I tried the Acai berry trial that was supposed to be free with the free sample of the Total Cleanse but they charged me $5.95 when i tried to call and cancell the phone number they gave was not working it just hung up. i tried and tried to get in contact with them. They then charged my account $89.00 i just want to get this cancelled and my money back. this is fraud and will be reported. I tried another number i found and when i finaly got someone on the phone she stated that the systems are down call back tomorrow. when i asked her to speak to a supervisor she stated that they dont have one. this is total bull crap. these people should have to pay for what they are doing to people..
This has got to stop...

I tried to do the live chat i spoke to a bianca she stated they wont do a refund. i told her how the 1-800 number that came with the product didnt work it just hung up on you. She then proceded to say well fax my your phone records showing that 1-800 number on them then we might be able to do do a refund. this is just rediculas . this is a bunch of fraud. is there any way we can actualy get a refund its not our fault they sent invalid numbers and we couldnt contact them. its there fault not oures. i told her that i was going to call consumer fraud on them and she cancelled the live chat. when everyone got this stuff did it come with one page with just that 1-800 number on it or two pages? she said they all go out with two pages the second page has a 1-800 number and the website for live chat. no it didnt.

I ordered a "Special Introductory Offer" from thie company and did not authorized any addtional shippments. When I received a another shippment in the mail I tried to call and cancel this (and any future) shippments. The phone number listed on the invoice is not working. I tried several other numbers I found on the internet but none work. Like so many others, I feel stupid for not checking out the business. But I have learned my lesson well - never again will I order without doing my homework!

I just received a "trial sample" of "Acaiberry" All Natural Cleaning Formula Dietary Supplement from the above company today, 1/17/09.
But this order was "placed" according to their records 1/01/09. This company state they will give you 15 days but as you can clearly see I never even received this until the trial period was over! The accompanying paperwork also states that this 15 day trial period includes shipping & transit time. This was never explained but more importantly, how can you try this product w/in this trial period & return it back to them w/out then being charged "a super low price" of $88.62+! Clearly this is a rip off & a scam! And if you fail to cancel w/in the trial peroid, you will continue to get a fresh one-month supply of (this product) for $88.62 +$5.95 shipping & handling for a total of $94.57!
I tried calling the phone number include in the paperwork, several times & of course their offices are closed. They state you can email your concerns to "www.MyTrialSupport.com " & a "live chat person "will assist you. I emailed them three times to no avail as no one was a answering or replying. It then states go to another site & your questions should be answered there. No! When I clicked on the link where "if your questions were not addressed" you could write your questions/concerns. That site was not in "operation at this time."
What should one do? I will contact my credit card company to file a dispute but I have a feeling this is going to be a long hard fight...that should not be!
I'm sure I am not the only one that has been "taken" so that's why I thought it important you become aware of this. I also should have seen this coming as when I placed this order, I told them this had not be one of this "scams" where the expiration of the trial period is before the reciept of the product & I was assured this was not. But the guy did state, "Just call & cancel it the day you receive it to be on the "safe side!"
HELP?
Can you advise & stop this scam ? And assist me in getting my money returned?

I am so sorry that I did not check out this website before I ordered this product. I ordered the trial. When I wasn't happy with it, I cancelled the order and returned the remainder of the pills. Then I got an e-mail saying that my order was being processed. I called, actually got someone, and cancelled the order again. They sent me an e-mail confirming the cancellation. While all this e-mail was going on, they hit my bank account for $88.62 plus 71 cents for debit card service. I have e-mailed, talked to idiot people, have been told that my account would be refunded and nothing. Two months later, I'm still waiting on my refund. I just received an e-mail today telling me that I should check with my bank because the refund had been issued. If that were so, why am I still wasting my time. If there is a class action suit going, I'm interested.

I was scammed by this company as well. I called and repeatedly asked to speak to a manager and was denied. They gave me a "cancellation number" yet I had another charge the next month. I called again and was told I "must have called the wrong company previously because they don't give out cancelation numbers." What a fraud! I contacted the BBB and was told they never responded so the case was closed. I canceled my card, but I will now be contacting the FBI as well. How can a company scam so many people and get away with it?!

same thing happen to me. I returned the trial bottle (deliver confirmation) cancelled all future orders. They charged my account $89.31 even though I returned the product. When I called to get a credit on my account the telephone person said they were not allowed to issue credits. I asked to speak to supervisor, she said they didn't have one available. She refused to help me so I hung up. The total cleanse part was the same issue. Only they charged me twice in the same month for $84.79. I did get a credit on the trial bottle of $55.19 . They deducted a 30% restocking fee and also deducted the shipping fee of $5.95 which they had charged me originally. SCAM. I'm tired of it. It makes me not want to do business on the internet. What can we do.

