Botched delivery of 2 Party Size thin crust pizzas- what we got were 2 large circles of plywood for crusts, and lame toppings. Local brands such as 3M or Lotsa Pizza would have given us better food quality than what we ordered, which came from Shakey's Las Pinas branch.

BUT- true complaint is the robotic and poor display of urgency by the company- emails were sent to their office regarding this, but there was no action whatsoever done, aside from a generic pm via FB asking about what happened. When a friend shared my status, they responded with the EXACT same message, clearly showing the lack of comprehension from whoever was assigned to look into the issue.

I filed the complaint via email on January 4. It has been 6 days, still no one taking full ownership of the problem.

Totally pathetic service

Well, a Shakey’s insensitive waitress named Hazel May Moises let we wait for 1 hour for my Manager’s Choice Pizza even though she said it only take 15-20 minutes. At around 5:44 PM of February 23, 2013, in Iriga City, Philippines, this customer purchased on take out basis 1 Belly Buster HT Party PIZZA priced at PhP576.00 subject to a STATUTORY DISCOUNT of 20% for a Senior Citizen plus 12% VAT Exemption on the sale. Upon payment of the bill and presentation of the pertinent OSCA Identification Card, the management of SHAKEYS Iriga City gave only a discount of 8.15% instead of the 20% provided for by philippine law. Notwithstanding the request for re-computation wherein this customer was made by the management to wait for twenty (20) long minutes, the desired re-computation never materialized; hence, this customer left the premises taken for granted and ignored by its management and very much short-changed.
