Sharaf DG Non delivery of food dehydrator w1332519

I placed an order with you online on 20th September 2020, I was then charged for the Gastroback Food Dehydrator via credit card and told to expect delivery sometime today. I called the customer care number this morning (23.09) and was told it would be delivered but by the afternoon had heard nothing. I then went online to your customer care department who told me there was no product in the store or warehouse and that you have no idea when the product would be in. I then called your help desk who confirmed that this was indeed the case. How is it possible that you can advertise a product which is not available in the country and then charge the customer? I am very disappointed With DG SHARAF, a company who I used to think put their customers first - how wrong I was. I have now been informed I have to wait 7-10 days for the refund - you took the money immediately from my credit card. Very disappointing DG SHARAF.

Sharaf DG Not receiving item and it shown as delivered and not get item or money back

I tried to contact customer service and they made a complaint but no issue.
I made an order and i recived some items but still one not received.
After one moth its shown as its delivered but its not

It was one order and coming in 2 shipments i received one only
The one idid not receive is:

Sharaf DG Laptop - faulty camera, sent for repair and they damage more with scratches and ink spells.

I bought a laptop online during lockdown. It had a fault in camera that it doesn't work at times and also flickers. The camera starts only with there is a slight touch on the camera because of loose connection. I was not able to deliver the product because contact center said it cannot be picked up and I will have to deliver once stores are reopened after lockdown.
Once mushref mall opened in abu dhabi, I went and delivered there. At first they refused to accept saying it is market place order and I have to visit hp store directly. I replied saying that I bought from sharaf dg. After contacting call center again, they said it was their mistake and accepted the device to be sent to service from side.
I delivered and it was throughly checked before receiving at their end for any physical damages. I even handed over the charger.
I got a receipt as acknowledgement.
Several follow ups by email and calls, no response. Finally I got a sms, that laptop available in mushref mall for collection.
I went to receive, to my surprise I saw there were ink spells, slight dent.

I asked the service center, that it was not there when I delivered and I refused to take it back. They agreed and said that they will send back to service center.
Now I am surprised to hear that sharaf dg is throwing back on me for the issue.
They check the product at the time of receiving in front of the camera and they should check the camera.
I would not lie like sharaf dg, it's a shame on them. Pls investigate the camera and get my laptop replaced.

They called from Sharafdg and they said they would be a compensation of AED 100 voucher, such a shame after having damaged my laptop they are offering me 100, which I am not at all willing to or eager of cheap vouchers.
In fact they are insulting their customer by this means.

What is the solution? My laptop with dent, and ink spells.
Compensation what I am expecting is either full refund, or replacement.
Can’t a big seller of electronics afford to replace their mistake?
Big surprise it is for me and for all the customers.

Sharaf DG HP Laptop

Worst experience faced with Sharaf Dg. Ref. to ticket no # 3178218, it has been now over 1 month since we submitted our HP Laptop at your TSquare centre. This laptop was purchased online in April'20 against order no. W1229035 and its touch screen was already faulty within 2 months time and not working.
Initially we submitted to TSq service centre and after 1 week someone informed us that part is not available and checking with supplier. Later the technician calls up and says it is not covered under warranty and to be handed over to customer care. However now it is almost 3 weeks there is still no update or action from CC team on this issue even after sending reminders. It is a pity that a reputed brand like HP and Co like Sharaf DG is not able to provide timely service to its customers. Being a regular customer we have bought several products from you in the past and this makes us lose trust in your products and service.

Please take immediate action on this matter by replacing the part, laptop or a refund asap.

So you are also facing the same issue as I am...since April lockdown. I am totally tired of following up with them. They even damaged my device which was given to them for checking the issue with camera, they threw ink and with a dent. Now they trying to blame as if we are on stone ages.

Sharaf DG Worst experience with sharaf dg. - till code - m36 (mankool branch, dubai)

We had a very bad experience in purchasing refrigerator for our office. We purchased it on jun 11 and till dated nothing is delivered yet.

Can you please update us the status?

What is happening.. No reply from anyone.. Worst experience we ever had.

If you cannot deliver please cancel the order and refund our money asap.

