Shakey's Pizza Undelivered foods on birthday!!

I have placed my order on 4th April and scheduled a next day delivery at 5pm intended for my son's birthday celebration.I have waited for 2hours and continuously follow up on all Shakeys platform but the only response I got from your call center representative named Arah is thatshe will follow up with the catering branch but kept me waiting for nothing. I've sent messages over and over to have someone call me bec our visitors already arrived and we have no other food available to offer.
I even kept tracking my order in your website w/c shows "order submitted."
You've acknowledged my order and even sent a confirmation that it has been received.

You need to do something with this. It isn't just an issue about your day to day delivery. This was truly a shame on my part since our guest wasnt able to eat anything until they left.

Shakey's Pizza Bad service. Waited for almost two hours

Good afternoon...
I am flying out this evening, and wanted to have a nice pizza for lunch. I was in no way in a hurry to get my food immediately. On arrival, I sat down for a couple of minutes. And eventually flagged someone down to ask them for a menu. The waiter then gave me the menu and dashed off. Knowing that the restaurant is medium full. After a while the waiter came, and I said that I would like a chocolate milkshake. The order was placed and the milkshake came at a fair time. Then the waiter asked me what would I like to order. I then placed my pizza order. And the waiter took the menu. A couple of minutes later the knife and fork and paper arrived. Then it started. Luckily I had a message from my sister when I received my milkshake. So I know how long I was waiting. After 1 hour and 20 minutes. My patience was up. I flagged the lady standing at the computer. And just said: i've been here for a while, everyone around me have finished their food and some tables have turned into new ones in the time I have been waiting. Then a waiter came to me and asked me what did I order? I then had to place my order again. And waited 15 minutes more. I got my pizza, not great. Knowing that the customer sat there patiently waiting for an order that never happened. And then slapped the worst pizza together i've ever had. Well I was hungry. I ate it. Then went to te register or computer if you want to call it that. And asked for my bill. The young man at the computer said that they are terribly sorry, but why didn't I ask for service earlier. Really? Come one man! Why must the customer ask for services. Do you guys expect the customer to go make his own food as well?
It's not about the money, but there is no competition for mistakes made to the customer by the staff. I paid the full price. And will unfortunately never return.
Because I even tried sending a complaint. And was denied the privilege to send it 5 times.

Shakey's Pizza Service

I was so upset about my valentine's date yesterday (feb. 14) here at ace hotel room 918 in pasig, I ordered about 8pm upon finishing my order thru phone at 8:10pm. The one I talked promised my order to be delivered on or before 9:10pm or my pizza is free. It took me one hour and 17mins. That i've waited for my order. What will be your fast action about my concern.

Shakey's Pizza Service and branch

Shakeys nasugbu branch philippines.

This branch took so long to accomodate people.. Seeing lots of available table but left unclean for long period of time reason why they cant accomodate more people outside waiting for the queue..
This has been our issue in this beanch from the day they opened. We gave them benefit at the doubt at first but at this time nothings change as if they are just opened yesterday!

Disgustingly.. Even theur manager is not accommodating

Shakey's Pizza Pizza, pasta, staff, service crew

I ordered worth p2, 899 monster meal.
We waited for 40 minutes for the food. The carbonara and skilletti is "cold" the pasta wasn't cook. The service is really [censored]ty I asked for the glass for 5 times and when they give the 2 pizza that I ordered the hawaiian smells "alcohol" the dough is not cooked, I asked for replace and I will take out my order the one that they gave me is the same smells like alcohol and the dough is not cook. If I asked for water I need to wait 20 minutes and asked them for thrice. Please do something to this. Service crew and manager is not doing their job.

Shakey's Pizza This branch made mistake of my order 3 times.

This branch made mistake in my orders, this happened to me twice already plus one last night. I did not complain for the first and second time they made a mistake considering for humanitarian reason and because we are so hungry that we cannot wait for another hour of delivery. I asked for hand tossed pizza and they deliver a thin crust pizza.

I ordered last night for take out when I came home I saw that they gave me the wrong pizza and forgot to gave me back my ATM card. I had to go back to their store and leave my guests (it so happened last night is also my birthday) to show them before it closes. So much pressure and hassle it incur to us last night.

Shakey's Pizza Food/service

Spaghetti and Carbonara serve cold, crews are busy as hell as if the store are very crowded. They will passed you by and don't know how to make a warm greetings. They don't know how to smile when you ask them for assistance always irritated like they don't care at all why bother them. Waiting time took 1-2 hours. It's the worse service I had in my entire life eating on a semi-fast food restaurants

Shakey's Pizza Poor service and lacks commitment

Dear Sir/Madam,

After we ate in Calamba, we went to Shake'ys Halang to eat ice cream but unfortunately the store was full. So we decided to go to Shakey's Maahas, Los Baños despite the long travel; not to mention the traffic.

We are celebrating my friend's 30th birthday together with her 3 kids.
Upon arrival, we ordered mushroom soup, garlic bread, banana split and marble brownie a la mode.

