saraf dg online team (already raised complaint against him for providing false information to sell tem) informed that I shall be delivered of 1350 AED vouchers (fun pass, careem, Wendy and cleartrip) and installation is also included. I was also informed that the vouchers and installation shall be done on the day of delivery. Now the TV is delivered on 06-Oct-2018, but without the vouchers and no installation team came yet. I raised two complains each for installation and for the vouchers. The team is so careless that they even did not bother to attain the complaint. Once I raise the issue to DED and informed to saraf dg team that I am raising the issue to DED, they unwillingly addressed the issue of voucher and tried to send the voucher. But again with their natural habit tried to play with customer and was planning to send the useless voucher for careem, Wendy and cleartrip without the useful voucher of fun pass. Also till date no one addressing the issue of installation and my tv is lying at home without installation. What I understood that saraf dg online team is a combination of people who are master to put customer in trap to sell their items. Once it is sold no one will address your problem, even will never get and after sell service. Saraf dg has prepared and team drag the customer inside theor trap.

I am not surprised that saraf dg team did not see my whole complaint, if they did then they could see the order number and all the complaint numbers. All the mentioned details already forwarded to the given mail adress without any success. why they will adress the problem, they have the money already from me. I have raise the issue to DED and shall wait if I get pathway from them.

Sale get the money and forget about the customer. my laptop was defected and started to create problem in very first month of purchase, and now laying at sharaf dg so called service center where noone bother to let you know what exactly is going on

Sharaf DG lenovo tablet service

Hi,
I had given my Lenovo tablet to service on 23.09.18 at Time Square and the invoice given by the service centre mentioned that the product is under warranty.However they kept delaying it on ground that the product is not under warranty.It is pertinent to note that the same tablet was serviced few months back by the same service centre and they should have had all records in their system.I had again furnished a copy of the invoice which clearly showed that the tablet was under warranty.The tablet again developed problems because of bad workmanship .The tab is required for child's KHDA inspection on Sunday.Request you to kindly intervene and arrange to release the tab at the earliest.

Sharaf DG mobile phone factory defects

Unfortunately. Already 23 days passed handing over my mobile to thier maintenance due to factory defect issue
I PHONE 6.

I have keep on calling thier maintenance after two weeks from date I submitted and they confirmed that the phone is approved for replacement due to 3 major issues not possible to fixed.
So since 10 days im in touch with thuer maintenance customers receive and keep in saying still the replacement mobile not received yet?!

Honstly. This very worst bad experience I had in my life .

Hopefully, my companies will reach thier top senior management to take action abd improve thier services in the future.

Sharaf DG al wahdah mall branch staff

I am complaining of non professional attitude of one of your staff at Al Wahdah mall branch, and the absence of customer rights.
Also, the head of the branch came to be helpless and not controlling

I purchased Mac book from your branch at Al Wahdah mall on 7/9/2018, together with some accessories and camera.
Sale women told me that, I can collect the device next day, so they will install Microsoft office on it.
Next day, I went their. She was off !. Her colleagues phoned her and she promised to make it ready next day.
Two days after, I went to collect my device with Microsoft office installed. She requested me to pay for this.
I was discussing with her and her boss, that no body mentioned earlier to me about paying!
She replayed ( I will pay for you)