Ok all, I recently found out about South Florida LLC and Acai Berry. Same basic story. My wife called to cancel and their systems were "down". I called without saying the word "cancel" and when they pulled up my account I told them to cancel at which point they hung up. After a few more attempts, I told them I was recording the call. After what amounted to an arguement they assured me the account was cancelled. I didn't believe them so we called the bank who told us they can't do anything until it's been charged to the account. Of course a couple weeks later the $88.62 charge showed up. This time I called and informed them that the company will be investigated and that I was recording the call yet again. They finally gave us a cancellation numnber, although I believe they made it up because just before giving it to me the "rep" remembered she was being recorded so I think she was writing the number down in case she was asked to read it back. Of course we've changed bank information, etc... so they can't get us again.

We also came across an article in the SunSentinel http://southflorida.sun-sentinel.com/features/sfl-flhlpberry0113sbjan13, 0, 3893075.story This story mentions a manager named "Anthony Pellegrino." If you do a criminal records check at http://www.dc.state.fl.us/AppCommon/ you'll find that there's an "Anthony Pellegrino" on parole in Clearwater for "Trafficking in stolen goods" from 2017. His parole ends 8/4/09. I plan on calling his parole officer and seeing if they can determine if this is the same Pellegrino (I suspect he is). If anyone else wants to call the Dept of Corrections Clearwater Circuit Office the number is [protected] or [protected]. Thanks and good luck. (More to follow.)

I received the shipement on 1/24/09. I immediately called the number on my order summary to cancel and found the busy signal everytime. I found these postings through an internet search. Called several of the numbers listed in the postings and was NOT successful in cancelling the order. I call three separate 866 numbers and every agent indicated "I was not in the system". So...I cancelled my CC card, reported fraud and have moved on. This organization needs to be investigated, legal action taken and removed from the market place!

Like the rest of you I also have been scamed! The Better Business Bureau reports SFL Nutrition LLC of Boca Raton Florida has 2777 complaints over the last 36 months and has 24 DBA’s. The Better Business Bureau rates these company’s an F, saying “We strongly question the company’s reliability for reasons such as that they failed to respond to complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in compliance with the law’s licensing or registration requirements, their complaints contain especially serious allegations, or the company’s industry is known for its fraudulent business practices. www.RipOff.com has 466 complaints against various Acai Berry industry companies (or is there just one?) from across the country. This is a nationwide epidemic. A GOOGLE search of these ### bums has disclosed that because of all the complaints the Florida Attorney General has instituted a criminal fraud investigation of them. My question is are there many company's or one company with many DBA's and addresses across the country offering smae product under different brand names. All the internet advertising websites althought under different names seem to be operating under the same strategy? Calls for a class action suit seems to me not at all out of bounds. Anyone know a good attorney?

Please will someone let me know if there is a class action suit against this company.

When I received their product AcaiBerry I also received TotalCleanse which I did not want nor did I request. In fact I am sure I unchecked the box regarding this product.

I received a charge on Dec 2 from BESTCLEANSE and again on Dec 4 for a grand total of $173.41 for a product I do not want nor can get in contact with anyone to cancel. Ive filed a complaint with BBB of Fla. but fear I may be out $ 173.41

This company is horrible! I tried their online customer service and have waited or hours. I sent an email request, nothing. Don't get me started on how many phone numbers I had to call, most were disconnected. I finally got through and spoke to a living breathing person [protected]). The first person I spoke too was great until I told her I wanted to cancel, all of a sudden the "call went bad and she couldn't hear me". So I called back, got a different person who tried to pull the same garbage. So I yelled into the phone "I know what you are doing! I know you can hear me! I know you are pretending this call is going bad and you are going to hang up on me!" Amazingly she was able to hear me again, and processed my request. I even received the email conformation while I was still on the phone with her. Bottom line un less you want to be out a lot of money and try your patience do not order anything from these people!

This Total Cleanse company is a total rip off. They don't answer the [protected] number on the invoice they send you with the capsules. They charged me $84.79 for another supply. I can't afford this amount and I don't need their product. I want it cancelled.