After waiting for our orders, banana split and marble brownie were finally served. But during the time we were giving our orders, I asked the staff whom we called to take our orders what is being given to a birthday celebrator since it's my friend's birthday. She told me that if you have a card free pizza but I told her right a way that our card was already expired. Then she said of something like bread in a plate. I thank her since I brought a candle where we can put it on top so that the birthday celebrator can blow the candle.

I approached her again to follow up our remaining orders i.e.; mushroom soup and garlic bread plus the gift/ freebies that she mention. But still no to avail.

I called the lady guard just to follow up our orders this time but she gave me a sign that can't leave the door. I called the other staff and finally, I was noticed and later on our orders were served although we are almost finished with our desserts.

To our dismay, the freebies or gift regardless of its amount/size/value was never served despite repetitions. If it was only an ordinary family day or after mass dinner it will not hurt our feelings but the birthday celebrator heard it from your staff but she just forgot it. Even my friend told me not to follow it up anymore.

I do not know her since she wan't wearing any pin or id bearing her name; not to mention that she was not also wearing at the upper left garment the required health certificate I.D. issued by the municipality of Los Baños.

After paying our bills, I can't help it but ask her name; Sheen May. I noticed then that she had a nameplate but her name was printed in small letters that I can barely clearly see since I am not wearing my eyeglass.

Thanks for spoiling our birthday celebration. Thus, a worth remembering experience again from Shakey's...

Shakey's Pizza super delay of payment for supports

We work there as a support for bulk orders last december 12 they asked for id and signature and they didnt explain how much they would pay us or how long it would take. We accpet the offer for working there as a support since we badly needed the money for christmas, but unfortunately newyear and chridtmas passed by we still havnt recieve our payment. We asked the manager about this and the reason we got is that he just finished completing the paperworks. We worked there becuase we need money fo the holidays so we can buy gifts but that stupid managare ruins it. So thankyou for delaying our payment its january 3 right now and still we havent recieve our payment

Shakey's Pizza parking lot

I Cynthia fallas and Luis Vargas hereby that,
On December 29 2019, at 9:20 pm. We parked our car Toyota Corolla 2020 which is brand new at Shakey's parking lot but the stopper cement have a screw and our car bumper was ripped. I spoke to the manager named Brenda Cervantes. I showed her the damage done to our car. I told her I wanted to make a complaint and she gave me a paper and pen. I know that screw shouldn't be there. I recommend you to check your property to avoid damage to costumer's property.
This is a legal document to the restaurant to request the Expenses to fix the damage cause to our car.

Shakey's Pizza online delivery service

This complaint is in reference of Transaction [protected] placed last December 24, 2019. What was to be a pleasant Christmas Eve dinner didn't happen because after Shakey's accepted And confirmed the order at 6pm via email, they call past 10:30pm in the evening to say that the order was cancelled.

I am based in Abu Dhabi and to ensure the kids have something to celebrate with during dinner I placed an order with Shakey's. And after several emails, I get this canned response of "greetings we will resolve blah blah". This is far from what you would call a resolution. And then a sorry email advising me that the funds will be reverted to my account in 7-14 BANKING days. Are you kidding me? You guys did not just miss a delivery. You ruined a Christmas Eve experience for kids who decided to stay at home and wait for their fave pizza. We have been patronizing Shakey's for the longest time ever and this is not something I expect.

Plus, you write me an email saying sorry my order was processed beyond my expectation! Well it wasn't actually processed completely to begin with. Second I didn't have any expectation other than to have this order worth 3 thousand plus pesos delivered. I didn't even complain about it being late. Some said it should be free, no I didn't care about that trying to understand that because of the season it may actually come late - and NOT CANCELLED.

You are trying to call the recipient of the order as you mentioned in one email. If anybody is paying attention to our series of communication you would have seen that I have given my contact number. You call me or provide me a number to call the right person to talk to so I don't waste my time.

Shakey's Pizza the service of your crew was so inappropriate

Last night we ask if it is still open a crew said it still is then later on another crew approach my mom saying that they wont accept customers but we were already inside then later on we kept on asking for a ketchup and they just pass through us without giving us one of your male crew even entertain new comers that looks like his friends and accomodate then while we are not properly serve. The crew keeps on chatting and eating with the late comers customer.

Shakey's Pizza unethical behavior of manager towards their employees

I heard the whole conversation of a resigning employees and his manager. The manager was a guy and he was wearing a glasses. The employees were all girls and this manager is talking to them as if he is not outside and no one can hear him. So unprofessional and disappointing. He is blabbering and that poor girls were crying already. Please take this in action. I believe that the action taken by the manager was so unprofessional to think that he is a "manager", regardless of the situation. He has no right to shame someone in front of other people. I also heard the manager said that those girls are working students, how unprofessional and unethical those words were to those students. I have a few minutes of voice message of the conversation they had but I won't upload it since it'll also be unprofessional for me. Do some action on this. Thank you.

¹Spaghetti platter was served cold and less than usual Shakey's standard quantity
²Chick n mojos served without the gravies. We need to ask for the gravies, and they were not served in the usual Shakey's standard container, small and limited.
³Mozarella sticks, need to ask for the sauce in the 1st and 2nd orders.
⁴Coffee served not on the usual Shakey's standard with one small cookie.
⁵Coke served was stale.