Sharaf DG Online order catastrophic

Placed an order (three items) all showing available in stock and delivery between 2 to 5 days. From 7th of July, received one item (Switch carry case) only. today is 18th and still waiting for the Other 2 items (nintendo switch and ear buds) called many times customer service but always same answer (will call you back and this after at least 20mn waiting for them to answer). Very disappointed and regret to order gift for my daughter from Sharaf ...if planning to order for birthday except you'll get it for the wedding. UAE authorities should ban them from online market.

This is shaik Abdullah,
on 09July2020 Summer Deal, I bought a CANON EOS 250D and JBL Endurance Earphone in Sharaf DG Diera City Center Branch.Am using this JBL earphone i totally disappointed due to Noisy and suddenly shutdown even Batteryfull.

So, I decided to return back the same but Sharaf DG Supervisor and Branch Manager is not accepting my problem and he is insisting that nothing problem in JBL and also he is telling due to COVID-19 he is not accepting earphone due to hygenic during this period.Now Supervisor using my Earphone and Techanical person using my earphone after that am using the same earphone in COVID time!
I bought this Earphone with Cost of AED150 and its not freebies from Sharaf DG its our money.So I need good product from Sharaf DG.So Please Kindly check my Compliant.

Sharaf DG Fake product received not genuine

I placed order one perfume Dior Sauvage Eau de Parfum Men 200ml on DG Sharaf online order no. W1279680 on 7th June, but the item delivered is fake not the Genuine one as I am using this perfume since long and this is not the geneuine, I was not expecting the product ordered through DG Sharaf can be fake, I would request to resolve this issue immediately.

Sharaf DG Extended warranty

The worst customer service ever! Your employees are selling extended warranty saying they will fix everything including screen cracks but when it actually happens your customer care employee just rudely denies everything. Another call from your customer care and she obviously didn't know so she gave us the address where to take it, so we can be denied again for fixing the screen! Regret spending money and time in this shop, it's nothing but the scam, you can't provide anything that you are claiming! You deserve to go on court for all the scams!

I have ordered a Lenovo tablet for my kid from your online store on 2nd June 2020, the item should be delivered to Alain within 2days but it was not yet delivered to that address. I have sent a lot of emails to customer care service several times and I have called many times but my issue isn't yet resolved. Unfortunately, it was one of my worst experience to shop with your business forever, because there is no point of contact can be made with you. Kindly make the delivery or else cancel my order and refund my money back. It was the biggest mistake I have ever made to shop from sharafdg.com online

Hi I have order a drone camera from online store on 30 may2020 and its been 10 days since I have ordered bt it was not delivered yet to me.. I have called coustumber care several times.. Bt my issue is not resolved yet im leaving dubai on 11th of june 2020, it was one of my worst experience to shop with you people, I have only one day left in dubai, kindly make the delivery on 10 th june or else cancell my order, and refund my money back, this was the biggest mistake I have ever made to shop from sharafdg.com

Sharaf DG Gents hair clipper

Vide your Order No. W1269895 dated [protected], I purchased a Gents Moser Hair Clipper for AED 323.00 (including AED 13 Delivery Charges). It was to be deliveered by [protected]. I followed up on [protected] as well as on 4-6-2020 but was told that they ill raise the complaint. I was provided no reason why it was not delivered and when will it be delivered. I was also told that it is available in stock. If there is no response in another 24 hours, I will lodge this complaint with Consumer Protection Department of Dubai Government.

Sharaf DG Delayed delivery

i have placed order # W1268744 23/05/2020 and on 25/05/2020 i got a confirmation that i was shipped, since then there is no status update from courier side or from sharaf even after several calls and online complaints my order is unable to pass through the shipped status, support team is not helpful at all as every time they come up with the copy/paste response that your order is shipped and wait for the call once it is out for delivery .

order was bound to deliver within 3-5 days and even the estimated delivery at the time of placing order was at 26/5/2020

Sharaf DG TV

Sharaf dg has devilevered a tv that does now work.

I called 1 hr after it was dropped off and the tv. There is no damage to the tv box but the screen did not work when turning the tv on.

This has gone on for 3 week looking for some help and I have recieved nothing but the worst customer service.

