It is amazing to see all the ways that Genita M. Mason (Petralli) will try to scam vulnerable people for their money.
She has changed the name of her center at least 3 times:
Shangri La Bio Spa & Resort,
Biosanctuary and
The Bio Sanctuary to avoid fraud/malpractice charges.
(There is also her Shangri-La Organic Health Spa & Clinic,
Santa Cruz's Green Mental Health Care Day,
Green Body & Mind - all scams.)

This lady is NOT a qualified "medical doctor" or homeopath.
She has NO degrees.
Make sure to ask her to provide proof if she tries to say she is "trained".
Ask her where she got her so-called "Nutritional Biochemist & Orthomolecular Neurochemical Rehabilitation Specialist" degree. Then double-check to make sure she actually graduated. You will be surprised to discover that she is not qualified.
She likes to boast that she has medical and "celebrity" endorsements.
Really? Who are they?

She has scammed thousands of dollars from past patients ($5, 000 to $30, 000) and the "Human Rights Award" she received is from the Scientology cult (also known as CCHR). She will ask you to "wire" the money so there is no proof of paid services if you want to sue her. Plus, she operates out of places like Costa Rica and Mexico where she can not be sued as she is not on United States territory.
Google her name: Genita Mason, Genita M. Mason or Genita Petralli- she changes her name to avoid being detected for past scams. You will see a list of complaints.
Anyone can wear a white lab coat and use microscopes and self-made detox machines to look official. Many have tried to sue her but she will not give her business address and only posts a toll-free-number on her websites which is another red flag that it is a scam.
She is also known for posting fake blogs and reviews about herself under fake names so that it looks like she has "happy customers".

***Ask yourself: do you want to see a so-called "doctor" who violates HIPAA medical privacy laws? ***

(She posts ex-patients' private medical records on the internet when they find the courage to file a complaint against her.)

Google her name: Genita Mason or Genita M. Mason or Genita Petralli - she changes her name to avoid being detected for past scams/crimes.
She uses different websites: The Bio Santuary, The Arc Ozone Treatment Center, Shangrila Bio Spa and the new Anamaya Retreats in Austin, Texas (with daughter Justine Petralli).
She also posts great reviews about herself using fake names and attacks ex-patients who report her scams by posting their private medical records on the internet!
We have repeatedly asked Genita for her business telephone number and her business address so our lawyers can sue her for malpractice and HIPAA medical privacy violations BUT she has yet to provide any information.
Instead she only lists a toll-free-number. If you call this toll-free number you will reach an answering machine because she screens her calls.
We are eagerly waiting for her lawyers to contact us so we can take her to court and get a refund but not one person has heard from her lawyers. So strange as she has our contact information.
Do not wire her money for her services as you will not be able to prove that you paid her in court.
Also, 50% of her "spa" or "detox" services are always in places like Costa Rica and currently Mexico as you can not sue her since she does not have to follow any USA laws.
***Keep in mind that she does not need an operating license in these countries either.***