Shakey's Pizza double billing transaction

Dear Sir, Madam
Good afternoon.
I would like to file a complaints vs the Shakey's Sto. Tomas Batangas.
I celebrated my birthday last October 23 here and my total bill was php4, 052.05.thru my security bank credit card.

Upon receiving my billing statement only last Nov 27, I was surprised seen the billed amount with doubled transaction.

Please see attached receipt of my bill and the billing statement from security bank.

I am hoping you will do immediate action on this as this is obviosly internally transacted.

Shakey's Pizza partnership with their "exclusive" party partner (kcas balloon works and party needs)

My Son's birthday took place at your BF Aguirre branch last Sunday, Oct 13. We booked a month before (2nd week of September) and as an excited parent, I want to have a few additional gimiks for the event. I inquired if we can setup a photobooth and your branch supervisor to whom we inquired referred us to KCAS since we were told that it is Shakeys PH official party event partner. We were told that If we will the get the service of other photobooth provider, we will have to pay additional P1000 as corkage fee. Of course we would not want to pay extra so we agreed to avail KCAS' service.

We contacted KCAS the same day we booked at Shakeys. They accepted the date and immediately asked for the celebrant's pic for the Photobooth layout. We provided KCAS our son's picture and theme last Oct 1 since we were advised by your branch that the party theme will change by October.

3 days before the event date (Oct 10), we still haven't received an initial layout from them despite my constant follow-up via text and calls that they wont answer. We used a different number and they finally answered. They sent an initial layout via email late in the afternoon. The layout sucks. Very basic and I don't understand why they cannot provide it earlier for such a bland design. KCAS artist didn't even used the logo of Shakeys and only used plain text. if they are your partner they should be using your logo by default. I replied to their email with 4 action items for revision.

The next day, 2 days before the event (Oct 11), I am asking them for the revised layout, no reply from text and wont answer my call again. They answered when I used a different number again. They did send the "revised" layout after. Out of the 4 action items, they only did one. We called them again using a different number to discuss the revisions because the wont answer my call. In the evening, they sent two ugly layouts, we chose the lesser "ugly" just to finish the dilemma.

On the day Itself (Oct 13), The party is from 12:30pm -2:30. The photobooth operator arrived past 2pm. We told him not to proceed with the setup since our reservation will end in 30 mins and we have no plans in paying Shakey's for additional extension fee.

We did not received any apology from KCAS nor a good "Pampalubag loob" to compensate for the inconvenience/damage they did. They are so unprofessional. What they only gave us are stress, anxiety and guests with no Photo Souvenir.

I just checked their KCAS' FB page and found several unhappy customers as well. I may not be the only customer with such an experience like this. Maybe it is time for Shakey's to review your partnership with them. We should just have paid an extra P1000 corkage fee to a more reliable photobooth instead of KCAS. I will definitely not be booking future events at any Shakeys branch because of your partnership with such an unprofessional party service provider. Even our guests got dismayed of the incident and will not consider Shakeys for their future parties as well.

Shakey's Pizza product and service

I was delivered an incorrect order yesterday. I called the hotline right away and advised theyll get back to me asap but they did not This is not the first time this happened. They say its late and its free, well its not late but it is not correct. I think they really do this, just for it not tp be late but theyll give you the wrong order. For the past deliveries i just let it go yhe rider will say i will just get your correct order. I dint mind. But this time really frustrating

Shakey's Pizza incomplete orders

This is the second time that your delivery is incomplete.

"send a shakeys to a loved ones"

So anticipate that not all is informed some of us is sending it to surprise them. And this issue is keep on repeating.

Your actions is fooling us. We pay for the right amount and your giving us incomplete items? What if we didnt check all the items since we are not with them?

Do something about it today or else im the one who will do something about it.

Shakey's Pizza I am complaining about the employees not cooperating with me

The other day on Monday on labor day actually my mother my daughter and my step dad went to the shakeys on Las lunas in San gabriel, CA for dinner . And they had left my phone there within the booths and I had called the next day because I was sleeping the rest of day because of work and they did said they didn't find it but I had went on find my device and it said it was last seen there . I had asked my step dad about it and said it had fell with in the booths they just had forgot it . Well I called and went and they told me oh did you call earlier and did they say they had it and I would assume they would know, anyways I called again the next day because they said they will call me if they find it or not but never called . And I talked to the manager and she just said it wasn't there and I told her that that's impossible and that I will not just let it go it was a 400 dollar phone that was in great condition and I had everything on it and it was all lost. Memories, paperwork, documents, everything was lost . And it's not fair because I'm sure one of the employees found it when. They were cleaning the booth and just wanted to come up on a phone . That's not right and I will not just drop it because now I need to buy another one just because someone wants to come up on a phone . And I don't have money to be spending like that I am a single mother struggling. Its unbelievable . The manager said she checked the cameras and but didn't called me back for hours later . She told me that she didn't see her employee put anything in there pocket but how do you know he's not hiding it underneath the plates or something