This was my 10 year old birthday present and have now ruiened his birthday.

Sharaf DG Cancelled the order.

Recently my friend in Dubai had ordered a mobile phone online as a gift for my mother in law in Bahrain. Since I reside in Canada, my credit card was not accepted and I had to ask my friend to purchase the gift for my mother in law. The order number was BH46712. My wife had contacted sharaf dg through whatsapp (+[protected]) & had inquired what documents were needed for picking up the phone. The reply was id card & photo of credit card. Later on we also received the message that the phone was ready for pick up.

My father in law went to pick up the phone at Sharaf DG location in Manama, City center. The store manager asked them for the credit card. They replied that that they have the photo of the credit card sent by my friend in Dubai & if needed they could contact my friend. To our surprise, he was very rude and cancelled our order and refused to let us pick up the phone. He said without credit card, they cannot give the phone. Is my friend in Dubai supposed to come all the way to Bahrain to give the credit card. How stupid he is. Doesn't he have any common sense. If we had to show the credit card, then what is the whole point of online shopping.

Terribly disappointed with staff at Sharaf DG especially with the manager. I had hoped to make many purchases with Sharaf DG but with this bad attitude, I will shop else where and will ask my friends not to shop in Sharaf DG.

Sharaf DG Delivered damaged hp laptop

Hi,
I have Placed an online order for an HP laptop on 15 April 2020 and received the consignment by courier after 3 days.. Upon receipt it was found that the laptop is not in working condition... either its switching on nor showing any sign of power indication upon charging..

Informed Sharf Dg customer support via mail as well as phone..
Taken back the product through courier (after three consecutive days continuous telephone follow up...!)
Today is the 24th day and I have a dozen emails from my side to support @ sharaf DG asking for the status / refund or exchange ...nothing is materialized ..
Dont know how to get back the refund of product!
Cursing the moment that i have decided to place an order with this co..

Support team of Sharaf DG is blaming their vendor for the fault and asking me to wait further info from the vendor! ( cant understand ..being an online trading co even doesn't know the basic principles of a business transaction )
For the mistake done by SHARAF DG'S vendor customer has to pay the valuable time, money and mental peace...

What an irony i am passing through ...I cant explain ... connecting their customer service number is taking a min waiting period of 30-40 minutes
every other day i am trying this option and getting repeated reply " wait till further confirmation from service dept" No reply from support team through email!

One of the worst customer support ever experienced in my life...

Sharaf DG Super general refrigerator repair request

Dear Team,

I have purchased home use super general refrigerator from your showroom in Al Twar in Union cooperative supermarket, the defrost option is not working and second section excluding freezer section is also not working/ at fault.

The Ice has formed and defrost is not working, the product is still under warranty.

We are located in Al Nahda Sharjah, 3 months back we have got it repaired from Super general Service center located in Sharjah and we are unable to reach them now.

Please arrange for a service representative and get the refrigerator repaired as soon as possible.

Its an important appliance of our home use, hopefully you provide us support amidst difficult times.

Sharaf DG Delivery

I wish I have checked Sharaf DG's reviews online yesterday before I paid for a Samsung phone. I never thought that a brand like this with shops on malls I will have to background check. Had I known it will cause so much added stress on top of the already stressing situation we have right now - I would have gladly paid a bit more to shop elsewhere. And after reading the reviews, I dont even know if I'm getting an authentic product. I received the SMS and Email notification at 10am today that item has been shipped. At 4PM, it was picked up from their dispatch center and was in transit. And of course, it never arrived. Now if the courier picked up the item and didnt deliver to the customer - where else did ny product go? Have they brought it home with them or change them? The delivery is just in Dubai. None of the customer support are helpful and even asked me to contact the Team Express courier even after I have said that nobody has been answering their phones nor their emails. Its like leaving you very lost and running around being passed on and dead end answers. IT IS NOT WORTH THE STRESS and hassle. And being treated by the customer service chat people like I owe them something and that they did me a favor. I have screenshots of the conversations and at this time where business is crucial - I still gave you a sale and trusted your shop with my hard earned money. I will be raising this to Dubai Consumer along with your other replies as apparently its been happening for a long while now
